1.The Preparation of ~99mTc-NGA for Hepatocellular Receptor Imaging and Its Predinical Study in Rabbits

Technetium-99m galactosyl-neoglycoalbumin (99mTc-NGA) is a new hepatocellular receptor imaging ligand Its preparation and preclinical research are reported in this paper. The ligand was synthesized by the chemical coupling and the product was nontoxic and apyrogenic with good stability both in vivo and in vitro. The static images and kinetic data obtained from the liver portal vein ligation group (n = 2), the hepatic necrosis group (n=2) and the control group (n=6) indicate: (1) Tc-NGA imaging can provide excellent hepatic images, and (2) hepatic kinetic data appear to provide a new means for diagnosis of liver diseases.

In order to give full play to the social functions of state-owned enterprises running medical institutions, find out the functional orientation, and maximize their role in the context of regional health planning, the author made a comprehensive analysis of the functional orientation of state-owned enterprises running medical institutions. It is suggested that governments at all levels should integrate the state-owned enterprise-run medical institutions into the regional medical and health service system for overall planning, provide reasonable support and compensation for the public welfare responsibilities and tasks undertaken by state-owned enterprise hospitals, provide policy space for their exploration and innovation, and support the collectivization development of state-owned enterprise-run hospitals.
3.Application value of chest CT angiography in active pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism

Objective:To investigate the imaging characteristics of chest CT angiography in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism, so as to improve the detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism.Methods:The clinical data of 103 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis treated in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from January 2013 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including general conditions, symptoms and complications. According to the occurrence of pulmonary embolism, the patients were divided into active pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism group (study group, n=43) and active pulmonary tuberculosis without pulmonary embolism group (control group, n=60). The time between the onset of pulmonary embolism and the onset of tuberculosis of the patients in the study group was collected. The chest CT imaging characteristics of the patients of two groups were analyzed. The imaging characteristics, embolism distribution and secondary changes of the patients in the study group were summarized. Results:Time from onset of tuberculosis to pulmonary embolism of the patients in the study group was about 60 days (14 days to 75 days). The incidence of chest tightness and dyspnea of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P<0.05). The number of lung lobes involved in lung lesions of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of lesions in the middle lobe of the right lung, the tongue lobe of the left lung and the lower lobes of both lungs of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (all P<0.05). The incidence of peripheral pulmonary embolism was significantly higher than that of central pulmonary embolism ( P<0.05). However, the incidence of atelectasis, pulmonary artery widening, and right heart enlargement in the patients with central pulmonary embolism was significantly higher than that in the patients with central pulmonary embolism (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Multi-slice spiral CT chest angiography can show some important imaging manifestations of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary embolism, which is helpful for the early detection of the disease and the improvement of its prognosis. Multi slice spiral CT chest angiography can show some important imaging manifestations of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism, and timely detection is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism.
4.Effects of early acupuncture combined with exercise therapy on the consciousness-regaining treatment of coma patients in neurosurgery.

OBJECTIVETo seek consciousness regaining methods at early stage for coma patients in neurosurgery.
METHODSPatients whose Galsgows Coma Scale (GCS) < 8 including cerebral contusion, cerebral hemorrhage and brain tumor were randomly divided into an observation group (218 cases) and a control group (237 cases). Conventional medicine and/or surgery were used in two groups. After vital signs became stable, Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method was applied at Shuigou (GV 26), Baihui (GV 20), Neiguan (PC 6), etc. and combined with exercise therapy in observation group, while no rehabilitation therapy was used in control group. The therapeutic effect between two groups was compared.
RESULTSAfter 30 days' treatment, the conscious rate of observation group (80.7%, 176/218) was higher than that of control group (46.8%,111/237), and there was statistics significance between them (P < 0.001).
CONCLUSIONEarly acupuncture combined with exercise therapy can improve the conscious rate of coma patients in neurosurgery, thereby decrease their mortality and disability rate.

5.Strategic analysis of the development of medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises in China

In order to adapt to the development of market economy, the original medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises have undergone restructuring reform, but these medical institutions have not fully played their role. Through the sampling survey and research interviews of several medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises, it was found that many problems such as unclear functional positioning, imperfect regional health planning, unclear responsible subjects and inadequate financial support hindered the development of medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises. In order to develop healthily, medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises need to cooperate with various parties to improve supporting policies, optimize their business environment, and build and improve the health service system.

Objective To evaluate the effects of antiretroviral therapy(ART)for the prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT)of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)on the growth and development of 18-month-old children born by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-positive pregnant women in Lingshan County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and provide scientific evidence for improving the ART medication plan for PMTCT.Methods Lingshan County,ranking the first in the HIV-epidemic counties of Guangxi,was selected as the research site.According to the design of retrospective case-control study,we assigned all the subjects into the case group and the control group:(1)The case group included the HIV-positive pregnant women who had received ART for PMTCT and their HIV-negative infants in Lingshan County from 2010 to 2017.The historical cards and PMTCT data of them were collected from the national PMTCT database.(2)The control group included the healthy pregnant women and their healthy babies born in the Lingshan Maternity and Infant Hospital in 2017,and the children's growth and development data were collected.The stunted growth in children was defined as at least one of the three main indicators of body height,body weight,and head circumference below the normal range.Results The number of HIV-positive mothers and their infants in the case group was 391 and 368,respectively,and 87.21%(341/391)and 95.38%(351/368)of mothers and infants respectively received ART medication.The HIV positive rate,mortality rate,and mother-to-child transmission rate of 18-month-old children were 1.36%(5/368),4.35%(16/368),and 2.01%(5/249),respectively.The incidence of stunted growth of 18-month-old children in the case group and the control group was 42.12%(155/368)and 23.06%(101/438),respectively,with significant difference(

7.Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of mitomycin C-perfluorooctyl bromide liposome nanoparticles in the treatment of human pterygium fibroblasts

Objective To prepare a nano drug(PFOB@Lip-MMC)with liposome as the carrier,liquid perfluorooc-tyl bromide(PFOB)as core and mitomycin C(MMC)loading on the liposome shell and study its inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human pterygium fibroblasts(HPFs).Methods The thin film dispersion-hydration ultrasonic method was used to prepare PFOB@Lip-MMC and detect its physical and chemical properties.Cell Counting Kit-8,Cam-PI cell viability staining and flow cytometry were employed to detect the impact of different concentrations of PFOB@Lip-MMC on the via-bility of HPFs.DiI fluorescence labeled PFOB@Lip-MMC was used to observe the permeability of the nano drug to HPFs under a laser confocal microscope.After establishing HPF inflammatory cell models,they were divided into the control group(with sterile phosphate-buffered saline solution added),PFOB@Lip group(with PFOB@Lip added),MMC group(with MMC added),PFOB@Lip-MMC group(with PFOB@Lip-MMC added)and normal group(with fresh culture medi-um added)according to the experimental requirements.After co-incubation for 24 h,flow cytometer was used to detect the apoptosis rate of inflammatory cells,and the gene expression levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,prostaglandin E2(PGE2),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in cells were analyzed by PCR.Results The average particle size and Zeta potential of PFOB@Lip-MMC were(103.45±2.17)nm and(27.34±1.03)mV,respec-tively,and its entrapped efficiency and drug loading rate were(72.85±3.28)%and(34.27±2.04)%,respectively.The sustained-release MMC of drug-loaded nanospheres reached(78.34±2.92)%in vitro in a 24-hour ocular surface environ-ment.The biological safety of PFOB@Lip-MMC significantly improved compared to MMC.In terms of the DiI fluorescence labeled PFOB@Lip-MMC,after co-incubation with inflammatory HPFs for 2 h,DiI fluorescence labeling was diffusely dis-tributed in the cytoplasm of inflammatory HPFs.The apoptosis rate of inflammatory HPFs in the PFOB@Lip-MMC group[(77.23±4.93)%]was significantly higher than that in the MMC group[(51.62±3.28)%].The PCR examination results showed that the gene transcription levels of IL-1 β,PGE2,TNF-α and VEGF in other groups were significantly reduced com-pared to the control group and PFOB@Lip group,with the most significant decrease in the PFOB@Lip-MMC group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,a novel nano drug(PFOB@LIP-MMC)that inhibited the proliferation of HPFs was successfully synthesized,and its cytotoxicity was significantly reduced compared to the original drugs.It has good bio-compatibility and anti-inflammatory effects,providing a new treatment approach for reducing the recurrence rate after pte-rygium surgery.
8.Chinese young people's perceptions and preferences with regard to various edible urban plants.

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (WHO, 2017), and mental health is defined as not only the absence of mental illness, but also the presence of psychological well-being. An expanding body of evidence highlights the relationship between nature (such as urban greenspace) and health (Li et al., 2019; Flaxman et al., 2020). However, human development and subsequent effects such as climate change and epidemic disease (COVID-19) lead to altered living environments and lifestyles. Expanding cities and urban residents have inequitable access to nature, particularly in areas of greater depriv‑ation, where both public and private greenspaces are less available (Feng et al., 2021). In addition, young people spend more than 80% of their time indoors due to constant use of electronic devices for work, study, and entertainment (Klepeis et al., 2001). Mobile phones, personal computers, and video-game devices have become the main means for them to release stress. Excessive use of these electronic devices may affect normal brain activity, increasing the risk of Internet addiction and producing a range of physical and mental problems (Tran et al., 2017). These signal the pressing need for scientific investigation of efficient and convenient ways to increase contact with nature, or alternatively, to better regulate emotions indoors.
