1.Influence of follow-up by telephone on adherence and quality of life for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(15):1134-1137
Objective To explore the influence of follow-up by telephone on adherence and quality of life for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy. Methods Totally 78 breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy were divided into the intervention group (40 cases) and the control group (38 cases). The control group were carried on routine guidance treatment and enjoined regular subsequent visit. The patients in intervention group were carried on the above-mentioned treatment and also receive regular follow-up by telephone.Through the follow-up by telephone we provided guidance for present and will present problems.Adherence for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy and cancer rehabilitation evaluation system-short form(CARES-SF) were used to investigate the patients' adherence and quality of life six month after the intervention. Then we compared the adherence and quality of life before, six month of the intervention. The changes of adherence and quality of life scores were analyzed by repeated-measure ANOVA.Results The score of quality of life in the intervention group after 6 month of intervention was (25.43 ± 6.04),while in the control group was (40.61 ± 7.73),the difference was significant between the two groups,P<0.05.The score of medication adherence in the intervention group after 6 month of intervention was (8.57 ± 6.20),while in the control group was (14.12 ± 6.63),the difference was significant between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Follow-up by telephone can improve adherence and quality of life for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy.

0.05). Conclusion Both sulfurous acid, magenta and acetylacetone spectrophotometric methods were suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in rongalite in the laboratory of basic units, and acetylacetone spectrophotometric method was better because less environmental factors interfered with the detection results.
3.Application of veristrat classifier to the individualized therapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(1):66-69
With the development of mass spectrometry technology and its wide range of applications in the biological field,Veristrat classifier has been applied in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) individualized therapy as well as in other tumors.Oncologists select individualized treatment plan based on peripheral blood veristrat test results. Many trials have verified its guiding role in NSCLC and other tumors' s first line and multi-line individualized therapy.Veristrat classifier provides a new idea and method for individualized treatment of NSCLC and other tumors.
4.Comparison on Criteria of Impairment Evaluation about Eye Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(8):769-771
Objective To compare and investigate the criteria of impairment evaluation about eye injury.MethodsThe distill items, contents of these items and excursus of three criteria, Assessment and Gradation of Disability Caused by Work-related Injuries and Occupational Diseases (AGDCWIOD), Assessment for Body Impairment of the Injured in Road Traffic Accident (ABIIRTA) and Assessment and Gradation of Impairment Caused by Trauma (AGICT), commonly used in justice practice at present were compared.ResultsThere were essential differences among three criteria. AGDCWIOD was loose, ABIIRTA and AGICT were strict. AGDCWIOD and AGICT were religious, ABOIIRTA was oversight and non-religious. At the same time, there were differences between domestic and international criteria, and domestic criteria were behind the times.ConclusionThere are many problems in the criteria of impairment evaluation about eye injury; related items need recension and consummation.

Fish bones are the most common pharyngeal foreign bodies encountered in the ENT emergency. Many fish bones may be buried in the surrounding soft tissue of the pharynx and larynx. Any delayed treatment for these foreign bodies may cause catastrophic complications. We present a case of 51-year-old woman who had an ingested fish bone migrating to the retropharyngeal space. We used spiral Computed tomography scanning (CT, taken at intervals of 2mm) with dimensional reconstruction for the accurate location diagnosis and surgical planning. We treated successfully before any complication by transoral Laser CO2 microsurgery.

Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2001;28(2):130-132
PurposeTo study the relationship between the nuclear DNA contents and colorectal cancer.MethodsThe nuclear DNA contents were measured by automatic image analysis technique in 21 cases with normal colorectal mucosa, and in 32 cases with colorectal cancer. ResultsThe DNA index(DI), proliferation index(PI), S %, > 5C% and detection rate of aneuploidy were significantly higher than those of normal colorectal mucosa group. DNA polidy pattern of colorectal cancer group were type Ⅲ and Ⅳ, but that of normal colorectal mucosa group was only type Ⅰ . ConclusionsThe DNA content was related to the degree of differentiation of tumor, size of tumor, situs of tumor and prognosis, not related to age or sex. Measuring nuclear DNA content in colorectal cancer was useful for diagnosing colorectal cancer, understanding the biological characteristic, assessing patient prognosis.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Selective posterior rhizotomy was performed for the treatment of spastic limbs in patients with brain injury, and evoked potential and gait analysis were used to study its effect. The posterior roots of L 2~S 1 were separated from anterior roots and they were split into funiculi. Electric stimulation of the fumiculi was done. Those with low threshold were sectioned. Evoked potential and gait analysis were performed preoperatively and postoperatively. Selective posterior rhizotomy had been performed in 16 cases. They were followed up for 4 years. The result of the treatment was satisfactory. The rate of reduction in spasticity was 90 percent, and the rate of functional improvement was 80 percent. The study of evoked potential and gait analysis also showed that the effect of the operation was satisfactory. The results of selective posterior rhizotomy in the treatment of spastic limbs as a sequela of brain injury is promising,as judged by evoked potential and gait analysis.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To study the curative effect of selective posterior rhizotomy for spastic limbs after spinal cord injury, and to study the histochemistry of nerve roots. The posterior nerve roots of L 2~S 1 were separated from anterion roots and splited into rootlets. The lower threshold rootlets were sectioned after electrical stimulation. The sectioned rootlets were studied with histochemistry. The resalt showed that the selective posterior rhizotomy was performed on 29 cases who were followed up for 3 years. The treatment was satisfactory. The rate of reducing spasticity was 90% and the rate of functional improvement was 80%. The Ache reaction of sectioned rootlets was positive. The result suggest that it is a successful way to treat spastic limbs after spinal cord injury with selective posterior rhizotomy. Electrical stimulation is necessary in selective posterior rhizotomy.
