1.Immunohistochemical Analysis of Prostatic Basal Cell
Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2001;28(1):51-53
Purpose To study immunohistochemical quality of prostatic basal cell(PBC). MethodsTherty-seven of basal cell of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) were studied using routine HE stavningand En Vision immunohistochemical methods. Results The positive rate of 34βE12 in PBC were 100 %;but all of the PBC were negative with Vim and SMA; the positive expression of PsAP PSA in PBC were35% ;expression of ck in the PBC was 71% and the positive rate of S-100 in PBC was onty 13.5%.Conclusions The resuts suggest that high molecular weight keratin 34βE12 is a specific marker to PBC;PBC has ability to adenoid epithelia differentiation of prostate and hyperplasia itself. PBC play an importantrole in growth, hyperplasia and disease of prostate. The PBC unlike myoepithelia, the ability to myoepitheliadifferentiation is to go a step further controversial opinion.

Methods: A total of 60 MAP patients were randomly divided into nicorandil group (n=30) and routine treatment group (n=30), and they were treated for 12 weeks. Onset times and duration of angina pectoris, changes of related parameters of ECG treadmill exercise test before and after treatment, and total effective rate were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with before treatment, there were significant reductions in onset times and duration of angina pectoris and maximum depression extent of ST segment (P<0.05 or <0.01) and significant increase in total exercise time (P<0.01) after treatment in both groups; compared with routine treatment group, there were significant reductions in onset times of angina pectoris [(10.3±1.6) times/week vs. (9.6±1.7) times/week] and maximum depression of ST segment [(0.8±0.3)mm vs. (0.6±0.2)mm], and significant increase in total exercise time [(7.8±1.4) min vs. (9.4±1.6) min] and total effective rate (73.3% vs. 93.3%) in nicorandil group, P<0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion: Nicorandil possesses significant therapeutic effect on microvascular angina pectoris, and it is worth further study.
6.Molecular mechanism and Chinese medicine intervention of liver regeneration
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2017;23(5):357-360
Partial hepatectomy (PH) is an effective method for the treatment of various liver tumors, and liver regeneration dysfunction is one of the most serious complications. Therefore, liver regeneration (LR) after PH is particularly important. In this paper,we reviewed the molecular mechanisms of LR including cellular factors, growth factors, metabolism and related signaling pathways, and reviewed the research progresses of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in promoting liver regeneration. The aim was to further clarify the mechanism of the occurrence and development of LR,and to provide valuable information for the development of drugs for treating liver regeneration disorders.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2017;33(9):1398-1401
Objective:To analyze the levels of immune cytokine in peripheral blood(PB) and the expressions of immune related transcription factors in placenta cytotrophoblast, which in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).And to explore the effect of fetal-maternal immune tolerance on pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:50 cases patients with PIH were selected as the observation group, and 40 healthy people were chosen as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) was performed to detect the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 and TGF-β in peripheral blood.Quantitative Real-time PCR(RT-qPCR) and Western blot were used to analyze the mRNA expressions and protein levels of T-bet,GATA-3,RORC and Foxp3 in placenta cytotrophoblast,respectively.Results:①Compared with the control group, the IFN-γ and IL-17 levels in peripheral blood in the observation group were obviously higher and the TGF-β level was greatly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of IL-4 level between the two groups(P>0.05),but the ratios of IFN-γ/ IL-4 and IL-17/TGF-β in the observation group were larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).②Compared with the control group, the mRNA expressios and protein levels of T-bet and RORC in the observation group were increased significantly(P<0.05),but that of GATA-3 and Foxp3 were decreased greatly(P<0.05).Thus,the ratios of T-bet/GATA-3 and RORC/Foxp3 in the observation group were significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PIH is occurred with the imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg,and it might be associated with the mechanism of fetal-maternal immune tolerance disorder that induced by Th cells.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(11):40-41
Objective To summarize the nursing experience for three cases of above 1-month-oldinfants with total transposition of the great artery after Switch operation. Methods The vital signs of the infants were monitored, including the respiratory system, circulation system, temperature, urine quantity, feeding and delayed sternal closure.Appropriate measures were adopted to cope with changes in the above mentioned aspects. Results All the 3 infants were cured with good nursing effect. Conclusion Switch operation was a complicated operation. The 3 infants missed the-optimum operation time and left great difficulty for nursing.Close monitoring and delicate nursing proved to be the pivotal process to ensure the successful curement.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2011;27(4):350-352
Objective To evaluate quantification of metamorphopsia in eyes with idiopathic macular hole (IMH) before and after surgical treatment, and investigate its relationship between postoperative visual acuity, the macular hole index (MHI), and the macular hole prognostic factor (HPF). Methods Thirty eyes of 30 patients, who underwent successful vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling for IMH and were followed up more than 6 months, were included in the study. The uncorrected visual acuity of the fellow eyes was better than 20/25 and there was no metamorphopsia in that eye. The macular hole closure was confirmed by optical coherence tomography (OCT) scans. Metamorphopsia was evaluated by metamorphopsia-charts (M-chart). OCT, best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and metamorphopsia were obtained before and after surgery. Vertical (MV) and horizontal (MH) metamorphopsia, macular hole index (MHI, the ratio of the height to the diameter of the base) , and macular hole prognostic factor (HPF,the ratio of the height to the minimum diameter) were measured. The metamorphopsia score was the average value of MV and MH. SPSS 16. 0 statistical analysis software was used for data analysis. Results Preoperative MV and MH were (1.82±0.04)° and (1.81±0.04)°, respectively. Six months after surgery, the MV and MH were (0.17±0.03)° and (0.11±0.03)° respectively. There was significant difference between pre- and post-operative metamorphopsia results (Z=-0.788, P<0.05). The metamorphopsia score at 6 months after surgery were positively correlated with the value of the postoperative BCVA (LogMAR) (r=0.540, P=0.004) and negatively correlated with the values of preoperative MHI and HPF (r=-0.676,-0.518; P<0.05). Conclusions Successful vitrectomy and ILM peeling can improve metamorphopsia of IMH. Postoperative metamorphopsia was correlated with the postoperative BCVA and the preoperative macular hole contour.

Objective To investigate the pulmonary venous flow pattern (PVFP) in atrial septal defect (ASD) and mitral stenosis (MS),to analyze the differences of PVFP in each group and evaluate their clinical value. Methods The characteristics of PVFP and mitral valve flow pattern in 42 patients of ASD and 17 patients of MS were prospectively compared by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and also compared with the normal subject. Result The PVFP was significantly different between MS and ASD, including S、D、Ar、S-T (P
