Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3(VEGFR-3) in rat colorectal cancer, and to provide an experimental material for the role of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 in cancer progression and metastasis via lymphatics. Methods The expressions of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 in colorectal cancer induced by MNNG were observed by immunohistochemistry staining. Results There was no expression of VEGF-C in normal colorectal tissues, but VEGFR-3 expressed in the lymphatic endothelium. The protein of VEGF-C mainly expressed in the cancer cells and the positive rates were 75% and 100% respectively in the early and the mid-terminal stages of cancer. The positive expression of VEGF-C in the early stage of cancer was higher than that in mid-terminal stage(P

Objective To study the clinical efficay of the therapy adefovir dipivoxil combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis .Methods 76 cases of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis were divided into the treatment group and the control group ,38 cases in each group .Both groups take symptomatic and supportive treatment ,the obser-vation group plus adefovir dipivoxil combined with glutathione therapy .After 3 months treatment ,we observed liver function ,hepa-titis B virus DNA quantification and assessed the clinical efficacy .Results After treatment ,the treatment group liver function im-proved was significantly better than the control group (P<0 .05) ,the total effective rate was higher than the control group (P<0 .05) ,the rate of hepatitis B virus DNA turn to negative was significantly higher than the control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil combined with reduced glutathione therapy for decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis can effectively improve liver function ,suppress hepatitis B virus DNA undetectable ,reduce the incidence of the complication ,and worthy of promote in our clini-cal practice .

Objective:To clarify patterns of skin diseases among outpatients at first and return visits to Hospital of Dermatology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 2019.Methods:Data were collected from the outpatient electronic medical record information system in Hospital of Dermatology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from January 1st to December 31st, 2019, and patterns of skin diseases among outpatients at first and return visits were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The total number of outpatient consultations was 1 440 580 in 2019, including 941 755 (65.37%) first visits and 498 825 (34.63%) return visits, and the daily average number of outpatient consultations was 4 332. The top 10 most prevalent skin diseases were eczema, acne, urticaria, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, vitiligo, neurodermatitis, pigmented nevus, tinea pedis and onychomycosis among outpatients at the first visits, with the number of outpatient visits being 739 175 and accounting for 78.49% of the total first visits; the top 10 most prevalent skin diseases among outpatients at the return visits were eczema, acne, psoriasis, urticaria, vitiligo, seborrheic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, pigmented nevus, keloid and rosacea, with the number of outpatient visits being 399 594 and accounting for 80.11% of the total return visits. Conclusion:In 2019, skin diseases predominated by common diseases, such as eczema and acne, among outpatients at Hospital of Dermatology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.

Objective To construct the UAS-Hey transgenic fly strains to provide a tool for researching the function of Hey gene in the fly development. Methods The Hey gene coding sequence was amplified by reverse transcription PCR and subcloned into pUAST expression vector. The pUAS-Hey recombinant plasmid was constructed and microinjected into the embryos of wild type flies. The UAS-Hey transgenic flies with red eyes were screened out with mini-white marker, then the balancing and mapping of these transgenic strains were performed. The identification was performed by using the PCR amplification method. Results The pUAS-Hey recombinant plasmid was successfully constructed, and seven independent transgenic strains were obtained by microinjection and transgenic fly screening and balance.PCR analysis confirmed that the P[mini-white,UAS-Hey] was integrated into genomes of transgenic strains and was in expressible region. Conclusion The UAS-Hey transgenic flies are successfully constructed, which lays the foundation for further studies of the function and regulation of Hey gene with GAL4/UAS system.
