The degranulation of mast cells represents a pivotal e-vent in the allergic disorders. The Src family kinases(SFKs)are as a starting signal in the activation of mast cell.Lyn,Fyn and Syk play important regulatory role in the degranulation of mast cells.Regulating SFKs can reduce the degranlation process and inhibit the allergic disorders. Therefore,SFKs inhibitors can be potential drugs in the allergy. It is necessary to study the targeted medicine of SFKs,which will be a new direction of drug develop-ment.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(4):349-353
Objective:
To learn the health literacy level and its influencing factors among junior high school students in Jiaxing, so as to provide basis for health promotion of adolescents.
Methods:
The junior high school students who had been studying and living in Jiaxing for more than six months were selected by multistage cluster random sampling method. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect general information and health literacy level (including basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behaviors, and basic skills) of these selected students. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for health literacy.
Results :
Of 1 773 questionnaires collected, 1 738 were valid, accounting for 98.03%. The level of health literacy in the junior high school students in Jiaxing was 22.84% ( 95%CI: 20.87%-24.82% ), The levels of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behaviors, and basic skills were 55.29% ( 95%CI: 52.95%-57.63% ), 21.75% ( 95%CI: 19.81%-23.69% ), 53.05% ( 95%CI: 50.70%-55.40%), respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the second grade and above ( OR: 1.609-1.835, 95%CI: 1.195-2.459 ), mother's educational level of technical secondary school/senior high school and above ( OR: 1.965-1.976, 95%CI: 1.276-3.357 ), and self-rated academic achievement of medium and above ( OR: 1.881-2.441, 95%CI: 1.359-3.335 ) were the promoting factors for health literacy level of junior high school students; self rated health status as unhealthy ( OR=0.254, 95%CI: 0.089-0.721 ) was an obstructive factor.
Conclusions
The health literacy level of the junior high school students in Jiaxing was 22.84%. The level of healthy lifestyle and behaviors was the lowest in three aspects. Grade, mother's educational level, self-rated academic performance and self-rated health status may have impacts on health literacy level of junior high school students.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
This thesis analyzes main manifestations of parental mental stress in childhood group incidents, and possible negative influences on the victim children and other people involved. It also points out to strengthen the understanding and intervention of parental mental status, aiming to help relieve parental mental stress, avoid upgrading of the negative incidents, and provide favorable conditions for the investigation, medical treatment, and future follow-ups for childhood group incidents.

RNA interference (RNAi) has been proved as a novel approach for gene therapy. However, RNAi mono-therapy only aims at single gene, it therefore may ultimately fail to cure cancers caused by polygene variation. To overcome the deficiency of RNAi mono-therapy, "combinatorial RNA interference" (coRNAi) was put forward as a new strategy. By co-expressing the inducers of RNAi triggering single or multiple targets directly and other RNA- or protein-based silencers, coRNAi keeps target genes silent, prevents carcinogenic progression and induces apoptosis of tumor cells. This paper mainly reviews the major strategies of coRNAi and their applications in cancer gene therapy.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(29):4042-4044
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of caudal homeobox gene CDX2 in acute myeloid leukemia(AML) patients .Methods Bone marrow (BM )and peripheral blood (PB)samples were colleted in 114 cases of donor AML patients and 56 patients undergoing chemotherapy .The CDX2 gene expression in every patient′s mononuclera cells were de‐tected by RT‐PCR .Among these patients ,19 cases were detected the gene continuous every three months .Eight healthy PB and five patients with iron deficiency anemia BM as control .Results CDX2 gene transcript levels were detectable in bone marrow mononu‐clear cells from 114 AML patients and 13 healthy donors ,but the level of gene expression was higher in AML patients(90/114 , 78 .9% ) .There was a statistically significant difference between the AML patients and normal donor (P< 0 .01) .The higher or lower expression of CDX2 gene showed no correlation with CR rate .CDX2 gene expression level had a positive correlation in BM and PB mononuclera cells(the correlation coefficient r= 0 .656 ,P< 0 .01) .The expression of CDX2 in patients with CR was 10 .3% -86 .2% of pre‐chemotherapy ,wihch decreased with the treatment course ,while elevated in recurrence .19 cases of patients underwent half a year of follow‐up ,there was no significant difference of the rate of early recurrence in two groups(P>0 .05) .Con‐clusion Higher expression level of CDX2 gene is mostly in AML patients ,but its expression has no relation with CR rate .CDX2 gene may be a prognostic molecular marker in AML patients ,and can be used to monitor the minimal residual disease of Normal chromosome karyotype AML .

ObjectiveTo observe the expressions of PPAR-γ protein during the course of pancreatic fibrosis of chronic pancreatitis (CP) in Wistar rats and its significance. Methods Bibutyltin dichloride ( DBTC,8 mg/kg body weight) in a volume of 200 ml solvent was injected into the tail vein to establish the CP rat's model.Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and 1,3,5,7,14,42 d group according to weights.Pancreatic tissue underwent routine pathological examination, and collagen accumulation in pancreatic sections was determined by staining for Sirius Red.Pancreatic myeloperoxidase (MPO)activity was determined.Expressions of α-SMA and PPAR-γ proteins were assessed by immunohistochemical method. Results Light microscopy showed signs of acute pancreatitis with interstitial edema and infiltration of neutrophilic granulocytes 7 d after DBTC injection.Acinar cells necrosis, atrophy, lymphocytes and monocytes infiltration, fibrosis within lobule and peri-lobule as well as pancreatic duct changes were found, which was in accord with the course from AP to CP.One days after induction, the activity of MPO,expressions of α-SMA was significantly increased[ (0.78 ±0.71) vs (0.15 ±0.05)U/g,6.67 ±3.14 vs 0,P<0.05],then it did not increase with time of induction.Seven days after induction, collagen level reached the peak [ (45.42 ±15.99)% ],which was significantly higher than that in control group [ (10.87 ± 2.28 )%,P < 0.05 ].Collagen fibers accumulated from periductal to intra-acinar and/or inter-acinar areas. In control rats, the expression of PPAR-γ protein was positive only in vessel walls, and the expression level was 0.17±0.41 and increased with time of induction, then reached the peak of 4.83 ± 2.71 at 42 d.ConclusionsDuring the course of pancreatic fibrosis in rats, the expression of PPAR-γ protein is gradually increased, and plays a limited anti-inflammation and anti-fibrosis role.
