Objective To examine miRNA-31 expression in serum of children with airway allergic disease (asthma and allergic rhinitis) and determine the correlation with CD44.Methods The expression of miR-NA-31 and CD44 in serum of 26 children with acute asthma and allergic rhinitis and non-acute phase and 36 normal control children were determined by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.Results The miRNA-31 was significantly overexpressed in serum of children with acute asthma and allergic rhinitis compared with non-acute phase and normal control children and significantly correlated with CD44.Conclusion The correlation between miRNA-31 and CD44, the aberrant expression of miRNA-31 may account for the occurrence and development of airway allergic diseases.

Objective To explore the difference of the curative effect between incision-thread-drawing procedure and traditional incision drainage in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods A total of 150 patients diagnosed with perianal abscess and treated at the first time from June 2015 to June 2016 in our department were selected as the research object in this experiment,who were divided into the observation group(75 cases) and control group(75 cases) according to the surgical method.Patients in the observation group were performed with incision-thread-drawing procedure,while the control group were treated by traditional incision drainage.The overall treatment effect,operation time,postoperative recovery time,hospital stay,hospital costs,wound healing time and postoperative complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The difference of the overall treatment effects between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operation time,the postoperative recovery time,the hospitalization time and the cost,the time of wound healing of observation group were significantly better than the ones of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of anal fistula,abscess and other complications in patients of observation group were significantly lower than the ones of control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional incision drainage,the incision-thread-drawing procedure is more effective with less complications and lower recurrence rate,which should be the first choice for the treatment of perianal abscess.

Objective To study the characteristics of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in idiopathic macular epiretinal membranes (IMEM) and the relationship between the thickness of fovea and the vision of affected eyes. Methods Total of 67 cases (73 eyes) with clinical diagnosis of IMEM by direct, indirect ophthalmoscopy, three mirror contact lens, fundus color photography or fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) were examined with OCT. Results Epiretinal membranes(ERMs) with macular edema were found in 32 eyes, proliferative ERMs in 20 eyes, ERMs with macular pseudoholes in 14 eyes and ERMs with laminar macular holes in 7 eyes. Based on OCT, the ERMs were clearly and partially seperated from the retina (27 eyes, 38.36%), the retinal thickness of the fovea was the thickest in proliferative ERMs and the thinnest in ERMs with laminar macular holes. The statistical analysis showed there was a negative correlation between the thickness of fovea and visual acuity (r=-0.454, P= 0.000 ). Conclusion There were four types of image of OCT in IMEM: ERMs with macular edema, proliferative ERMs, ERMs with macular pseudohole and ERMs with laminar macular hole;and the thicker the fovea under the OCT, the poorer the visual acnity in the affected eyes with ERMs.

Objective To evaluate prognostic value of electroencephalogram (EEG) in neonatal with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Sixty two infants with HIE was studied by doing physical examination, intelligence test, CT and EEG. Their clinical outcome was compared to their EEG in the first month after birth. Results Incidence of sequelae in normal or mild abnormal EEG and severe abnormal EEG were 3%, 29%, respectively. Among three infants of EEG cases, two dead and one developed cerebral palsy infant. Among four of burst suppression found in the EEGs, two cases dead, one developed cerebral palsy, one was normal. In five of hypoactive EEG, one dead, one developed cerebral palsy, and the other was with low IQ. Conlusion The prognosis is related to the background activity of EEG. The presence of a burst suppression EEG pattern and a hypoactive/flat EEG are negative prognostic criteria.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and analyze the differences of choroidal neovascularization (CNV) image between exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and central exudative chorioretinopathy (CEC) using optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods Twenty-three eyes of 22 patients with exudative AMD and 20 eyes of 19 patients with CEC, which were diagnosed as CNV using fundus fluorescein angiograph (FFA) or indocyanine green angiograph (ICGA), were exami- ned by OCT. The size of CNV and the thickness of retinal neurosensory layer in foveola were measured by OCT software. Results On OCT image, CNV had three main types of morphological features including simple CNV, CNV with serous retinal neurosensory layer detachment and CNV with choroidoretinal exudation. Exudative AMD mainly showed CNV with choroidoretinal exudation (56.52%) and CEC showed simple CNV (90 0%). The thickness of retinal neurosensory layer in foveola of patients with exudative AMD was thicker than that of patients with CEC and the size of CNV of patients with exudative AMD was larger than that of patients with CEC. Negative correlation was found between retinal neurosensory layer thickness in foveola and vision in both groups (?=-0.521, P =0.001). Conclusions There were certain discrepancy in morphology and area involved of CNV between exudative AMD and CEC on OCT images.

【Objective】To measure RNFL thickness (clock type and mean) and investigate the relationship between RNFL thickness and age,gender,and right or left eye in normal subjects using OCT.【Methods】OCT was used in 183 eyes of 104 normal subjects to measure RNFL thickness with circle scan (scan diameter of 3.46mm) around optic nerve head.【Results】RNFL thickness (μm) measured by OCT in normal eyes according to clock type (10:30～、11:30～、12:30～、1:30～、2:30～、3:30～、4:30～、5:30～、6:30～、7:30～、8:30～、9:30～) were 144±14、141±16、135±12、104±17、78±15、90±18、130±16、147±17、145±13、92±16、80±11、103±10,respectively，and mean of whole circle was (116±5) μm.There was a negative correlation between RNFL thickness in temple-superior (10:30～12:30),temple- inferior (5:30～7:30),mean thickness and age (P=0.005～0.000).There was no significant differences between RNFL thickness of various clock and mean (P=0.356～0.781),gender and right or left eye (P=0.155～0.612).【Conclusion】RNFL thickness was thicker in temple-superior (10:30～12:30) and temple-inferior (5:30～7:30),thinner in nasal (2:30～) and temple (8:30～) in normal subjects.The elder of persons,the thinner of RNFL thickness.RNFL thickness was not related to gender and right or left eye.

Objective We tried to investigate the current status of pediatric nursing post setting and analyze the practical application effect in the clinical working practice for the foundation of readjusting and setting up the pediatric nursing positions.Methods By convenient sampling method,the general condition and current post setting situation in the pediatric wards of 7 hospitals with self-designed questionnaires were investigated.The results underwent analysis Results The nursing post setting in pediatric wards of 7 hospitals were not all the same,nursing posts in the pediatric ward included three categories:management positions,teaching positions and clinical positions.Management positions included the head nurse,deputy head nurse and head nurse assistant; teaching positions included the teaching secretary and clinical total teaching nurse; the seven kinds of clinical nursing positions were office job,day shift,night shift,evening shift,midnight shift,late-morning shift,auxiliary job.Though some nursing jobs differed in the position names and working hours,their job contents were nearly identical.Conclusions Pediatric nursing post setting management in our country is still in the exploratory stage at present,it has not form a unified perfect job management system.Pediatric nursing positions should be set from the perspective of evidencebased theory,satisfying the demands of patients as the guidance,coming from clinical needs as the first principle,in the full implementation of the accountability for nursing and based on comprehensive consideration of various factors,so that the post setting can be scientific and reasonable.

Objective To investigate the effects of mindfulness training on cancer related fatigue (CRF) in patients with breast cancer .Methods Two hundreds young and middle‐aged patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from January to June 2015 were divided into the observation group and control group ,100 cases in each group .The control group was given the routine nursing ,while on this basis the observation group was given the mindfulness training .The cancer related fa‐tigue status was evaluated according to the CFS scale .The CFS various dimensions and total fatigue scores before and after inter‐vention were compared between the two groups .Results The fatigue status existed in most of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy ,the occurrence rate of CRF was 97 .0% ,which was dominated by moderate fatigue ,followed by mild fatigue ,severe fatigue was minimal ;the body fatigue ,cognitive fatigue ,emotional fatigue and total fatigue scores in the second time of chemothera‐py had no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0 .05);in the fourth and sixth time of chemotherapy ,the body fatigue ,cognitive fatigue ,emotional fatigue and total fatigue scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The mindfulness training interven‐tion can relieve the fatigue status and improve the living quality of the patient .
