Objective To explore the relationship between psychological problems in middle school students and parental rearing behaviors.Methods It was a cross-sectional study.By means of cluster sampling,2700 students selected from 7 middle schools in Nanning were investigated with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90),the Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU) scale and the General Information Questionnair.Results The prevalence of psychological problems was 14.5%.Correlation analysis showed that the total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 had positive correlation with parental punishment,rejection,preference and overprotection.The total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 was negatively related to parental emotional concern.Conclusions Psychological problems in middle school students are closely related to parental rearing behaviors,and incorrect parental rearing behavior is one risk factor of psychological problems in the middle school students.

Objective To explore the relationship between the hemodynamic changes in head-up tilt test(HUTT) and the height,body quality and body mass index in children.Methods We choosed 1906 cases of unexplained syncope,headache,dizziness in children who came from Children Syncope Outpatient in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from Jan.2000 to Aug.2012,Male 964 cases and female 942 cases.Their ages were 2 to 17.92 years old.The average age was 10.84 ± 2.97 years old.The height and body mass in children was measured,BMI was calculated.After obtain written informed consent subjects or guardian,the HUTT was carried.According to the result of HUTT and reaction type,the children were divided into HUTT negative group,orthostatic tachycardia syndrome(POTS) group,vasovagal syncope (VVS) vascular inhibitory type group,VVS heart inhibited type group,the VVS mixed group.Results Compared to the HUTT negative group,the age increased in POTS group and VVS vascular inhibitory group and VVS mixed group(P ＜ 0.05),height and body quality and body surface area increased in POTS group and VVS vascular inhibitory group and VVS mixed group(P ＜ 0.01).Compared to POTS group,body quality and body surface area reduced in VVS vascular inhibitory group and VVS mixed group(P ＜ 0.05).VVS heart inhibitory group was no statistically significant difference compared with the other groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the hemodynamic changes in HUTT and the height,body quality and BMI in children.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the imaging features of osteopoikilosis and its diagnosis knowledge.

METHODSThe imaging data of 9 patients with osteopoikilosis were analyzed retrospectively, including 6 familial cases and 3 sporadic cases. In 6 familial cases,there were 4 males and 2 females with an average age of 28 years old ranging from 10 to 63 years. Clinical manifestations of 1 familial case were left knee pain and limitation of activity for 3 years, and other 5 cases without clinical manifestation. In 3 sporadic cases, there were 2 males and 1 female with an average age of 33.7 years old ranging from 25 to 44 years. Three sporadic cases had obvious injury history with following up from 6 to 12 months. All imaging results of 9 cases were observed.

RESULTSThe imaging data of 6 familial osteopoikilosis showed the multiple round or oval nodes within bone with clear margins, uniform density, different size. The occurrence of the hyperostotic spots preferentially localized in the epiphyses and metaphyses of the long bones, and carpus and tarus. X-ray features of 3 sporadic osteopoikilosis were similar to that of 6 familial cases and for 6 to 12 months follow-up X-ray features were unchanged.

CONCLUSIONThe imaging features of osteopoikilosis are relatively specific such as the multiple mottling dense focal within bone with clear border and bilateral symmetry, and the focus located on cancellous bone and the diaphyses usually is unaffected. The imaging is a valuable examination for the accurate diagnosis of osteopoikilosis.

Objective To evaluate the significance of coronary calcification and stenosis in elderly hypertensive patients by 16-row multi-sliced computed tomography (MSCT) and its association with peripheral arterial atherosclerosis and other target organ damages. Methods Sixty-four patients with hypertension (n=50) 76.1?6.5 years and normotensions (n=14) 73.4?6.8 years were enrolled. All patients underwent coronary calcification scan by MSCT and the coronary calcification score(CCS) was calculated as AJ130 and Volume. Fourty-four patients in the hypertensive group were subjected to MSCT enhanced scan for evaluation of coronary stenosis. Objective To explore the effects of oral rehydration salts [Ⅰ] (ORS Ⅰ) for autonomic nerve mediated syncope(NMS) in children with different hemodynamic patterns.Methods A total of 105 patients with unexplained syncope and prodromal symptoms of syncope who were confirmed as NMS by head-up tilt table test(HUTY) and treated in the Department of Pediatric Cardiovasology,Children's Medical Center,the Second Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,from March 2012 to February 2015.Their ages were from 4 to 18 years old,the average age was (11.96 ± 2.86) years old.Totally 73 cases were diagnosed as vasovagal syncope (VVS) (46 cases were vasodepressor type,27 cases were VVS mixed type or cardioinhibitory type),while 32 cases were diagnosed as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome(POTS).Simple random method was used to divide them into conventional therapy (health education and tilt training) plus ORS Ⅰ group (55 cases),and conventional therapy group (50 cases).Patients were followed up for 6-25 (14.82 ± 6.13) months.The recurrence of syncope and review of HUTT outcome assessment in 6 months,treatment was studied to evaluate short-term efficacy of 2 different therapies for NMS in children with different hemodynamic patterns.Taking recurrence of syncope as outcome events,Kaplan-Meier curves were drawn to compare long-term efficacy of different therapies in treating NMS children.Results There was no statistical difference in the short-term efficacy among the different hemodynamic patterns when treated with conventional therapy plus ORS I,or conventional therapy(all P ＞ 0.05).The cumulative efficiency of the conventional therapy plus ORS Ⅰ was superior to that of the conventional therapy for NMS children through the long-term follow-up study (74.5％ vs.52.0％,x2 =14.424,P ＜ 0.01).Patients with vasodepressor patterns had a better response than those with mixed or cardioinhibitory patterns to conventional therapy plus ORS I (90.0％ vs.61.1％,x2 =4.435,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Compared with VVS mixed type or cardioinhibitory type,children with VVS vasodepressor patterns are more appropriate to take ORS I as initial treatment.

Objective:To study the use of three-dimensional computer reconstruction in diagnosis and treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted on patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma admitted to the Department of General Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China from January 1, 2017 to July 31, 2019. The classification of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, vascular invasion and surgical resectability were determined by preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction. These data were then compared with the findings obtained during operations, by comparing with the three-dimensional reconstruction technology findings in classification of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, vascular invasion, and hilar extent of biliary and vasculature involvement.Results:Of 65 patients included in this study, there were 35 males and 30 females, with an age of (60.35±10.70) years. After operation, these 65 patients were classified into type I ( n=7), type II ( n=4), type III ( n=14), and type IV ( n=40) using the Bismuth classification. The accuracy rates of preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction for hilar cholangiocarcinoma classification, portal vein invasion, hepatic artery invasion, and diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma vasculature involvement were 90.7% (59/65), 90.7% (59/65), 86.1% (56/65) and 80.0% (52/65) respectively. Conclusions:The three-dimensional computer reconstruction technology could visually and accurately display the shape and spatial extent of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. It has an important clinical use in accurately diagnosing hilar cholangiocarcinoma preoperatively.

In order to understand the situation of schistosomiasis in Fujian Province, the surveillance and field survey data of 16 counties (cities or districts) were statistically analyzed from 2003 to 2008 according to the national and provincial surveillance protocols. The snail areas were 69 400 m~2 in 2003, and 506 700 m~2 in 2004, then decreased to 57 700 m~2 in 2008 after the snail control in 2005 and 2006. Serological examinations were conducted in 18 000 people, among which 5 412 people were the mobile population from schistosome-endemic areas, and 110 persons were positive, among which 8 persons had eggs and miracidia in their stools, among 7 885 appendix samples, Schistosoma japonicum eggs were found in 8 samples of the patients who came from the o-riginal endemic areas. By the stool examination, 2 709 head of farm cattle in the region with snails were not found infected with Schistosoma japonicum. It is suggested that the areas of residual snails are large and widespread, and the imported patients are found frequently, so the danger of schistosomisis transmission still remains.
