1.GT-4A workstation for pain relief during labor
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effect of different analgesia during labor and their side effect to the neonates. Methods Totally 130 puerperas were randomly divided into three groups: group A included 50 puerperas with analgesia by GT-4A workstation; group B included of 40 puerperas with mixed gas analgesia consisted of 50% of nitric oxide and 50% of oxygen; and group C(40 gravidas) as control group. The analgesic effect, duration of labor, mode of delivery and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were observed. Results The analgesic effect in group A was significantly better than group B ( P

Objective To investigate the effects of mifepristone on the expression of fibronectin (FN) in human villus and deciduas after termination of pregnancy. Methods Women with choice of termination of pregnancy(< 49 d) were divided into medical abortion complete group (n=15), medical abortion incomplete group(n=15) and control group (with dilatation and curettage, n=15). The villus and deciduas were collected at the third day of medical abortion or at the day of dilatation and curettage. Immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the expression of FN in villus and deciduas of these three groups. Results The positive expression rates of FN in villus and deciduas of control group were significantly higher than those of two medical abortion groups(P < 0.017), and the positive expression rates of FN of medical abortion incomplete group were significantly higher than those of medical abortion complete group (P < 0. 017). Conclusion Mifepristone can decrease the expression of FN in human villus and deciduas and interfere the condition of embryonic growth, exerting the anti-gestational effect at extracellular matrix level.

Objective To discuss the effects of health management model on mental health of undergraduates. Methods A total of 2244 freshmen from a college were randomly assigned to the study group (n =824) and the control group (n = 1420) in 2009. Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale (CCSMHS) was used to investigate the changes of the participants in the study group after receiving the health management and analyze psychological differences between 2 groups. Results In CCSMHS,all P was found to be less than 0. 05, except for anxiety ( t = 1.90, P = 0. 058 ), reliance ( t = 1.27, P = 0. 206), and impulse (t = -0. 60, P = 0. 551 ). In 8 dimensionalities with significant differences, scores were decreased after health management when compared with baselines. Instead of body ( t = - 1.38, P = 0. 168 ), all the other scores showed statistically significant differences between the 2 groups. Conclusion Mental health of those who received health management was better than those who didn't. However, anxiety, reliant, and impulse did not improve as a result of shorter intervention time, and the challenge facing psychology intervenion.
5. From levetiracetam to brivaracetam: Development of antiepileptic drugs
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2011;32(5):550-553
Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder with different etiologies. Despite of many antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) used in clinical treatment, about 30% of the patients have uncontrolled onset, and combined use of different AEDs or new AEDs are needed. The new AEDs should have satisfactory clinical efficacy, tolerability and pharmacokinetic properties, and minimal adverse effects. By now there have been about 20 novel AEDs; most of them are derivatives or analogues of current AEDs. Brivaracetam (BRI) is the derivative of levetiracetam (LEV). This review summarizes the mechanisms of action, pharmacokinetic profiles, tolerability, pharmacology and toxicology, and side effects of LEV and its derivative BRI.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):861-7
Using bioactive compounds 7-hydroxy flavone, salicylaldehyde, cinnamic acid and 4-amino-5- mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles as starting materials, three new types of flavone derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole structure were synthesized via different step reactions. These new compounds were characterized by 1IHNMR, ESI-MS, IR and elemental analysis. Their scavenging effects on the superoxide radical (O2·-), hydroxyl radical (·OH), DPPH · radical and their total reduction activities were tested. The results showed that all of the compounds possessed some antioxidative activity at the concentration of 0.5 mg · mL(-1), but the scavenging ability of the target compounds was lower than that of the standard compound Vc.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of celebrex on non-small cell lung cancer and its mechanisms. Methods the inhibitory effect of celebrex on NSCLC were detected by MTT Flow cytometry, electron microscope were used for evaluation of apoptosis and cell cycle block. The expression of P27 KIP1, XIAP were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Results 1. celebrex inhibited cell survival of NSCLC in a time-dependent and concentration-depended manner, and the effect of celebrex were more pronounced in NCI-H520 than in A549.2.Flow cytometry show that celebrex induced a G0/G1 cell arrest in NSCLC. 3. The result of these apoptosis test' indicate that celebrex caused apoptosis in concentration-depended manner. 4.celebrex increased the expression of P27 KIP1,and decreased the expression of XIAP.Conclusions celebrex inhibited cell survival of NSCLC.Its mechanisms involved in cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.

Objective To investigate the influence of pure intercostal nerve block combined with hydromorphone hydrochlo-ride intravenous analgesia on the occurrence of postoperative cognitive function and analgesia in elder patients with thoracic surger-y.Methods Ninety-six ASA I?Ⅱ elder patients with elective thoracic operation were divided into intercostal nerve block group (A),intercostal nerve block combined with hydromorphone hydrochloride intravenous analgesia group (B)and hydromorphone hydrochloride intravenous analgesia group(C)according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group. The patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)with sufentanyl was postoperatively performed in all cases. When analgesia effect was poor, dezocine 0.1mg/kg was intravenously injected. The mean artery pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),visual ana-logue scale (VAS)score and mini mental state examination (MMSE)score were recorded at postoperative 2,6,24,48 h in 3 groups. Results The MMSE score in the group B was higher than that in the group A and C,the VAS score was lower than that in the group A and C,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Postoperative MAP and HR in the group B were more sta-ble than those in the group A and C,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).RR in the group C was more fast and had smaller range than those in the group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Intercostal nerve block combined with hydromorphone hydrochloride intravenous analgesia can achieve better postoperative analgesic effect with sta-ble postoperative blood dynamics and low occurrence rate of early postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Chronic active Epstein - Barr virus infection(CAEBV) is an uncommon outcome of EBV infection and may present as severe of fulminant syndrome with high- mortality. It is characterized by chronic or recurrent infectious mononucleosis-like symptoms persisting over a long time and by an unusual pattern of anti-EBV antibodies. Although it occurs in immunocompetent individuals, a number of subtle immunologic defects have been reported in patients with CAEBV. Up to now, there are still no diagnostic criteria of CAEBV in China,so the author introduce it with respect to its diagnosis, history, pathogenesis and therapeutic approaches.
