Objective To analysis effect of midazolam combined with etomidate on liver function, malondialdehyde(MDA) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 80 patients who were undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were collected, all patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group, who were given the appropriate anesthesia induction drugs before surgery. After operation, the serum levels of MDA, SOD, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the liver function were detected in all patients. Results After operation, compared with control group, the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBIL)levels were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05);the serum MDA level was lower in the experimental group (P<0.05);the serum SOD and GSH-PX levels were higher in the experimental group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Midazolam combined with etomidate can reduce oxidative stress reaction in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which is conducive to the recovery of liver function.

Objective To evaluate the merits and demerits of three different closure methods for femoral artery access site in the interventional therapeutic procedures for senile patients with coronary artery disease. Methods We managed the femoral artery access sites in 60 cases undergoing interventional operation using three different hemostasias, including manual compression, Femostop equipment and Perclose suture (20 cases for each group). The procedure time, time for patients staying in bed, expenditure obedience, the percentage of procedure failure and vagal vascular reflex, and local vascular complications were observed and analyzed statistically. Results The study showed that the procedure time in Perclose suture group was about 12 minutes, much shorter than that in finger pressing and Femostop equipment groups (respectively 23 and 55 minutes, P

Objective:To study the mechanism of Qingluo Tongbi Compound (QLT) treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by observing miRNA Network of QLT on collagen-induced arthritis ( CIA) mice. Methods:The model of RA was induced by collagenⅡin DBA/1 mice and randomly divided into control group , CIA group, QLT group.Differently expressed miRNAs were detected by miRCURYTM LNA Array.Real-time PCR was applied to verify the reliability of miRNA array. Results:The bioinformatics software and database were applied to predict and analyze target genes.MiRNA array results showed that 221 miRNAs changed in CIA group compared with the control group ,and 169 miRNAs changed in QLT group compared with CIA group. And the results of real-time PCR were consistent with the array.Compared with the control group ,miR-143 was significantly reduced in CIA group ,intervention of QLT obviously upregulated the expression of miR-143.The target genes of miR-143 were significantly stored in VEGF , T cell receptor, MAPK,signaling pathway. Conclusion: Multiple abnormal expression of miRNAs involved in the pathological process of CIA.QLT affected the expression of various miRNAs ,which might be related to immunity ,inflammation, pain pathological process of RA and miR-143 could be a potential target in the treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To overcome the shortcoming of manual method,computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system of prosthetic socket is applied to improve socket's quality and processing efficiency, which also reduces the demand of operator's knowledge and experience.METHODS:Prosthetic socket CAM system was discussed based on an advanced manufacture technology, and the hardware and software were designed. The advanced manufacture platform was composed of an industrial personal computer (IPC),a motion control card, four sets of Panasonic digital AC servo control system, four lead screw guides, two spindle motor of milling cutter,a transducer, two switching power supply, limit switch and proximity switch. The software of prosthetic socket CAM system mainly included three function modules:parameter setting, machine testing and beginning processing.Through adjusting command pulse's input and driver's coefficient, the motor worked at different speeds.RESULTS:The result of experiment demonstrated that maximum rotational speed restriction was applied to protect the motor, and the motor could work very smoothly without vibration in very low speed. It was suitable for manufacture prosthetic sockets, and could manufacture the high quality prosthetic socket to satisfy the requirements of amputee.CONCLUSION:Prosthetic socket CAM system based on the advanced manufacture platform can overcome the shortcoming of traditional manual method, ensure product quality, and reduce the cost. The protracted experience of certified prosthetist was incorporated into the design program to reduce the demand of manipulator's knowledge and experience, increase the one-time success rate of manufacture prosthetic sockets, and improve the quality uncertainty of sockets. It can change the backward production mode of designing, measuring, taking model, and modifying model which depends on handwork.

Objective Implementing the scientific research performance evaluation indicator system constructed to evaluate the situation of scientific research performance conducted by two basic Departments during the 12th Five-Year period in a general hospital. To understand the practical applicability of the scientific evaluation index system, and also propose comments and suggestions based on the comparison between assessment score and actual research situation in the departments. Methods Based on the database of scientific research management information platform, collect related research data from two basic departments of the hospital in latest five years.Using SPSS software to conduct statistical analysis on the total score of the first and two indicators,as well as the specific indicators of the three indicators, according to the performance evaluation index system and the weight built by the hospital. Results The index system can basically reflect the general information of scientific research input and output in the department, however, some indicators cannot truly reflect the index importance and the differences between the index weight is not significant,so it is necessary to make amendment based on demonstration. Conclusions Hospital should dynamically update the index system to make them match the developing strategy of the hospital, also important to combine them with research stimulation to guarantee more scientific management and better service to the research development of hospitals.

Objective Single voxel proton spectroscopy technique (1H-MRS)was performed in the healthy newborn brain tissue to investigate the metabolic ratio in the right basal ganglia and the right frontal lobe changes with gestational age, and to improve the understanding of the neonatal brain development. Methods In this study, 69 newborns were selected, including twenty-five premature and forty-four term neonates. By using the Gesell developmental scale to evaluate brain development , they all had normal neurologic outcomes at 12-months corrected age. A point-resolved spectroscopy sequence was used to study the metabolic data obtained from each region of interest. Results N-acetylaspartate: creatine and N-acetylaspartate:choline were positively correlated with gestational age (the right basal ganglia r = 0.27, 0.63, the right frontal lobe r = 0.44, 0.64 respectively, P < 0.05) and choline:creatine was negative (the right basal ganglia r = -0.51,the right frontal lobe r = -0.41, P < 0.05), with a linear regression relationship among variables. In the same gestational age group , the N-acetylaspartate: choline of the right basal ganglia was higher than that of the right frontal lobe , and the metabolic ratios among the anatomic locations were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion Neonatal brain metabolite levels are associated with gestational age , and MRS can monitor newborn brain maturation quantitatively.

Ultrasonographic, clinical, and pathological features were retrospectively reviewed in 16 patients with Riedel's thyroiditis. Neck masses were detected in 16 cases. Ultrasonographic findings of Riedel's thyroiditis showed heterogeneous and hypoechoic masses with extension into adjacent soft tissue. No calcification was found in the masses and no enlarged lymph node was detected in the neck.
