1.Ocular manifestations of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2010;26(5):423-426
Objective To observe ocular manifestations of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Methods Fourty-two AIDS patients (66 eyes)with ocular complaints received examinations of visual acuity, slit-lamp microscope, ophthalmoscope and fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA). The results were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThere are five types of ocular findings, including cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis (37 eyes, 56.0%), retinal microvasculopathy of human immunodeficiency virus (21 eyes, 32.0% ), optic nerve diseases (three eyes, 4.5 % ), retinal neuroepithelial layer detachment (two eyes, 3.0%) and uveitis (three eyes, 4.5%). Conclusions The common ocular manifestations showed progressive necrotic retinitis, retinal hemorrhage and retinal vasculitis and attenuated, cotton-wool spots in AIDS patients.

Chinese Journal of Medical Ultrasound (Electronic Edition) 2013;(10):54-57
Objective To explore the ultrasonographic, clinical and histopathological characteristics features of primary uterus lymphoma. Methods The clinical, sonographic and histopathological characteristics of nine patients who were pathologically comfirmed as primary uterus lymphoma were analyzed. Results Among the nine cases of primary uterus lymphoma, three lesions were found in the uterine bodys and 6 were found in the cervixes. Two patients with uterine body lymphoma had painless pelvic masses and six patients with cervix lymphoma had contact bleeding, including irregular vaginal bleeding in four patients. In sonograms, six lesions showed remarkable hypoechogenicity with homogeneous internal echogenicity;the margins of most lesions were circumcribed;all lesions had posterior enhancement. In color Doppler lfow imaging, abundant vascularities were detected in eight lesions. In the cases of uterine body lymphoma, all of the uterine bodys showed diffuse symmetrical enlargement without disruption of the endometria, while in ifve cases of cervix lymphoma, the tumors showed the shape of lobule. The pathological examination showed that all tumors were diffuse B-cell type non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Conclusions Primary uterus lymphoma has some clinical and ultrasonic features, including contact bleeding or irrgular vaginal bleeding, diffuse symmetrical enlargement of uterine body, complete endometria, remarkable hypoechogenicity, homogeneous echogenicity and posterior enhancement. Final diagnosis depends on the histopathology.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):85-86
Objective To analyze the handling measure in period of ambo-operation and postoperative care of patients with abdominal surgery in advanced age over 80 years. Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 integrity data of patients with abdominal surgery in advanced age over 80 years was done. Results 100 patients recovery and discharged. The incidence of postoperative complications was 55.9% (55/102). Postoperative death was oberserved in two patients. Conclusion In patients over 80 years old, handling measure in period of ambo-operation is very impor-tant. Degeneration of organ function and more comorbidities made operation more dangerous. A well preoperative prep-aration and postoperative care, an intensive treatment of comorbiditius, the prevention of apoplexia and reducing the chance of emergency operation, will make operation more effective.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):861-7
Using bioactive compounds 7-hydroxy flavone, salicylaldehyde, cinnamic acid and 4-amino-5- mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles as starting materials, three new types of flavone derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole structure were synthesized via different step reactions. These new compounds were characterized by 1IHNMR, ESI-MS, IR and elemental analysis. Their scavenging effects on the superoxide radical (O2·-), hydroxyl radical (·OH), DPPH · radical and their total reduction activities were tested. The results showed that all of the compounds possessed some antioxidative activity at the concentration of 0.5 mg · mL(-1), but the scavenging ability of the target compounds was lower than that of the standard compound Vc.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the possibility of human gastric carcinoma cells apoptosis induced by arsenic trioxide and its mechanism. Methods After treatment with arsenic trioxide, the cytotoxicity to human gastric carcinoma cells MKN45 was quantified using trypan blue exclusion, and IC 50 was determined. Apoptotic cells were detected with flow cytometry, DNA cytofluorometry, DNA electrophoresis. Results Arsenic trioxide inhibited the growth of human gastric carcinoma cells MKN45 in a dose-dependent manner in a certain range of dose with a IC 50 of (11.05?0.25)?mol/L; Apoptotic peak, characteristic morphologic features of apoptosis and DNA ladder were observed in human gastric carcinoma cells MKN45 treated with 1~10 ?mol/L arsenic trioxide. Conclusions Arsenic trioxide can induce apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma cells MKN45, suggesting a great potential in the treatment of gastric carcinoma.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic(PE) efficacies of three therapeutic schemes in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.METHODS:By applying the principle of decision tree analysis in pharmacoeconomics,a retrospective analysis and evaluation was performed on the following 3 therapeutic schemes:sequential therapy of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection, cefuroxime sodium for injection by iv gtt,and azithromycin for injection by iv gtt.RESULTS:The total costs of the three schemes were 4 327.56 yuan,5 327.32 yuan, and 5 074.14 yuan, respectively, and the total effective rates were 89.80%,88.80%,and 85.29%,respectively.The anticipant costs for each cured case of community acquired pneumonia were 3 886.15yuan,4 730.66yuan,and 4 327.73yuan,respectively.CONCLUSION:The sequential therapy of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection is the optimal one among the 3 schemes.
