1.Research of The Titer Critical Value of Anti-Corneum Antibodies in Active Stage of Psoriatic Patients
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1988;0(03):-
The serous anti-corneum antibodies(ACAs)of 50 psoriatic patients and 32 normal con- trols were measured by Biotin Avidim Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (BA-ELISA).The results showed that ACAs of patients were significantly lower than that of the controls(P
2.The Forensic determination of Post-Traumatic Epilepsy in 21 Patients
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2001;17(1):25-27
To evaluate the forensic determination of post cerebral traumatic epilepsy. Methods In 21 patients, traumatic history and previous history were analysied combined with the demonstrations of electroencephalogram(EEG), X-ray, CT and MRI. Results Post-traumatic epilepsy, manily in late stage, usually occurred following serious cerebral trauma. The type of traumatic epilepsy was determined by the traumatic location and extent. Abnormal epileptic wave in scalp EEG and 24h dynamic EEG and medical image examinations were helpful for qualitative analysis. Conclusion The forensic determination of post traumatic epilepsy must be on the basis of traumatic and previous history combined with EEG, CT and MRI analysis.

Objective To investigate rhein on podocyte nephrin gene expression and nephrin on glomerular in diabetic nephropa-thy (DN)rats .Methods DN rats mode were made by Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) 60 mg/kg once .the DN model was divided into 2 groups:rhein treatment group (A) ,model group (B) ,and in addition ,set up a control group (C) .body weight ,kidney weight ,relative kidney weight ,24-hour urinary protein excretion ,serum creatinine ,blood urea nitrogen of rats were detected after 8 weeks of intervention .kidney pathological changes were observed by using light microscope ,electron microscope . immunohistochemical technique used to nephrin protein expression .Results Both the DN rats 24 -hour urinary protein excretion and podocyte nephrin gene expression of group A decreased significantly (P<0 .05) ,improvement in renal function .Conclusion Rhein on DN kidney has a protective effect ,which may be related to its podocyte nephrin gene expression.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(07):-
Objective: [WT5”,6BZ]To investigate the anti tumor effects of melittin in vitro . Methods: Melittin was isolated and purified from bee venom by gel filtration. The cytotoxicity of melittin against established cell lines(SMMC 7721,BEL 7402 and Hep 3B cell) was determined using by MTT assays. Mitomycin, vincristine and cinobu facini were used as control. The time effect relationship of melittin against SMMC 7721 cell line was studied. Results: Melittin showed the anti tumor effect in a dose dependent matter for tumor cells in vitro ,but there was no time effect relationship. The anti tumor effect of melittin was better than the control. Conclusion: Melittin has marked and quick anti tumor activity in vitro against established cell lines. [

Objective To investigate the influence of long-term blood purification on atherosclerosis(AS) in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients by measuring serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy) and carotid artery intima-medial thickness(IMT).Methods Seventy-two MHD patients visiting our hospital from June 2006 to December 2007,according to their blood purification mode, were assigned to three groups: hemodialysis(HD,n=25),hemodialysis+hemodiafiltration(HD+HDF,n=30),hemodialysis+continuous renal replacement therapy(HD+CRRT,n=17).Another 25 healthy subjects served as controls.Serum Hcy was detected before and after one-year treatment and meanwhile color Doppler ultrasonography was performed to check IMT of carotid artery and atheromatous plaques. Results The serum levels of Hcy,IL-6,MCP-1,hs-CRP in MHD patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P
7.Survey and study on FYES and FYX alleles of Duffy blood group in Nanjing Han population
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(16):2205-2206,2209
Objective To investigate the FYES and FYX allele expression situation of Duffy blood group in Han population of Nanjing area. Methods The genomic DNA was randomly extracted from peripheral EDTA-K2 anticoagulation blood samples in 200 voluntary blood donors and Duffy blood group FYA and FYB allele typing was performed by PCR-SSP.The EYES and FYX allele sequence charateristics of Duffy blood group were analyzed by adopting Sanger double deoxygenation gene sequencing method. Results The PCR genotyping results were consistent with the sequencing results.Among 200 samples,180 cases were FYA/FYA and 20 cases were FYA/FYB;the sequencing results showed that FYES and FYX allele expression was not been found in 200 samples. Conclusion The expression frequencies of FYES and FYX alleles are extremely low in Han population of Nanjing area, which has significant difference compared with other races.
8.Tentative Discussion on the Continuing Educational Mode of Hospital Pharmacists
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the way, approach and the effects of continuing education of pharmacists in hospital.METHODS:Multimedia and lectures were adopted as the mode of teaching medical courses and exam system was established as well.RESULTS:Continuing education made up for pharmacists'lack of medical knowledge to some degree, which laid a specialty foundation for pharmacists in the clinical service.CONCLUSIONS:The mode of launching continuing medical education for pharmacists is practicable, which can make up for the current lack of clinical pharmacy graduates from medicine academy.
9.Effect of prone-position ventilation on oxygenation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(09):-
Objective To determine the effect of prone position (PP) ventilation on oxygenation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) .Methods Twenty-three patients of both sexes (14 males, 9 females) with ARDS (within 72 h after onset of ARDS) were included in this study. The patients ranged in age from 43-78 years. Ten minutes before the patients were placed in prone position, midazolam 2-5 mg was given i. v. followed by continuous infusion at 2-3 mg?h-1 for sedation and a bolus of vecuronium 4 mg per hour for muscle relaxation. The patients were mechanically ventilated (VT 6-8 ml?kg-1, inspiration-time 1.0-1.2 s, RR 12-20 bpm, FiO2 0.4-1.0, PEEP 6-18 cm H2O) . The patients were placed in prone position for 2 h. Radial artery was cannulated and S-G catheter placed. MAP, CVP, MPAP, PAWP, cardiac output, PaO2 , PaCO2 peak inspiratory pressure (PIP) and airway resistance (Raw) were measured and recorded immediately before (T0) and 0.5, 2 h after the patients were placed in prone position (T1 , T2) and 2 h after supine position was resumed(T3) . PaO2/FiO2 and static compliance of the respiratory system (Cst) were calculated. Results In 87% of the patients PaO2/FiO2 was significantly increased during prone position (T1, T2) as compared to the baseline (T0) (P
