Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(5):793-794
Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical ventilation in acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning(AOPP) with respiratry failure. Methods Forty from forty-two AOPP patients with respiratry failure were treated with mechanical ventilation(MV) ,gastrolavage and other methods. Five minutes before mechanical ventilation and two hours after mechanical ventilation, patients' heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), arterial partial blood pH, oxygenation index, the pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) were compared. Results Patients' HR was increased ( P<0. 05 ), SBP was increased ( P<0. 01 ), arterial partial blood pH was increased( P<0. 01 ), oxygenation index was increased(P<0. 01 ) ,PaCO2 was decreased(P<0.01 ). Thirty nine cases were cured, three cases dided. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation can effectively treat the AOPP patients with respiratry failure.

China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
Purpose:To investigate the effect of antineoplastic polypeptide from Buthus martensii venom (APBMV) on the cultured human promyelocytic leukemia cells HL 60 and hepatoma cell line SMMC 7721 and hepatoma H 22 bearing mice. Methods:MTT colorimetric method, growth inhibiting test and colony formation assay were used in the in vitro test. H 22 bearing mice were applied in the in vivo experiment. Through measuring tumor growth inhibitory rate(IR),white blood cell (WBC) number and spleen index (SI) ,we explored the influence of APBMV on H 22 bearing mice. Results:APBMV possessed stronger cytotoxicity on HL 60 cells and SMMC 7721 cells, and IC 50 was 10.74 ?g/ml and 11.33 ?g/ml , respectively. APBMV could dramatically inhibit their growths. There were obvious dosage response correlations. The IC 50 of HL 60 and SMMC 7721 at 24h, 48h and 96h were 19.41 ?g/ml, 9.90 ?g/ml, 11.41 ?g/ml and 15.87 ?g/ml, 13.05 ?g/ml, 8.70 ?g/ml, respectively. When the concentration of APBMV exceeded 8 ?g/ml, the colony formation rate of SMMC 7721 cells decreased dramatically ( P 0.05).Tumor growth of H 22 bearing mice was markedly inhibited by APBMV,the growth inhibiting rate was reached 40.30% ( P

Objective To understand the actual psychological conditions of pregnant patients with gynecologic malignancies during chemotherapy so as to instruct the nurses to provide individualized psychological care to the patients and their relatives. Method The in-depth interviews were conducted to 7 patients by implementing the phenomenological approach of qualitative study. The acquired data were analyzed. Result The patients experienced four psychological conditions: pessimism about prognosis, anxiety to know more about the chemotherapy and guilty to their family and hope for treatment effect. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to the psychological conditions of pregnant patients with gynecologic malignancies and help them successfully live through the treatment.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To observe the relationship between extended spectrum ?-lactumases(ESBLs) bacteria infection and immune factor in children. Methods Immune function were tested in 49 children with ESBLs infection, that the test of ESBLs changed from negative to positive in hospital and compared with that of ESBLs bacteria negative infected case, children with hypoimmunity and normal immune function. Results Forty-nine cases of ESBLs bacteria positive-changed children had lower immune function and their immune function improved when restored. The rate of ESBLs positive-changed was significant higher in hypoimmunity than that of normals(P
10.Case——Teaching Method, the Embodiment of the Concept of Humanistic Education

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
The concept of humanistic education is based on the concern of human beings and their abilities of development. Thus,it is an educational concept to optimize the teaching modules. It stresses the point that education must regard the develop- ment of human beings as the main line and human beings should be emphasized in education from the very beginning to the end. Case-Teaching Method which takes the students as the main part fully manifests the concept of humanistic education,in which all teaching activities and the processes closely revolve the students in order to train them to carry on their studies and to solve the problems independently.
