1.Determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in Jinmei-Qingshu granule by HPLC

Objective To establish the HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in Jinmei-Qingshu granule. Methods The DIONEX C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile:0.4%H3PO4, gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detecting wavelength was at 330 nm. Results The cablibration curve was linear within a range of 14.10-282.00 μg and 0.60-12.00 μg, the average recovery of this method was 98.87%, 97.75% and the RSD were 1.44%, 1.52%, respectively. Conclusions The method was highly sensitivity, accurate, repeatable and with high specificity. It can be an important method to control the standard of Jinmei-Qingshu granule.
2.Expounding the functions of qi in TCM based on the effect mitochondria.

Qi in TCM is the most essential substance that makes up the body and maintains life activities. All vital substances in the body are transformed by constant motion and changes of qi. Qi in TCM mainly means full of functions. What is the basic material attribute of qi? We don't have a systematic study on it. Therefore, we combined the achievement of modern medicine, and explored further from the origin, functions, pathogeneses, and therapies of mitochondria and qi. Surprisingly, we found out that the origin of mitochondria was similar to that of qi. They are tiny substance constituting the human body. Secondly, the function of mitochondria is similar to that of qi. When the disorder of qi and mitochondria occurs, similar vital signs occur or the same reactions occur. These results suggested that the basic material attribute of qi might be mitochondria.

3.Efficacy and safety of fondaparinux sodium prolonged treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of fondaparinux sodium prolonged treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods A total of 121 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) underwent primary PCI from February 2011 to April 2012 were divided into three groups by random digits table method:40 patients in fondaparinux sodium general treatment group (A group),41 patients in fondaparinux sodium prolonged treatment group (B group) and 40 patients in enoxaparin group (C group).The basic treatment was similar among three groups.The patients in A group were given fondaparinux sodium 2.5 mg/d for 5-7 d,and the averaged time was 6.02 d.The patients in B group were given fondaparinux sodium 2.5 mg/d for 10-15 d,and the averaged time was 12.61 d.The patients in C group were given enoxaparin 5000 U/12 h for 5-7 d,and the averaged time was 6.21 d.Main outcome indexes including re-myocardial ischemia,new-myocardial infarction,death and bleeding were observed within 15 d after treatment.Results The incidence of death,re-myocardial ischemia,new-myocardial infarction and overall cardiovascular events in B group [4.9%(2/41),0,0,4.9%(2/41)] were significantly lower than those in A group [25.0%(10/40),12.5%(5/40),10.0%(4/40),47.5%(19/40)] and C group [27.5%(11/40),15.0%(6/40),12.5% (5/40),55.0% (22/40)],and there were significant differences among three groups (P < 0.05or <0.01).The incidence of mild bleeding,severe bleeding and overall bleeding in C group [32.5%(13/40),15.0% (6/40),47.5% (19/40)] were significantly higher than those in A group [10.0% (4/40),2.5%(1/40),12.5%(5/40)] and B group [14.6%(6/41),2.4%(1/41),17.1%(7/41)],and there were significant differences among three groups (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).Conclusions Fondaparinux sodium prolonged anticoagulation treatment can significantly reduce overall cardiovascular events in patients with STEMI underwent primary PCI,and does not increase bleeding.It is safe and effective.
4.A comparative study of the subjective well-being between students in junior high schools for the blind and the normal junior high school students

Objective To study and compare the present situation and the difference in subjective well-being between students in junior high schools for the blind and normal junior high school students, and provide basis for the construction of education mode for the well-being of the blind students. Methods By random sampling method, subjective well-being questionnaire was used to investigate the 155 blind students in five blind schools and 436 normal junior high school students in three junior high schools in Shandong Province. Results ( 1 ) The blind students had shown significant differences in many aspects of subjective well-being such as gender, family e-conomic status, sight and parents'education degree (P<0. 05) . (2) Blind school students'social confidence experience (4. 59 ±1.13) was significantly higher than that of the normal students (4.31 ±1.13), and had a significant difference (P<0.05). Blind students got significantly lower scores ((4. 38 ± 1.26) , (4.00 ± 1. 29) ,(3. 58 ± 1. 37) ,(3.89 ± 1. 35) ,(4.41 ± 1.04) , (4. 20 ± 1. 33) ) than normal school students( (4.68 ± 1. 19) , (4. 36 ±1.14),(3.88±1.27),(4.41 ±1.25),(4.61 ±0.99), (4. 52 ± 1. 18)) in target value experience, physical health experience, mental health experience, interpersonal adaptability experience self-acceptance experience, and emotional balance experience. Conclusion There exists a significant difference between the blind students and the normal junior high school students in the different aspects of subjective well-being.

Objective To evaluate the arrenotokous toxic action and the related mechanism of MDI in mature male KM mice. Methods The 8-month-old healthy KM mice were intraperitoneally injected with MDI maize oil solution at the dose of 0、62.5、125.0、250.0 mg/kg in normal control group and 3 experiment groups respectively for 14 days.The male mice were killed on day 15 for the measurement of the viscera coefficient of testis and epididymis, the sperm count in epididymis, the activities of enzymes of testis,and concentration of related hormone in testis and blood serum. Results There was no significant difference in body weight between the experiment and the control groups. In addition to kill tumor cells through direct cytotoxicity, the immunomodulatory activity is another facet of chemotherapy. The major molecular mechanisms of immunogenicity of cytotoxic drugs are elimination of CD_4~+ CD_(25)~+ regulatory T cells or Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cells, and sensitization of tumor cells to immune effectors through modulation of death receptor expression. These studies provide scientific evidence for combinatorial treatments including vaccines and Traditional Chinese Medicine for cancer therapy.

Objective:To describe PACS hardware infrastructure experimental design and summary under big data environment.Methods: A real DICOM communication test of PACS hardware infrastructure experimental design.Results: Archive test figures of DICOM communication for 64 channel CT, 1.5T MRI and DR.Conclusion: Currently, an efficient, reasonable hardware infrastructure design is essential to guarantee large hospital PACS application.
