Hospital diagnosis and treatment delay may link with waiting time ,waiting for examination ,the doctor′s advice-delivery time .Con-clusion Patients with AMI treatment delay is serious ,the awareness of patients timely treatment and hospital management system should be further improved .
3.Recent advances in the study of AMPK and inflammatory pulmonary disease.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(8):1089-1096
AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is an important regulator of cellular energy homeostasis. Recent studies demonstrated that AMPK is a novel signaling molecule modulating inflammatory responses and oxidative stress which are involved in inflammatory pulmonary diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary infectious diseases and pulmonary fibrosis. AMPK attenuates inflammatory lung injury by phosphorylating its downstream targets, such as sirtuin1 (SIRT1), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1alpha (PGC-1alpha), p53 and forkhead box O3a (FoxO3a). This review summarized the relationship between AMPK and the development of inflammatory pulmonary diseases.

4.Current advance in treatment of fungal keratitis by corneal collagen cross-linking
International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1258-1260
Corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) is a photochemotherapy for keratoconus, keratectasias and infectious keratitis.Corneal collagen fiber infiltrated with riboflavin, a photosensitizer which generates reactive oxygen species when activated by UVA at 370nm, was induced to form the crosslinks in corneal stroma.Corneal collagen cross-linking alone or combined with medicine therapy could be used to treat fungal keratitis, improve the cure rates, and reduce the complications and the demands of corneal transplantation surgery. The purpose of this paper is to review the basic principle, procedure, laboratory researches, clinical applications and the safety about this treatment.
5.Application of Nape Acupuncture in Treatment of Vertebral-artery Type Cervical Spondylosis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2009;7(1):47-50
Objective:To observe the effect of nape acupuncture on vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods:Eighty patients with vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into nape acupuncture group and Jiaji acupuncture group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the nape acupuncture group were treated with the nape acupuncture plus Jiaji acupuncture, while the patients in the Jiaji group were treated with Jiaji acupuncture only,to observe the functional scale before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the nape acupuncture group was 95.0%,while the total effective rate in the Jiaji acupuncture group was 82.5%.By Ridit analysis,u=5.186,P<0.01.It indicated that the therapeutic effect in the nape acupuncture group was better than that in the Jiaji acupuncture group.Compared with Jiaji acupuncture group, the difference value of pre- and post-treatment about functional scale of vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis and the post-treatment score have statistic differences (P<0.01).It indicated that the therapeutic effect of nape acupuncture group was more obvious in treating vertigo than that in the Jiaji acupuncture group. Conclusion:The treatment of vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis by Jiaji acupuncture plus the nape acupuncture may enhance the therapeutic effect significantly.
6.Etiological and Clinical Analysis of 45 Cases of Placental Abruption
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(10):103-106
Objective To analyze the risk factors and clinical characteristic of placental abruption. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the medical documents of 45 patients treated in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university during 2010 to 2012. All mild placental abruption patients and severe placental abruption patients were used to analyze the high risk factors and outcomes of pregnancy. Results The incidence of placental abruption was 0.41%. Seventeen severe placental abruption patients and 28 mild placental abruption cases were included in this study. The incidence of uteroplacental apoplexy and perinatal infant outcomes were significant diferenct between two groups (P≤0.023) .The high risk factors were hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes, complicated with other diseases in pregnancy, and so on. About 22.2%placental abruption couldn't be explained by any reasons. Conclusions Severe placental abruption can occur in pregnant women with no high risk factors and cause bad pregnant outcomes. To improve the skills of medical personnel is the powerful measure in placental abruption treatment.
7. Effect of Schisandra lignans on the apoptosis of SHG-44 glioma neurospheres
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2014;49(2):113-116
OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of Schisandra lignans for inducing the apoptosis of human glioma SHG-44 neurospheres. METHODS: The effects of Schisandra lignans on the SHG-44 neurospheres proliferation were detected by MTT. The apoptotic rate was analyzed by Annexin-V/PI double staining. The secretion of the bax, bcl-2 and caspase 3 protein was detected by Elisa assay. The expression of bcl-2 protein was examined by Western blot. RESULTS: Schisandra lignans could inhibit the proliferation of SHG-44 neurospheres with the concentration of 50,100,200 mg · L-1 in a dose-dependent manner. Schisandra lignans could induce the apoptosis of SHG-44 neurospheres in a dose-dependent manner. The secretion of bcl-2 was decreased, but ratio of bax/bcl-2 was increased, caspase 3 was increased, the expression of bcl-2 protein was down-regulated. CONCLUSION: Schisandra lignans could induce the apoptosis of human glioma SHG-44 neurospheres. Its mechanism is correlated with down-regulation of the expression of bcl-2 and up-regulation of the ratio of bax/bcl-2, and then activated caspase 3.
