The technology of artificial intelligence and the diagnosis of medical laboratory are combined to design a prototype of medical laboratory expert system.Adopting the present successful production rule to express the method as knowledge and using inaccurate inference engine,this prototype designs and realizes six major function module,such as "laboratory project meaning analysis",etc.It can be used as a clinical tool.

ve To assess the cytogenetic toxicological safety of fish raised in water containing effluent. Methods The mutagenecity of organic extracts of uncooked meat specimens of fish raised in fishpond water mixed with sewage water taken from South and North Sewer Drainage Canals of Tianjin was detected by mice bone marrow micronucleus test. Results The organic extracts of uncooked fish meat specimens showed positive result for all of the 3 observed groups of fish raised in water of fish ponds with sewage, and negative result for fish raised in clean fishpond water in micronucleus test. Conclusion The results indicated that some kinds of organic mutagenic compounds ex-isted in the uncooked meat of fish raised in fishpond water containing effluent, which might have some potentially hazardous effects on human health through the food chains.

Objective To study the mutagenicity of fish-raising water containing effluent. Methods The niuta-genieities of water samples from waste water canal, the fish-raising water(fish-pond water) treated by presedimenta-tion in oxidation tank were detected using micronucleus test of vicia faba root tip cells. The micronucleus test of peripheral red blood cells was carried out among fish raised in water containing effluent. The water samples and fish collected from reservoir as controls. Results The micronucleus test of vicia faba root tip cells showed that the micronucleus rates in treated fish-pond water and waste water were significantly higher than those of negative control group (distilled water) (P 0.05) . Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclinE in gastric carcinoma. Methods We detected the expression of cyclinE in different pathologic types gastric cancer samples by immuno-histochemical staining technique (SP method). Results In 59 gastric cancer samples the positive rate of cyclinE expression was 55.93 %(33/59) and significantly higher than those of normal gastric mucosa 11.11 %(2/19) (P 0.05). Conclusions The high expression of cyclinE are associated with the progression of gastric cancer and probably related to the behavior of cellular biology.

Objective To evaluate the mutagenicity of mercury, cadmium, arsenic, chromium(Ⅵ)and lead in water on Vicia faba root tip cells. Methods The micronucleus assay of Vicia faba root tip cells were conducted to determine micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by mercury (0.000 5-1.0 mg/L), cadmium (0.005-1.0 mg/L), arsenic(0.05-2.0 mg/L), chromium (Ⅵ) (0.05-2.0 mg/L) and lead (0.05-3.0 mg/L ) ,and pollution indexes were calculated. Results When the concentration of mercury was ≥ 0.5 mg/L, cadmium ≥ 0.1 mg/L, arsenic ≥ 0.5 mg/L and chromium(Ⅵ)≥ 2.0 mg/L in the water, the micronucleus rate were significantly higher compared with the negative control group, respectively(P

Objective To investigate the CT features and the diagnostic value in invasive mole. Methods Eleven cases (age, 30 to 53 years, mean 40 years)with invasive mole proved by operation and pathology were studied, including 3 cases during peri menopausal period of eight months, ten months and twelve months respectively. All cases were scanned by CT and enhanced study was done. Results All cases showed enlargement of uterus of varying degrees. On CT, the density of uterine cavity was similar to that of water, intermingled with spotty patchy and hazzy circular isodense shadows. High density stripe like bleeding foci were found in 3 cases.The outline of uterine cavity was locally disrupted in all case and the muscle layer was thickened in 3 cases. On enhanced CT scan, the lesions in the uterine cavity appeared markedly hyperdense, just like “the crater” and the “mole sign” .The muscle layers at the site of disruption showed inhomogeneous enhancement after contrast injection. Conclusion The CT features of invasive mole are characteristic, with important diagnostic value, especially for those during peri menopausal period.

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of tutors' guidance satisfaction of medical postgraduates.Methods:Te satisfaction of tutors' guidance of 149 medical postgraduates from a class Ⅲ teaching hospital in Beijing who would graduate were investigated with questionnaires and statistically analyzed. SPSS 22.0 software was used for data statistical.Results:The rate of satisfaction of tutors' guidance was 92.62%. The satisfaction with the training of ideological ethics and academic integrity was relatively higher (94.97%), and the satisfaction with career planning guidance was lower (89.71%). The tutors' guiding frequency and contents, tutor's attention to postgraduates and the relationship between them, and so on had certain influence on the tutors' guidance satisfaction.Conclusion:The mechanism of tutor management should be strengthened and the management level of postgraduate should be improved.
