To improve the preparation speed and quality of moxa cone, a mould for preparation of moxa cone was designed and applied in moxibustion. It consists three parts: a foundation (a flat-bottomed circular cylinder hollow in center), a moxa cone forming tube (a hollow column encircled by two semi-cylinders with symmetrical shape and size, and was inserted in the internal cavity of the foundation); and a compression rod (a solid cylinder used for compressing moxa placed in moxa cone forming tube). The mould is practical, simple, and convenient and can effectively speed up the preparation of moxa cone, and it is safe in application. Moreover, the obtained moxa cones are regular in shape, uniform in dosage and size, dense in texture, and convenient to pack, store and carry.

The cultivation of practice ability of public health personnel was studied, in order to adapt to the new public health system requirements in practical ability training. With integrating the teaching contents, setting experiment course independently, implementing 'Process-experiment', establishing the experimental skills evaluation system of the formative assessment and summative assessment, public health personnel's practice ability has been improved.

Objective To study the real releasing of fluorine (F) and its effects on environmen in coalburning-borne fluorosis areas.Methods The coal,clay,briquette,cinder,fresh corn and roasted corn samples from 24 households were collected systematically in Zhaotong of City,Yunnan Province,and the F concentration in all samples was measured using the combustion hydrolysis/fluoride-ion selective electrode method,and the released amount and rate of F in briquette was calculated,and the relation between the released amount of F from briquette and the increase of F in roasted corn was analyzed.Results The F concentration of clay ranged from 266.4 to 2 536.7 mg/kg with a median of 1 087.1 mg/kg;the F concentration of briquette ranged from 115.9 to 635.0 mg/kg with a median of 308.8 mg/kg.The released amount of F in briquette ranged from 63.5 to 432.2 mg/kg with a median of 248.2 mg/kg.The releasing rate of F in briquette ranged from 30.3％ to 91.5％ with a average of 73.8％.The F concentration in fresh corn ranged from 0.43 to 2.00 mg/kg with a median of 1.31 mg/kg;the F concentration in roasted corn ranged from 2.21 to 44.88 mg/kg with a median of 10.49 mg/kg.The increased amount of roasted corn ranged 0.90 to 44.46 mg/kg.There was a significant correlation between the emission amounts of F from briquette and the F concentration in binder clay (r =0.714,P ＜ 0.01),but no correlation between the released amount of F from briquette and the increasing of F in roasted corn (r =-0.155,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The clay is an important source of F pollution,and the F increase in roasted corn is not only determined by the released amount of F in briquette,but also by several factors.

Objective To further understand the etiology,definition,clinical manifestation,prognosis and treatment of cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis.Method Retrospective study of23patients with leuko-cytoclastic vasculitis followed up at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from1990to2001.Results Twenty patients were classified as hypersensitive vasculitis,one of whom was diagnosed as Wegeners granulo-matosis2.5years later,two were diagnosed as urticarial vasculitis,and one was systemic lupus erythematosus.Conclusion Cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis,which is usually a benign syndrome,may be caused by in-fection or drugs.Its main clinical manifestaions are skin symptoms.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of methotrexate incision and different methods of administration combined with hysteroscopic surgery for cesarean scarpregnancy (CSP).Methods Retrospective analysis of 106 patients with CSP in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2015 were.The patients were divided into two groups, group A of 66 cases: methotrexate ( MTX) incision and systemic administration combined with hysteroscopic surgery group B of 40 cases: methotrexate combined with hysteroscopy surgery.The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, preoperative hospital stay, the time of blood HCG decreased to normal, the total amount of MTX and the abnormal rate of liver function were compared between the two groups, and the factors affecting the prognosis of CSP were analyzed.Results The preoperative hospitalization time and abnormal liver function of the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A group of patients with success and failure, blood HCG before treatment, gestational sac and bladder wall thickness of the myometrium (MT), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The median gestational sac diameter ( GS) of patients with successful treatment was 17.1 mm, and the median number of patients was 6.2 mm, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups ( GS ) , the difference of GS between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion Methotrexate incision and systemic administration methods combined with hysteroscopy treatment compared with systemic administration combined with hysteroscopy is a safe and effective method and the hospitalization time is short, but the MT >3 mm, before treatment, blood HCG≤20000IU/L, GS≤40 mm CSP more secure.

Fasting plasma preptin level was assayed by RIA in the patients with different glucose tolerances. Regarding fasting plasma preptin levels, it was higher in females than in males. Fasting plasma preptin level was increased in patients with type 2 diabetes as compared with subjects of impaired glucose tolerance and normal controls, and there were positive correlations with diastolic blood pressure, blood triglyceride, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, free fatty acids, 2 h plasma glucose after glucose load, HbA1C and HOMA-IR, suggesting a potential link between preptin and glucose-lipid metabolism and insulin resistance.
