China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the bioavailability of the domestic and the imported zolmitriptan tablets in human body.METHODS:The plasma concentration of zolmitriptan in24healthy male volunteers were determined by HPLC-FI after o?rally administered with single dose of5mg zolmitriptan tablets by randomized crossover way,the pharmacokinetics parameters and the relative bioavailability of which were calculated.RESULTS:The plasma concentration-time curves of the oral zolmitriptan tablets fitted one-compartment open model of linear dynamics, the main parameters of domestic tablets and im?ported tablets were described as follows,C max (8.273?3.379)ng/ml and(7.756?2.623)ng/ml,t max (2.341?1.169)h and(2.644?1.121)h,AUC 0~t (47.95?15.75)(ng?h)/ml and(46.27?13.71)(ng?h)/ml,the relative bioavailability of do?mestic zolmitriptan tablets and the imported tablets was(106.72?32.03)%.CONCLUSION:The domestic and the imported zomitriptan tablets is bioequivalent.
2.Investigation of hand washing state in patients undergoing infusion in outpatient clinic
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(9):54-55
Objective To investigate the hand washing state and its influencing factors in patients undergoing infusion in outpatient clinic in order to adopt measures to enhance the patients' consciousness of hand hygiene. Methods 300 adult patients undergoing infusion in outpatient clinic were investigated. The bacteria condition before and after washing hands was observed. The condition and washing apparatus in the infusion room were also evaluated. Results The bacteria amount in the hands of patients undergoing infusion was 20 to 36 times higher than the standard level. The washing apparatus was simple and did not reach the standard requirement. Conclusion We should strengthen the propaganda of hand hygiene knowledge to patients undergoing infusion and improve their recognition of the importance of hand washing. The hospital should improve the washing facilities to reduce hospital infeciton.
3.Automatic Oral Drug Dispensing System Conducive to Hospital Pharmaceutical Care
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To realize automatic central drug dispensing model in hospital pharmacy.METHODS:The construction, running condition, major function and flow-sheet of automatic oral drug dispensing system of our hospital was introduced, and the automatic drug dispensing system was compared with traditional dispensing system.RESULTS:The automatic oral drug dispensing system could enhance the speed and accuracy of drug dispensing, shorten waiting time of nurse, improve health condition and decrease medicine pollution.CONCLUSION:The automatic oral drug dispensing system is suitable for drug dispensing in hospitals and conducive to the enhancing of pharmaceutical care level.
4.Analysis of Drug Quality Events in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2006
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the causes of drug quality events took place in our hospital so as to provide reference for the improvement of drug quality.METHODS:Systematic investigations were performed on 150 batches of drugs that had shown quality problems during 2005 and 2006 in our hospital and the possible reasons accountable for the problems were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The quality problems were originated from 3 links including production, distribution and use of drugs, and manifested as improper or wrong packaging, labels or package inserts, inappropriate handling, and improper operation of medical staff etc, which worth the highest alert of the concerned departments.

0.05.The neuronal necrosis area in group A are significantly higher than group B and C [(1.8?0.7)vs(0.9?0.4)and(0.6?0.3),both are P0.05.The neuronal necrosis area and the level of NSE in fetus were positively correlated with each other,r=0.798,P0.05.The volume of mitochondria of nerve cells in group A and B are significantly higher than that of group C [(7.0?1.8)?10~(-4)?m~3 and(5.7?1.6)?10~(-4)?m~3 vs(3.2?1.2)?10~(-4) ?m~3,both are P0.05). Conclusions There is apparente pathological change of fetal rats brain in cholic acid groups, the neuronal degeneration and the mitochondria swelling was mainly found in low cholic acid group, the neuronal necrosis and the mitochondria decrease was mainly found in high cholic acid group. The serum concentration of TBA and NSE in fetal rats were positively correlated with each other.
7. Effects of different soaking treatments on seed germination and seedling growth of Platycodon grandiflorum
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(4):468-472
Objective: To investigate the effects of different soaking treatments by KNO3, KMnO4, H2O2, GA3, and distilled water for different times on seed germination and seedling growth of Platycodon grandiflorum. Methods: Adopting a double-layer filter paper culture method, the seeds were cultured in the 12 h illumination light incubator at 25 °C, and the germination energy, germination percentage, germination index of the seeds, and the root length and the shoot height of the seedling were recorded. Then the data were analyzed. Results: The best soaking treatment to break seed dormancy, promote the seed germination, and improve the seedling growth of P. grandiflorum was with 0.150 g/L GA3 for 24 h. In addition, another effective soaking treatment is using 0.005 g/mL KNO3 for 12 h. Conclusion: The appropriate soaking reagent and time for the seed germination of P. grandiflorum are obtained, which could provide the guidance for seedling and artificial cultivating P. grandiflorum.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(15):58-59
Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention on prevention of posloperation infection in patients with breast cancer .Methods 336 patients with breast cancer after operation were divided into the control group and the intervention group with 168 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing while the intervention group Was given psychological intervention based upon routine nursing. The incidence of postopemtion infection was observed in the two groups. Results Incidenc of infection took place in 27 patients(8.04%)among 336 cases. The incidence rate infection in the control group was 12.50%,which was evidently higher than that of the intervention group(3.57%),x2=9.06,P<0.01.The infection location and time in the intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Psychological intervention could reduce the incidence rate of posteperation infection in patients with breast cancer.

Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the apoptosis resulted from hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD) and potential relation to caspase-3 expression. Methods Rats were divided into HIBD、HBO、sham operation group. To observe the morphologic change of brain tissues treated by HBO and compared with that of the hypoxia-ischemia rat model, then check the dynastic change of caspase-3 expression by immunohistochemistry at different time point. Results The expression of caspase-3 in the hippocampus and cortex was higher than that of sham group at 18, 24, 48 and 96 h time point(P

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
The pharmacological effects and clinical applications of fish oil preparations were reviewed. Fish oil is a natural material. Its excellent clinical tolerance and multiple pharmacological activities make it a pharmaceutical of broad prospects. Fish oil preparations have been used in the therapy and prevention of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis in diabetics. They have also been proved effective in improving symptoms of burns and abscesses. Additionally, fish oil preparations can replace non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the therapy of immune system disorders and have effects of slowering aging and improving the memory faculty of the aged. Applications of fish oil in organ transplantation have also been reported.
