Objective To observe the characteristics of electrocardiographic parameters of the right heart in the early newborns with different gestational age.Methods Seventy-five cases of early newborns from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected.They were divided into 4 groups according to gestational age,15 cases in group A (28-30 weeks),18 cases in group B (＞30-33 weeks),17 cases in group C (＞33-37 weeks) and 25 cases in group D (＞ 37-40 weeks).All newborns were examined by the synchronous 12-lead ECG machine,and the changes in ECG time limit detection results,QRS amplitude and RV1 amplitude were compared among groups.Results (1) There was a significant difference in P-R intervals among group A [(0.090 ± 0.011) s],group B [(0.095 ± 0.012) s],group C [(0.098 ± 0.013) s] and group D [(0.105 ± 0.014) s] (F =7.458,P ＜ 0.05).The P-R intervals of group A,group B and group C were much shorter than those of group D (P ＜ 0.05);the comparison of QRS duration and QTc among groups had no statistical significance (F =1.626,1.569,all P ＞ 0.05).(2) In group A:QRS amplitude was:(4.430 ± 1.380) mV,RV1 amplitude:(0.850 ± 0.420) mV;in group B:QRS amplitude was:(4.800 ± 1.350) mV,RV1 amplitude:(1.012 ± 0.425) mV;in group C:QRS amplitude was:(5.200 ± 1.600) mV,RV1 amplitude:(1.210 ± 0.520) mV;in group D:QRS amplitude was:(5.800 ± 1.800) mV,RV1 amplitude:(1.509 ± 0.525) mV.There were significant differences in QRS and RV1 amplitude among 4 groups (F =7.002,16.870,all P ＜ 0.05).The QRS amplitude changes in group A and group C were far less than those in group D (P ＜ 0.05),the RV1 amplitude changes in group A,group B,and group C were far less than those in group D (P ＜ 0.05),and there was no difference between among other groups (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions There are correlations between the electrocardiographic parameters of right heart and the gestational age of newborn infants.These parameters,including the P-R intervals,the amplitude of QRS and RV1,increase with the gestational age.

AIM:To observe the expression of Smad7 and Smad ubiquition regulatory factor-Smurf2 in rat glomerular mesangial cells (GMC) stimulated by the high concentration of glucose,and to investigate the effect of the ubiquition on Smad signaling by adding MG132 as a proteasome differential inhibitor. METHODS:Cultured rat GMC were divided into normal group (the concentration of glucose:5.6 mmol/L),high glucose group (20 mmol/L,30 mmol/L,respectively),therapy group (30 mmol/L glucose with MG132). The expressions of Smurf2 and Smad7 in each group were measured by indirect immunofluorescence and laser scanning confocal microscope. Objective To study on the thermic effect of food (TEF) of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Basal energy expenditure (BEE) of 12 male cases and resting energy expenditure (REE) of 11 male cases of COPD were detected by indirect calorimetry with metabolic cart. There were no significant difference in sex, age, height and body weight between two groups' e.g:TEF=REE-BEE.Results BEE and REE were 1114?208kcal/d,1433?136kcal/d respectively, the latter was higher 28% than BEE.Conclusion TEF increases significantly which may contributes to malnutrition and non-response to nutritional support in patients with COPD.

【Objective】To explore the correlation of antisperm immune infertility(AII) in females with chronic genital tract inflammation and to observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine of Qingshi Huayu Mixture(QHM) and Yishen Huoxie Prescription Ⅰ(YHPⅠ) for AII.【Methods】Fifty-eight AII patients were screened from 200 infertility patients,and were randomized into three groups.Group A(N=18) was treated with YHPⅠ,group B(N=20) with QHM and group C(N=20) with western medicine.Three months constituted one treatment course.The incidence of positive antisperm antibody(AsAb+)combined with chronic genital tract inflammation,therapeutic effect,pregnancy rate,the content of serum AsAb,as well as the changes of lymphocyte subtypes,natural killer(NK) and interleukin 6(IL-6) were observed.The correlation of the above indexes with serum AsAb content was also analyzed.【Results】(1) The incidence of positive antisperm antibody(AsAb+)combined with chronic genital tract inflammation: There were 96(48%)with AsAb+ in 200 patients,and 62(64.58%) with AsAb+ in 122 combined with chronic genital tract inflammation;there were 34(35.42%)AsAb+ patients in 78 without inflammation,the difference of AsAb+ incidence was significant between the inflammation patients and the non-inflammation patients(P0.05).There were 2 in 5 cured patients of group A,2 in 7 of group B and 1 in 7 of group C being pregnancy.(3) Content of serum AsAb: serum AsAb content was decreased in the three groups after treatment,the difference being significant as compared with that before treatment(P0.05).(4) The changes of lymphocyte subtypes,NK and IL-6: CD8+ was increased,CD4+/CD8+ and NK were decreased in groups A and B,the differences being significant as compared with those before treatment and those in group C after treatment(P

Objective To study on the expressions of bFGF, PDGF and TSP-1 mRNA in small intestinal carcinoma and adenoma and their clinico-pathological significance. Methods The specimens were continuously sliced into pieces. The expression of bFGF, PDGF and TSP-1 mRNA was determined by in situ hybridization. Results bFGF, PDGF and TSP-1 was positive in 57%,48% and 36% respectively in 44 cases of small intestinal adenocarcinoma, and was 20%, 30% and 90% in 10 of adenoma respectively. Qi as well as its ability to cure ailments can be released without needling by the application of magnetism.Qi-effects are based upon the magnetic force released by magnetic platelets fastened onto acupoints.This property supports and proves one of the definitions of qi which says,that qi is bio-electrical magnetism or qi is defined as any type of energy which is able to demonstrate power and strength.This energy can be electricity,magnetism,heat,or light.Furthermore,it is suggested to use magnet acupuncture parallel to needle acupuncture according to traditional Chinese body acupuncture rules scientifically controlled in order to carry out research on qi and qi-effects.Here it might even be possible to find a quality and even a parameter to measure the intensity of qi-effects,such as by simply measuring the possible change of the heart beat frequency (pulse frequency) before and after application of the needle or magnetic platelet.It is also possible that there is another parameter in existence which will be changed by the impact of qi and acupuncture which still needs to be detected.

The composition of moxibustion quantity is discussed, and it is believed that the effective moxibustion quantity is a certain threshold range, which is influenced by the functional state of the patient and different moxibustion methods. Based on the foundation of conventional moxibustion quantity, the quantity should be adjusted according to patient's constitution, age,moxibustion area, affected region, nature of disease and the sensitivity. Through different methods and techniques, the stimulus intensity and time can be altered to approach a proper moxibustion quantity.

Aim To investigate the anti-EAC breast cancer effects of viable human umbilical vein endothe-lial cells ( HUVECs) vaccine. Methods Subconflu-ent HUVECs were mixed with OK432 to prepare HU-VECs-OK432 vaccine, and the anti-tumor efficacy of HUVECs-OK432 was investigated using a subcutaneous tumor model of EAC breast cancer. ELISA, splenic lymphocyte proliferation assay and cytotoxic T lympho-cytes ( CTL ) killing assay were adopted to detect the humoral and cellular immune responses after HUVECs-OK432 immunization. Results HUVECs-OK432 im-munization significantly inhibited the growth of EAC tumor in mice in the prophylactic procedures. High ti-ter of anti-HUVEC antibody was elicited by HUVECs-OK432 immunization. The proliferation activity of splenocytes from mice immunized with HUVECs-OK432 was significantly increased. T lymphocytes iso-lated from HUVECs-OK432-immunized mice were dose dependently killing HUVECs in vitro. Conclusion Strong humoral and cellular immune responses targeting HUVEC are elicited by HUVECs-OK432 immuniza-tion, which results in a significant inhibition on the growth of EAC tumor in mice.

Objective To evaluate the labor duration of healthy primiparas in the past 20 years compared with Friedman labor curve.Methods Published observational studies about labor duration in primiparas with singleton vertex presentation were searched in PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane library,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database.The Cochrane Collaborafion' s RevMan 5.1 software was used for reta-analysis.Results Eleven literatures involving 4534 primiparas were included,which were eligible for the criteria to investigate the labor duration.Meta-analysis showed that the length of active phase was significantly different between what was showed in primiparas in the past 20 years and Friedman labor curve[ P =0.01,weighted mean difference ( WMD ) =1.61,95％ CI:0.38 to 2.83 ],and significant differences were also found in the second stage duration (P =0.0006,WMD =-0.20,95％ CI:-0.31 to -0.09 ).Conclusions Compared with Friedman labor curve,active phase length of healthy primiparas in the past 20 years was significantly longer and second stage length was shorter.Reassessing labor curve of healthy primiparas is required for more scientific guidance and less unnecessary interventions.
