Objective:To evaluate the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)combined with attention training technique(ATT)on auditory hallucinations of schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty schizophrenia patients with au-ditory hallucinations were recruited according to the criteria of International Classification of Diseases,tenth Edition(ICD-10).They were randomly divided into the CBT group(30 cases,26 cases completed)and the CBT+ATT group(30 cases,25 cases completed).The CBT group received only 4 weeks of cognitive behavioral intervention for auditory hallucinations,and the CBT+ATT group received 6 weeks of attention training technology intervention based on cognitive behavioral intervention.At baseline and after 12 weeks,the Psychotic Symptom Rating Scales-Auditory Hallucinations(PSYRATS-AH)and Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)were used to evaluate the auditory hallucinations symptoms and social functioning of the two groups,and the Attentional Control Scale(ACS)was used to evaluate patients'attentional control ability of the CBT+ATT group.Results:After 12 weeks,the differences(post intervention score-baseline score)of PSYRATS-AH total scores[(-6.8±2.2)vs.(-4.2±1.5)],auditory hallucinations'frequency,duration,number of distresses,control of voices were lower in the CBT+ATT group than in the CBT group(Ps＜0.05),and the differences of the SSPI total scores[(13.9± 2.9)vs.(11.6±4.2)]and scores of Factor I and Factor Ⅲ were higher in the CBT+ATT group than in the CBT group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:This study shows cognitive behavioral therapy combined with attention training technique could improve auditory hallucinations and social function more effectively in patients with schizophrenia.

Objective:To analyze the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of typhoid fever in Fujian Province from 2011 to 2022, and understand the high-incidence population and hotspot areas, and provide evidences to develop more targeted prevention and control measures.Methods:The surveillance data of typhoid fever during 2011-2022 in Fujian Province were obtained from the National Disease Reporting Information System and analyzed with SAS 9.4. The spatial autocorrelation analysis of typhoid fever incidence at county/district levels was performed with ArcGlS 10.8.Results:A total of 5 126 cases of typhoid fever were reported in Fujian Province from 2011 to 2022, with an average annual incidence rate of 1.10/100 000. The average annual incidence rate was 0.96/100 000 from 2011 to 2015, 1.49/100 000 from 2016 to 2019, and 0.81/100 000 from 2020 to 2022. The disease occurred all the year round, with high epidemic season from May to September. A total of 23.59% (1 209/5 126) of the cases occurred at the age of 0-4, and 9.62% (493/5 126) at the age of 5-9. The male to female ratio of the cases was 0.97∶1 (2 524∶2 602) for the whole population, 1.19∶1 (925∶777) for people under 10 years old, 0.75∶1 (1 060∶1 404) for people between 10 and 54 years old, and 1.28∶1 (539∶421) for people over 55 years old. Cases in Ningde City accounted for 30.65% (1 571/5 126) of the total cases. Most hotspots were occurred in Ningde City. Recurrent and clustered cases were found in family members.Conclusions:Typhoid fever was prevalent at a low level in Fujian Province during 2011-2022, indicating that strengthening the prevention and control measures should target key areas and populations. The incidence of typhoid fever in Fujian Province showed spatial aggregation phenomenon, and most cases gathered in Ningde City. Intensive study for the influencing factors of spatial clustering should be conducted.

Objective To study the effect of changes in estradiol(E2)levels on the reproductive outcomes of pa-tients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation(COS)with gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist(GnRH-ant)protocol.Methods A retrospective study was conducted involving 338 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility who underwent GnRH-ant protocol for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation followed by in vitro fertilization(IVF)or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI),and subse-quently underwent their first frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET).The clinical data of these patients were ana-lyzed.Patients were grouped based on the changes in serum E2 levels on the first and fourth day of GnRH-ant ad-ministration(blood samples collected before GnRH-ant injection):the E2 elevation group(Group A,E2 value in-creased more than 30％,165 cases),the E2 stable group(Group B,E2 rate of change was within-30％～30％,162 cases),and the E2 decline group(E2 value declined more than 30％,11 cases,not included in statistical a-nalysis due to small sample size).The differences in demographic characteristics,ovulation induction outcomes,embryo outcomes and clinical pregnancy-related indicators were analyzed between Groups A and B.Results There were no statistically significant differences in basic information such as age,duration of infertility,body mass index(BMI),basal endocrine levels,and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)levels between groups A and B.Regarding embryo characteristics,there were no statistically significant differences in fertilization method and number of trans-ferred embryos between groups A and B.However,group A had a higher total number of retrieved oocytes,normal fertilization rate,number of high-quality embryos,and rate of high-quality embryos compared to group B,with sta-tistically significant differences(P＜0.05).In terms of clinical pregnancy outcomes,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)between groups A and B.However,group A had higher rates of clinical pregnancy,implantation,and live birth compared to group B,with statistically significant differences.Group A also had a lower rate of early miscarriage compared to group B,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion Choosing the GnRH-ant protocol for IVF/ICSI-FET in PCOS patients,if the blood E2 level increases by more than 30％after 4 days of adding the antagonist(blood sample col-lected before administering GnRH-ant),the clinical pregnancy outcome will be better.

Objective:To construct an index system for including ideological and political education elements and cases in the Health Assessment course, and to provide a reference for the evaluation of ideological and political teaching of the Health Assessment course.Methods:By using literature analysis, the nominal group method, and the Delphi expert consultation method, we determined indicators for ideological and political elements and case inclusion criteria for the undergraduate nursing course Health Assessment. The analytic hierarchy method was applied to quantify the items and determine the final weights of the indicators at each level.Results:The response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.880. For the second-round consultation on the system of ideological and political elements, the coefficient of variation was 0.078, and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.334. For the second-round consultation on the inclusion criteria for ideological and political cases, the coefficient of variation was 0.075, and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.312. Finally, we determined 6 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators for the ideological and political elements of the Health Assessment course, and 9 indicators for the inclusion of ideological and political cases for the Health Assessment course.Conclusions:The established index system for the ideological and political elements and cases of the Health Assessment course for nursing undergraduates is reasonable, scientific, and reliable, which can provide a reference for subsequent construction of the ideological and political teaching system for the Health Assessment course.

Objective:To explore the application of short video situational teaching based on clinical pathway management cases in cardiology internship teaching.Methods:30 medical students who were interned in the Department of Cardiology of Xiangya Hospital of Central Souty University from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group, using traditional clinical teaching mode, and another 30 medical students from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the observation group. Short video situational teaching based on clinical pathway management cases was used to compare the performance evaluation results, satisfaction evaluation results, teaching effectiveness, improvement of critical thinking ability, and teaching method evaluation results of the two groups of students. Perform chi square test and t-test using SPSS 20.0. Results:The results showed that the performance of the observation group students in the entrance examination [theoretical: (88.25±5.14) vs. (80.23±5.34); operational: (90.36±5.23) vs. (86.58 ± 5.12)] was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; The observation group showed statistically significant differences in teaching effectiveness compared to the control group ( P<0.05); The critical thinking ability score of the observation group students was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05); The observation group students rated the teaching methods higher ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The use of situational teaching in cardiology internships can enhance the critical thinking ability of medical students, meet clinical needs, and is worth promoting in diagnostic teaching.

Objective To isolate and culture neural crest cells(NCCs)from lung tissue of mice and to identify the characteristics of the cells in order to provide a new cell model for studying lung injury and injure repair.Methods The mT/mG dual-fluorescence reporter mice and Wnt1-Cre transgenic mice were hybridized,and mT/mG;Wnt1-Cre transgenic mice were screened to obtain enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP)permanently labeled NCCs.Cell suspension of mouse lung tissue was prepared by enzymolysis.EGFP+cells(namely NCCs)were har-vested by flow cytometry.Primary culture was performed with DMEM/F12 culture medium optimized in the labora-tory,NCCs was characterized by immunofluorescence microscopy.Then NCCs differentiation was directed by mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells osteogenic induction.Results The mT/mG of EGFP permanently labeled NCCs was successfully obtained by hybridization and high-purity NCCs were isolated from Wnt1-Cre transgenic mice lung tissue.They can be cultured in vitro and with spindle morphology which was,similar to fibroblast adherent proliferation.NCCs expressed the neural crest stem cell marker Sox10 and induced to differentiate into osteoblasts.Conclusions NCCs isolated and cultured from lung tissue of mT/mG;Wnt1-Cre transgenic mice show stable prolif-eration and have the characteristics of neural crest stem cells,which may function as a potential cell model for re-search on lung tissue injury and the mechanism of repair.

Pain is one of the most common and unendurable symptoms in cancer patients and a major factor affecting their quality of life.Patient-controlled analgesia(PCA) is an important palliative measure in additional to conventional pharmacological control of pain.Nurses play the primary role in the management of PCA for cancer pain, and their knowledge, attitude and practice about PCA for cancer pain directly affect the effectiveness of cancer pain management.This article summarizes and analyzes the current status of nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice and associated influencing factors, aiming to improve nursing management of PCA, reinforce specialized nursing training, propose recommendations for an expert consensus on PCA for cancer pain and provide a reference for nursing practice in PCA for cancer pain.

Objective To retrieve and evaluate relevant literatures on pain management for patients after hemorrhoidectomy and summarize the best evidence. Methods Based on the 6S evidence model, computer-based searches were conducted in relevant domestic and foreign databases for literatures related to pain after hemorrhoidectomy, including guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and randomized controlled trial (RCT), from the establishment of the databases to March 12, 2023. The quality of evidence meeting the evaluation criteria was evaluated according to the corresponding literature evaluation criteria, and was summarized in combination with expert opinions. Results A total of 16 literatures were included (1 guideline, 6 expert consensus, 8 systematic reviews, and 1 RCT); the evidence included pain identification and assessment, drug management measures, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, and perioperative health education, eventually 21 pieces of evidence were extracted. Conclusion After hemorrhoidectomy, the most effective pain management plan should be developed based on the patient's condition and clinical status to relieve postoperative pain.

Objective:To investigate the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1beta (IL-1β) in the plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of silicosis patients with artificial quartz stone plate processing.Methods:In January 2022, 10 patients with artificial quartz stone plate processing silicosis and 20 patients with common silicosis who were hospitalized and diagnosed in a hospital at Zhejiang Province from June 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research objects, and 30 healthy people were selected as the control group during the same period. Plasma of all subjects and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of all patients were collected. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and were analyzed.Results:The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the plasma of patients with silicosis were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05), and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the plasma of silicosis patients with artificial quartz stone plate processing were higher than those of common silicosis patients ( P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in plasma of artificial quartz stone plate processing silicosis patients were higher than those of common silicosis patients at the same silicon stage ( P<0.05). The levels of IL-1β in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of silicosis patients with artificial quartz stone plate processing was higher than that of patients with common silicosis ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in silicosis patients with artificial quartz stone plate processing are higher than those in patients with common silicosis, which may be related to dust components they are exposed to.

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing teacher training mode guided by deep learning theory.Methods:The clinical nursing teacher training mode was constructed under the guidance of deep learning theory and in combination with the characteristics of clinical nursing teachers, led and implemented by the university teacher development center. The questionnaire guided by Kirkpatrick Model was used to investigate clinical nursing teachers who had completed the five-stage training. The effects and differences in reaction, learning, behavior, and result levels were compared between the training objects in six training sessions. A total of 138 questionnaires were collected, of which 129 questionnaires were valid, with a response rate of 93.48%. The SPSS 22.0 was used to conduct analysis of variance or chi-square test.Results:On the reaction level, there were significant differences in the satisfaction of trainees in training time, examination form, and organization management ( P<0.05); on the learning level, the trainees had different opinions on the effect of training on promotion and improvement of clinical nursing quality ( P<0.05); on the behavior level, the training objects had different tasks in undergraduate classroom teaching and in hospital and medical association education and training ( P<0.05); on the result level, the clinical nursing teachers who completed the training all participated in different types of nursing teaching. Conclusion:The clinical nursing teacher training mode based on deep learning theory can significantly improve the teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers and promote their professional development.
