Objective To compare the effects of intravitreal tamponade of C3 F8 with silicon oil on postoperative vitreous hemorrhage and visual prognosis after vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).Methods The clinical data of 121 patients (127 eyes)who underwent primary vitrectomy due to PDR were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were divided into two groups according to different intravitreal tamponade, including C3 F8 tamponade group (53 patients with 56 eyes ) and silicone oil tamponade group (68 patients with 71 eyes).There was no difference of gender (χ2 = 0.956 ),age (t =1.122),duratiion of diabetes (t=0.627),fasting blood glucose (t=1.049),systolic pressure (t=1.056), diastolic pressure (t = 0.5 1 7 ), history of hypertension (χ2 = 0.356 ), nephropathy (χ2 = 1.242 ), preoperative laser photocoagulation (χ2 = 1.225 )and All the patients underwent three port pars plana vitrectomy.The mean follow-up was 2 years ranging from 6 months to 4 years.And then the incidence and onset time of postoperative vitreous hemorrhage and postoperative BCVA of the two groups were compared. Results Postoperative vitreous hemorrhage occurred in 14 of 56 eyes (25.00%)in C3 F8 tamponade group. The average onset time of postoperative vitreous hemorrhage were (64.64 ± 59.09)days ranging from 7 -225 days and mostly were within 30-60 days (35.71%,5/14).Postoperative vitreous hemorrhage also occurred in 7 of 71 eyes (9.89%)of silicone oil tamponade group after silicone oil removal with an average onset time of (25.29±20.46)days ranging from 3-65 days and were mostly within 1 5-30 days (42.86%, 3/7).There was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative vitreous hemorrhage between the two groups (χ2 = 5.200,P <0.05 ).BCVA of the two groups was improved significantly after operation (Z =2.472,3.1 14;P <0.05).Postoperative BCVA of silicone oil tamponade group was poorer than C3 F8 tamponade group (Z =1.968,P <0.05).Conclusion Both C3 F8 and silicone oil tamponade can improve the visual acuity after vitrectomy for PDR.Compared with C3 F8 ,silicone oil tamponade had lower incidence and late onset of postoperative vitreous hemorrhage after vitrectomy for PDR.

Objective To evaluate the effect of FTY720 on retinal leukocytes adhesion and vascular permeability in diabetic retinopathy (DR) model,and explore its mechanism.Methods Ninety male Wister rats were randomly divided into normal control group,diabetic group and FTY720 group,thirty rats in each group.Diabetes was induced by giving a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin.FTY720 group was administered with FTY720 at a dose of 0.3 mg/kg by oral gavage daily for 3 months after establishment of diabetes.All rats were used for experiments following intervention for 3 months in FTY720 group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression and distribution of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM-1),and the positive cells were counted.Real-time reverse transcription PCR was used to measure mRNA expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.Fluorescein isothiocyanate-Concanavalin A perfusion was used to detect retinal leukocytes adhesion.Evans blue (EB) perfusion was used to analyze retinal vascular permeability.Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect retinal inflammatory cells infiltration.Results In diabetic group,both ICAM-1(t =12.81) and VCAM-1 (t=11.75) positive cells as well as their mRNA expression (t=16.14,9.59) were increased compared with normal control group,with statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).In FTY720 group,both ICAM-1(t=-9.93) and VCAM-1 (t=-6.61) positive cells as well as their mRNA expression (t=-15.28,-6.10) were decreased compared with diabetic group,with statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).Retinal leukocytes adhesion (t=16.32) and EB permeability (t=17.83) were increased in diabetic group compared with normal control group,while they were decreased in FTY720 group compared with diabetic group(t=-9.93,-11.82),with statistical significance (P＜0.05).There were many CD45 positive leukocytes infiltration in retina of diabetic group,including CD11b positive macrophage/activated microglia,while both of them were little in FTY720 group.Conclusions FTY720 can decrease retinal leukocytes adhesion,reduce retinal vascular permeability and inflammatory cells infiltration,which is associated with down-regulation of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.

The mechanism of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is diverse. LncRNA can regulate the expression of genes at multiple levels and is closely related to some pathological process, such as tumor formation, viral replication, inflammatory damage, etc. The abnormal expression of lncRNA is involved in the patho-physiological changes of the disease, and plays a key role in many links, such as the stability of mRNA, the regulation of translation level, protein transport, RNA processing and modification, and so on. The development of sepsis inflammatory injury is a complex process involving multiple genes and pathways, in which the abnormal structure and expression of many encoding genes or non-coding genes exist.This paper review the research progress on lncRNA in the regulation of chondriokinesis, pro-inflammatory cytokines, calcium ion transport, nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in signal pathway and other inflammatory lesions, which may provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.

Objective To investigate the compound rhubarb gallnut gargle combined periodontal treatment effect on inflammatory factors in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 76 patients with chronic periodontitis from June 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,given periodontal treatment as control group,compound rhubarb gallnut gargle combined periodontal treatment as observation group,38 cases in each group,two groups were detected after treatment of gingival crevicular fluid levels of inflammation.Results After treatment,the gingival crevicular fluid of tumor necrosis factor-α(alpha TNF-α),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin three(IL-6,IL-1 beta and IL-8)of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group of inflammatory cytokine levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gingival index(GI)and gingival bleeding index(SBI)of the two groups were were lower than those before treatment,and the GI and SBI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic periodontitis,compound rhubarb gallnut gargle combined periodontal basic treatment effect,can significantly reduce the level of inflammation.

Objective To investigate the effect of batroxobin on the blood-retinal barrier (BRB) and vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF) in diabetic rats. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were used to establish diabetic models by intraperitoneal injecting with streptozotocin (60 mg/kg), and were divided into 3 groups: diabetic group (n=20), batroxobin (40 mg/kg) group (n=20) and batroxobin (20 mg/kg) group (n=20). Twenty-five else rats were in control group. All of the rats were executed 7 days later. The function of BRB was observed by Evans blue method. Results concentration of VEGF protein was detected by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbert assay (ELISA). The results of each group were compared. Results The content of BRB leaked into retina was obvious lower in the control group than which in the other 3 diabetic groups(P0.05). Objective To compare three methods for culture of fetal cortical neurons of SD rats and find out the suitable culture conditions of fetal cortical neurons in vitro.Methods The cortex of 16-18-day embryonic rat was used for culture in this study.Mechanical dissociation, trypsin digestion and papain digestion were applied respectively to the neuron culture.The morphological characteristics of neuronal cells at different time points were observed and neuron purity was identified by immunofluorescence staining assay.Results High purity of the fetal rat cortical neurons was successfully achieved by all the three culture methods, and each had distinct morphological characteristics at different time points.The purity of neurons was 96.28%, 95.63%and 97.34%, respectively, with no significant differences among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The three culture methods are improved in our study.Stable neurons with high purity can be obtained by all the three methods respectively, and each of these methods has distinct characteristics.

Objective To explore the effect of case discussion and process evaluation on the teaching of obstetric and gynecological nursing. Methods In April 2014, case discussion and process evaluation were used in the teaching of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy for 50 undergraduate students recruited in 2011. Group tests were used to evaluate the learning outcomes. Results The score of the 50 students ranged from 50 to 100, with the mean score of 83.6 ± 11.2 for the individual test. By group test, the score ranged from 64 to 88,with the mean score of 78.5 ± 8.8, 87.8% to 95.9% of the students were satisfied with this teaching method. Conclusions Case discussion and process evaluation can improve the teachers′competence, enrich the contents of teaching. It is effective to cultivate the students′critical thinking and competence in using knowledge to solve the clinical problems.

Objective To investigate the incidence and trend of colorectal cancer in Wenling City of zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2011.Methods The date of colorectal cancer cases were collected from the tumor registersystem.The incidence rates,time trend and regional distributionof colorectal cancer were analyzed.Results The overall incidence of colorectal cancer in Wenling City was rising.The annual average incidence was 22.67/105.The incidence of colorectal cancer both in man and woman were increased with age,especially in ages between 55 and 75.The incidence of colorectal cancer was highest in city,followed in fringe area and lowest in rural.But the average annual growth rate was highest in rural.Conclusion The incidence trend of colorectal cancer is rising in Wenling City.Control measures of colorectal cancer according to the risk factors should be given,especially in rural area.

Objective To investigate the relevant factors of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),and to provide a theoretical basis of prevention and treatment.Methods Retrospective analyed the clinical data of 145 critically ill neonates,who were treated with mechanical ventilator from Jan 2006 to Dec 2009 in the Third People′s Hospital of Wenzhou City,NICU.According to whether the neonates were occurred VAP,they were divided into two groups:VAP group(52 cases) and without VAP group(93 cases).Results Fifty-two out of the 145 neonates developed VAP.The incidence of VAP was 35.86%,the main relevent factors were the gestational ages,birth weights,the duration of mechanical ventilation and the times of intubation.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The main pathogens were opportunistic bacteria,and mostly were G-bacilli.Conclusion The incidence of VAP has a close conclusion with the gestational ages,the birth weights,the duration of mechanical ventilation and the times of intubation.Regulate the use of breathing machine,strengthen aseptic operation,and select effective antibiotic can control the occurrence and development of VAP.

Objective To explore the effect of team-based learning on the teaching and learning of Gynecologic and Obstetric Nursing.Method The team-based learning including preparation before class,and discussion,assessment and summarization in class was used in the teaching and learning of nursing of cervical cancer and the feedback from the students were collected.Results The average score of 71 students on the exam was 83.3±8.3.More than 85.9%of them agreed on the effectiveness of the team-based learning. Conclusion The team-based learning could improve students' self-learning and cultivate communicative skills and team spirits.
