Objective To explore the effect of continued nursing on postpartum breastfeeding within 6 months. Methods Two hundred and twenty parturient women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group using random digits table. The control group received breastfeeding knowledge education and nursing skills instruction. The observation group was given continued nursing and breastfeeding guidance . The two groups were compared in terms of breastfeeding rates at 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 months . Result The breastfeeding rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at each time point ( all P < 0 . 05 ) . Conclusion According to reasons why the parturient women don′t breastfeed , they are given continued nursing and detailed solutions after discharge , to make them confident in breast feeding and improving breastfeeding rate within six months after delivery .

Objective To discuss the application effect of fansclub informatization on the self-management of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 240 breast cancer patients were equally divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table with 120 patients in each group. The control group was provided with routine health education, based on this, patients of the experimental group participated in the fans club. The compliance, tempering effect, readmission rate and the satisfaction degree were evaluated between the two groups one year later. Results A significant difference was observed between the two groups′ compliance (t=11.08, P<0.01), with the experimental group graded 69.27 ± 8.02 and the control group graded 48.76 ± 7.51. Moreover, in the experimental group, the angel of abduction, anteflexion, rear protraction, medial rotation, lateral rotation were respectively (170.13 ± 3.16)° , (172.45 ± 1.94)° , (46.71 ± 1.86)° , (81.30 ± 2.47)° and (85.18 ± 1.55)° ,which were significantly higher than the control group (125.16±1.93)°, (136.28±4.67)°, (34.63±2.68)°,(61.59±1.71)° and(85.18 ± 1.55)° (t=22.74-73.76,P<0.01). Further more, there were also remarkable differences (χ2=32.97, 54.21, 15.34, P<0.05) between the two groups on the consultative, readmission and the satisfaction degree, which in the experimental group were 91.67% (110/120), 81.67% (98/120), 96.67%(116/120), and in the control group were 55.83% (67/120), 47.50% (57/120), 84.17% (101/120). Conclusions The establishment of the fans club informatization remarkably improves the self-management of the breast cancer patients, which are worth popularizing.

Objective To observe the correlation between nuclear factor ?B(NF-?B) expression and apoptosis after hypoxia-ischemia brain damage(HIBD).Methods Forty-eight 7-day newborn Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group (n=24) and HI group (n=24).The expression of NF-?B in the hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemical techniques. The apoptosis of the hippocampal cells was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase-mediated 2-deoxyuridine 5′-triphosphate-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL)straining. Results The expression of NF-?B in hippocampal cells increased at 6 h after HIBD,peaked at 48 h,and lasted till 72 h when compared with control group(Pa

Methods: Zirconia toughened glass infiltrated nanometer-ceramic composite(Al 2O 3/nZrO 2)powder was prepared with combination of chemical co-precipitation method and ball milling. The shape, size, partical distribution, crystal phase and chemical composition were measured and analyzed. Results: (1) The crystal phase composition of the studied nanometer ceramic composite powder was made up with ?-Al 2O 3, t-ZrO 2 and m-ZrO 2 examined by XRD?(2) The density of the powder was 4.12 g/cm 3?(3) The particle distribution of the powder ranged 0.02~3.0 ?m?(4)Observed with SEM, the particle profile of the powder was regular, the ratio of length and width of the particles was about 1.2. Conclusion: The studied nanometer ceramic composite powder owns good homogeneity, stable chemical composition, reasonable powder-size gradation and may be favourable in the improvement of the packing density of ceramics.

Objective To study the effect of recombinant rat augmenter of liver regeneration (rrALR) on proliferation and apoptosis of renal tubular cells in vitro. Methods The cultured human renal tubular cell line (HK2 cells) was divided into several groups with various concentration of gentamicin(GM) or/and rrALR. The proliferation of HK2 cell was evaluated by 3H-TdR incorporation. The apoptosis of HK2 cells was assessed by AO/EB staining and flow cytometer using Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (PI) staining. Results (1 ) rrALR promoted HK2 cell proliferation in a time-dependent and dose-dependent manner. The proliferative effect was significant with the concentration from 25 ng/ml to 50 ug/ml (P

Objective To investigate the protective effects of recombination rat augmenter of liver regeneration (rrALR) on tubular cell injury and renal dysfunction in rats with acute renal failure (ARF)induced by gentamicin. Methods One hundred fifty female Wistar rots were randomly divided into 5 groups: group A (control), group B (gentamincin 140 mg/kg+ saline 100 μg/kg), group C (gentarnincin 140 mg/kg +blank plasmid 100 μg/kg), group Dl (gentaminein 140 mg/kg+rrALR 80 μg/kg), group D2 (gentamincin 140 mg/kg +rrALR 160 μg/kg). Rats were sacrificed at day 4, 8, 12, 16 and 21 after gentamicin first injection. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr) and urine N-aeetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (UNAG) were measured. The histopathologic changes were observed by periodic aeid-Schiff (PAS) staining. Protein expression of ALR and PCNA in renal tissue was detected using immtmohistochemistry and Western blot. Results Compared with control rots, the levels of BUN, Scr and UNAG were significantly increased in ARF rats at day 4, 8, 12 and 16 (P<0.05), however, the renal dysfunction and the renal histopathologieal injury were significantly improved in ARF rats simultaneously administered with rrALR (group D) compared with ARF rats (group B and C). The protein level of ALR, the number of PCNA positive tubular ceils and the proliferation index (PI) in group D were significantly higher than those of group B and C (P<0.05). Conclusion rrALR can promote the regeneration of tubular cells in nephrotoxie ARF rats and ameliorate renal dysfunction.
