Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the reversal effect of MDR1 and MRP antisense oligodooxynucleotide (ASODN) on adriamycin-resistant SGC7901/ADM cells. Methods:SGC7901/ADM cells were transfected by MDR1 or MRP ASODNs or the combination of two. Then the mRNA expressions of proteins MDR1 and MRP were checked by RT-PCR,and the expressions of P-gp and MRP by immunocytochemistry;the intracellular fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine 123 in these cells were determined by flow cytometry;and the sensitivity of these cells to adriamycin, carboplatin and other anticancer drugs were determined by MTT assay. Results:The expression of MDR1mRNA and MRP mRNA in SGC7901/ADM cells decreased at 12h after transfection of ASODNs,decreased to the lowest level at 24h and returned to the level before transfection after 48h. The expression of P-gp and MRP decreased significantly at 48h after transfection with ASODNs compared with the control cells. The retention of Rhodamine 123 in SGC7901/ADM cells was significantly higher than that before transfection, and the intracellular fluorescence intensity significantly increased in ASODNs cotransfection SGC7901/ADM cells, compared with those transfected by MDR1 or MRP ASODNs respectively; In addition, the sensitivity of SGC7901/ADM cells to adriamycin, carboplatin and other anticancer drugs obviously increased after cotransfection of MDR1 and MRP ASODNs compared with transfection of MDR1 or MRP ASODN respectively. Conclusion:The transfection of MDR1 or MRP ASODN can partly reverse the multidrug resistance of gastric glandular carcinoma cells SGC7901/ADM,while cotransfection of MDR1 and MRP ASODNs can significantly reverse drug-resistance of these tumor cells.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(3):32-35
Objective To observe effect of baicalin on VEGF, BMP-2 and IL-1βexpression in rat mobile dental periodontitis maintained phase, and explore the mechanism of baicalin on periodontal tissue remodeling. Methods 80 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,20 rats in each group. The blank group weren’t giren any treatment, model group were built with periodontitis, control group and observation group were built with periodontitis and then tooth movement model. The observation group were given baicalin, blank group and control group were given the same volume of saline. The rats were killed at 1d, 3d, 6d, 12d, 18d, then samples of the maxilla were taken to make tissue sections and immunohistochemical staining. VEGF, BMP-2 and IL-1βexpression were observed in periodontal tissue. Results The BMP-2 expression isn’t obvious in blank group, but was obvious in model group, and gradually reduced at the end of the afterburner; BMP-2 expression in experimental group were higher than that in control group at the same point ( P<0.05 ) .The VEGF expression in control group and experimental group gradually reduced at the end of the afterburner; VEGF expression in experimental group were lower than that in control group at the same point ( P<0.05 ) .The IL-1βexpression wasn’t obvious in blank group, but was obvious in model group. The IL-1βexpression in control group and experimental group gradually reduced at the end of the afterburner;IL-1βexpression in experimental group were lower than that in control group at the same point ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Baicalin can significantly increase the expression of IL-1βin periodontal tissues of periodontitis rats after moving teeth, reduce inflammation, inhibit bone resorption, and also increase BMP-2 and VEGF expression, promote periodontal vessel formation and maturation, which may be one of the mechanisms of baicalin to promote periodontal tissue remodeling in periodontitis rats at holding phase after orthodontic tooth movement.
6.Progress in etiology for cervical cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(5):384-388
Cervical cancer is one of the commonly malignant neoplasms for women in our country. It's etiology has known by us through hard working.Cervical cancer is the result of many factors:infection with oncogenic human papillomavirus(HPV)types is the necessary cause of cervical cancer, but not the sufficient cause, and other exogenous and endogenous factors are in conjunction with HPV,such as herpes simplex virusII and chlamydia trachomatis infection, activation of oncogene and inactivation of anti-oncogene,sexual behavior, parity, oral contraceptive(OC)use, smoking and So on.
7.Current advance in treatment of fungal keratitis by corneal collagen cross-linking
International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1258-1260
Corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) is a photochemotherapy for keratoconus, keratectasias and infectious keratitis.Corneal collagen fiber infiltrated with riboflavin, a photosensitizer which generates reactive oxygen species when activated by UVA at 370nm, was induced to form the crosslinks in corneal stroma.Corneal collagen cross-linking alone or combined with medicine therapy could be used to treat fungal keratitis, improve the cure rates, and reduce the complications and the demands of corneal transplantation surgery. The purpose of this paper is to review the basic principle, procedure, laboratory researches, clinical applications and the safety about this treatment.
8.Analysis of cervical cancer prevention and control in Jiangxi province rural areas
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(15):947-950
Cervical cancer is the most common malignant cancer in reproductive organ among females in China, particularly in rural areas. Primary prevention [human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination] was not performed on a large scale, according to a popula-tion-based study in China. Therefore, we aimed to develop a secondary cervical cancer prevention model. Such model would be suit-able for national conditions in China, scientific and reasonable, of low cost, and ideal for popularization in rural areas. Jing'an county in Jiangxi province was the high risk area of cervical cancer in China. The methods of early diagnosis and treatment effectively reduced the mortality and the detection rates of cervical cancer for 40 years. The characteristics of theJing'an modelwere gradually devel-oped.Jing'an modelcan be used for cervical cancer prevention and control in China's rural areas and can be applied in other develop-ing areas worldwide.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(10):716-720
Radiotherapy (RT) is the primary treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). In order to achieve tumor control, nearby normal brain tissues, especially the temporal lobes, often receive unnecessary radiation. Patients with NPC treated by RT may occur cognitive impairments, which significantly compromises the quality of life. The symptoms of cognitive dysfunction induced by RT in NPC patients can exhibit at the early or later stage after RT, which may be related to temporal lobe injury or brain damage induced by radiation. However, the relationship between the cognitive declines induced by RT and the radiation dose or volume of the temporal lobe (or the dosimetry to treat NPC) has not yet been definitively established, and few reports have focused on cognitive impairment following intensity modulated RT. Therefore, this paper will review the progress in radiation-induced cognitive decline of NPC patients in order to provide the basis for preventing side effects of RT and improving the quality of life after RT.
