Objective To explore the effect of educational mode on children' s social adaptive capacity (SAC) through investigating its change of children into kindergarten one year later. MethodsFor this study, participants were divided into three groups, namely study group (SG), control group Ⅰ ( CG Ⅰ ) and control group Ⅱ( CG Ⅱ ). ①SG :30 ～ 47-month-old children at their entrance at one kindergarten of Xi' an city were study by the follow-up study method. There were 119 participants in this trial except 22 lost- visitors. The scores of children's SAC were evaluated at their entrance time and one year later respectively, according to the Social Adaptation Scale for Infant-Junior Middle School's Student Revised by Zuo Qi-hua. ②Control group(CG) :The children,whose classes were randomized,of five classes were divided into CG Ⅰ and the other four classes were CG Ⅱ. There were 107children aged at 30 ～ 46 months in CC Ⅰ , 94 children aged at 42 ～ 59 months in CG Ⅱ. The scores of their SAC were also evaluated according to the same scale on September 2006. The cross-section investigation were used to CG Ⅰ and CG Ⅱ. Results① The mean total score of SAC in SG was higher at one year later ( 10. 52 ± 0.77 ) than that at their entrance time( 10.22 ±0.52) (P＜0.01) ,and the total score of SAC in SG was lower at their en trance time than that of CG Ⅰ (10.49 ±0.06)(P＜0.01 ). ②There was no significant difference in children's SAC between SG at the final stage( 10. 52 ± 0.77 ) and CG Ⅱ(10.40 ± 0.67 ) (t = 1.500, P ＞ 0.05). ③There were no significant difference in children's SAC between boarding care mode( 10.34 ± 0.68 ) and day care one( 10.32 ±0.56) (t = 0.182, P ＞ 0.05 ). ④There were no significant difference in children' s SAC between male ( 10.42 ±0.73) and female( 10.51 ±0.68) in the kindergarten.. ConclusionThe gathered living mode can promote the child SAC development, and the boarding care mode or day care one in one year has no effect on children' s SAC.

This paper reviews the problem and shortage of IPv4 network which was unfolded during its use in telemedicine field and describes the features and advantage of IPv6, which is the next generation protocol of Internet by comparing it to IPv4. The application of IPv6 in telemedicine field is prospected. The work should be done and the problem may be met during the change from IPv4 to IPv6 network are also discussed.

Objective To compare the application values of different blood transfusion modes in placenta previa cesarean section.Methods The clinical data in 82 pregnant women with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2016 were collected.The patients were divided into the autologous group (autologous blood stored blood transfusion,n=42) and allogeneic group (allogeneic blood transfusion,n=40) according to different blood transfusion modes.The changes of blood routine indexes such as hemoglobin (Hb),platelet count (PLT),hematocrit (Hct),white blood cell count (WBC) and red blood cell count (RBC) in the two groups before and after operation were recorded.Postpartum blood lossb amounts,autologous and allogeneic blood transfusion volume were compared between the two groups.The pregnant outcomes were observed,and the incidence rates of blood transfusion complications were statistically analyzed.Results (1)The accumulative blood loss volume and allogeneic blood transfusion volume in the autologous group were significantly lower than those in the allogeneic group (P<0.05);(2) PLT and WBC after operation in the two groups were significantly increased,while RBC,Hb and Hct were decreased.The levels of postoperative Hb,PLT and Hct in the autologous group were higher than those in the allogeneic group (P<0.05);(3) the neonatal Apgar scores at 1,5 min after birth,and umbilical artery blood pH value showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);(4)The total incidence rate of complications in the autologous group was significantly lower than that in the allograft group (P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting autologous blood stored blood transfusion scheme during cesarean section in women with placenta previa has no negative effect on maternal and neonatal outcomes,meanwhile which can reduce the incidence of transfusion complications,is safe and feasible.

Normal wound healing is a very complicated process. As the wound covering, the dressing can protect the wound, accelerate the healing process and prevent infection during wound healing. Chitosan-based nanofibers have shown great prospect in biomedical dressings due to their unique biological and physicochemical properties. In this paper, the characteristics, materials, application and evaluation of chitosan-based electrospun nanofiber dressings are reviewed, and its application prospects are also prospected.

AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on human glioma cell line U251 growth, change of gene expression and intracellular calcium content. METHODS: MTT method was used to observe the growth inhibition effect. Cell cycle, positive rate of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), apoptosis associated protein Fas and Bcl-2, and intracellular calcium ion (IECa~ 2+ ) levels were measured by flow cytometry in U251 cells treated with different doses of As_2O_3. Apoptosis was detected with annexin V-FITC+PI dual parameter. RESULTS: As_2O_3 inhibited the growth of U251 cells dramatically. There were obvious dosage-effect and time-effect correlations (P0.05). The cell cycle was arrested in G_2M phase. Apoptosis occurred in U251 cells treated with As_2O_3 by annexin V-FITC+PI dual parameter detection. CONCLUSION: As_2O_3 inhibits the growth of U251 cells in vitro dramatically and induces apoptosis. The mechanism is probably associated with the improvement of Fas expression and IECa~ 2+ levels, decrease in PCNA protein expression and cell cycle arrest.

AIM To study the effect of neferine on intracellular adriamycin(ADM) accumulation in MCF-7/Adr cell line. METHODS The cytotoxic effect was determined by MTT assay. The intracellular ADM concentration was assayed by HPLC. RESULTS Neferine(Nef) decreased the IC 50 of ADM to MCF-7/Adr cells but increased the intracellular concentration of ADM. CONCLUSION The mechanism of the MDR reversal effect of Nef is associated with the increase of the intracellular accumulation of anticancer drug.

Objective: To explore the different genotypes’ susceptibility to intervention of coarse grain food in dyslipdemia population. Method: 409 middle and old aged residents with blood lipoprotein abnormalities were randomized to 2 groups: the intervention group (230 subjects) and the control group (179 subjects). Everyone of the former group was given a steamed bread of coarse grain food per day and health education once every month; while the control group was only given health education. Intervention period was 6 months. The genotypes of LPL-Pvu Ⅱ of the intervention group were analyzed by PCR-RFLP (restriction fragment length polymorphism) technique. Results: All indices in intervention group except WHR were improved after intervention. BMI, WHR, SBP, DBP, serum TG were significantly lower than control group; while serum HDL-C was significantly higher than control group after intervention. Among all genotype groups, the P+/P+ group was more sensible for the change of serum TG and more significant in the effect of improving blood lipids than the P-/P- group; and the susceptibility of change for TC and HDL-C in serum was least in the P-/P- group. Conclusion: There are good intervention effects of coarse grain food in dyslipdemia population. The susceptibilities to improve blood lipids vary with different geno-types of LPL-Pvu Ⅱ , especially for change of serum TG ,and P+/P+ group was more sensible.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Technetium 99m Tc methylenediphos-phonate injection (Yunke) and various combination therapy on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods All 137 patients enrolled in trial group.Among them 67 patients received Technetium 99m Tc methylenediphosphonate alone,42 patients received combination therapy with methotrexate and mobik and 28 patients received calcium orally meanwhile.Clinical manifestations and lab markers were observed carefully.Results The conditions of 67 patients receiving Technetium 99m Tc methylenediphosphonate alone were improved,42 patients received combination therapy had better effect and 28 patients in middle and old-age taking calcium orally simultaneously showed superiority in remission of rest pain and descent of ESR.Conclusion Technetium 99m Tc methylenediphosphonate is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Results is suggest calcium be taken in the same time.

Two lab-scale expanded granular sludge bed reactors were operated using granular sludge and river sediments as seed sludge respectively, through gradually lowering down the inner pH values, acid-tolerant methanogenic granular sludge with good methanogenic activity were acquired and formed. Two EGSB reactors could be operated steadily under the condition of pH 5.8～6.2, and their volumetric loading rates were about 5.5～7.5 kg COD/(m3/d), the COD removal efficiencies were about 90%. The granular sludges taken from two reactors could maintain relatively higher methanogenic activity under low pH, and the relative activities of the granular could be 51.78% and 55.6% of the value with the condition of pH 7.0 when pH was 5.5. Studies on the diameter distribution, settling velocities, concentrations of different metal elements and microbiological characteristics of these acid-tolerant granular sludges were also conducted.
