Objective To discuss the effect of triple therapy plus traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer (PU) caused by Helicobacter pylori ( Hp) .Methods 148 cases with PU were randomly divided into study group and control group of 74 cases in each group.The control group were treated with triple therapy (omeprazole +clarithromycin +amoxicillin), and the study group were given liver-discharging and heat-clearing and invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis decoction, additionally.Both groups received treatment for one course of 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms, negative conversion ratio of Hp and adverse reaction were compared.Results The scores of clinical symptoms were all significantly decreased in both two groups after treatment (P<0.05), but the study group changed more than control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.95%, rather higher than 79.73% in control group (P<0.05).The negative conversion ratio of Hp was 82.43%, obviously higher than 64.86% in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was 12.16% in study group, similar to 9.46% in control group.Conclusion Triple therapy plus traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, clinical effect and negative conversion ratio of Hp, and has a good safety and tolerability.

Objective To study the relationship between endocervical mycoplasma infection and the spontaneous abortion due to the early embryonic death and the drug sensitivity to mycoplasma. Methods Endocervical swabs were taken from fifty normal pregnant women (normal group) and fifty-eight women with spontaneous abortion due to embryonic death.The swabs were used for ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and mycoplasma hominis (MH) Cultivation respectively. Objective To explore the appropriate nursing care of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis and increase nursing level.Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively and the nursing experience was summarized.Results The blood sample of all 3 cases represented dramatically high level of serum triglyceride (14.1～61.0 mmol/L).Obvious inducing factors were observed in one case.Besides upper abdominal symptom and physical sign continued in spite of the right lower abdominal discomfort,ascites was discovered by early B-ultrasound.There was no significant increase of serum or urine amylase.After correct diagnosis,all of the 3 cases recovered well by close observation,mental nursing,anti-hyperlipidemic nursing,drainage nursing and health education.Conclusions The knowledge of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis should be well understood during nursing practice.Comprehensive nursing evaluation and close observation can help doctors to analyze and estimate the disease.Integrated nursing techniques can accelerate the recovery of the patients.Health education,anti-hyperlipidemic therapy,and removal of the inducing factors are the keys of prevention.

Objective To explore a new training method of nursing skills under 24 hours shift system in the practical training base in the college. Methods The practical training base in the college was rebuilt into a simulated hospital. 120 three-year-course nursing students in grade 2007 were divided into the control class and the experimental class with 60 students in each class. The control class adopted routine teaching method, including teacher demonstration, single project training, concentrated training before clinical practice. The experimental class participated in the tutoring mode of nursing skills under 24 hours shift system in simulated hospital. The cases were pre-designed and students acted as patients by tums. One teacher led 4 students into nursing skill training by day shift, evening shift and mid-night shift. The teaching effect was compared between two classes. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in comprehensive technique test and graduation theoretical test score. Clinical nursing teachers thought the skill training in simulated hospital under 24 hours shift system can help students prepare for the nursing work in hospital ahead of time and improve their comprehensive capability. Conclusions Training mode of nursing skills in simulated hospital under 24 hours shift system is feasible for enhancing nursing skills.

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) in combination with small dose of clozapine on clinical symptoms of refractory schizophrenia patients so as to evaluate its validity and security.Methods Eighty schizophrenia patients were randomized into medication group and EA+medication group(n=40/group).Patients of medication group were treated with conventional oral administration of clozapine(50-100 mg/d to 200-500 mg/d,for 8 weeks) and those of EA+ medication group treated by EA of Baihui(GV 20) and bilateral Taiyang(EX-HN 5) and oral administration of clozapine(50 mg/d to 100-150 mg/d).EA was given to the patients,3 times a week for 8 weeks.Scores of the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) and the Untoward Effect Symptom Scale(TESS) were used to assess the therapeutic effect.Results Following treatment,PANSS scores for positive symptoms and the common psychiatric symptoms of the medication and EA+medication groups all decreased evidently from the 2rd week on(P0.05).But TESS score of EA+medication group was evidently lower than that of medication group(P

Results Compared with CON, the volumes of IS and IS/AAR were reduced in ITMP ( P <0.01 );the protective effects of ITMP were abolished by pre-treatment with L-NAME, ODQ and KT5823 ( P <0.01 );Conclusions NO/cGMP might be involved in the cardioprotective effect of intrathecal morphine pre-conditioning against myocardial ischemia and reperfu-sion injury in rats.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence of cephalosporins antibiotics on cost and length of hospital stay in pa-tients underwent gallbladder calculus resection,and to provide reference for drug use in clinic. METHODS:A total of 1866 patients underwent gallbladder calculus resection were collected from 9 third grade class A hospitals in Guangxi during 2013-2014. SPSS 22.0 software was adopted to analyze cost and length of hospital stay in patients underwent gallbladder calculus resection. RESULTS:Multi-factor analysis showed that the factors which significantly affected the cost and length of hospital stay were antibiotics,hospi-tals,age,surgery types and disease species (all P<0.01). The antibiotics were divided into the subset 1-4 according to the cost of hospital stay:the subset 1 only contained cefuroxime(9454 yuan);the subset 2 contained noncephalosporins(16199 yuan)and ce-fazolin pentahydrate(17241 yuan);the subset 3 contained ceftazidime(20716 yuan),other cephalosporins(21046 yuan)and cefo-taxime sulbactam(22724 yuan);subset 4 contained cefotaxime sulbactam(22724 yuan),cefoperazone sulbactam(23688 yuan), cefoxitin(24685 yuan)and cefodizime(24698 yuan). The antibiotics were also divided into the subset 1-4 according to the length of hospital stay:the subset 1 only contained noncephalosporins (7.61 d);the subset 2 contained cefuroxime (8.94 d) and cefazolin pentahydrate(9.78 d);the subset 3 contained cefoxitin(13.39 d),cefodizime(13.44 d),other cephalosporins(14.32 d)and ceftazi-dime(14.60 d);the subset 4 included cefoperazone sulbactam(16.03 d)and cefotaxime sulbactam(16.91 d). The higher the subset numbers,the higher the cost of hospital stay or the longer the length of hospital stay;there were statistical differences among differ-ent subsets (P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference among the same subsets (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Cephalospo-rins antibiotics can significantly influence the cost and length of hospital stay in patients underwent gallbladder calculus resec-tion. Antibiotics selection canbe considered comprehensively ac-cording to local medical resources and the patients'demands.
