1.The New Trend and Counter - plan of the Medical Services Today
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Through analysis on compliment on drawbacks in medical services in a third - grade hospital during the year of 2003 - 2004, the author gives a picture of the stracture of the medical services today and tells a trend of such compliement goes from service itself security and guatity of the services. Facing the now challenge and charges on compliment today, the anthor holds the idea that establishing 3 new principles, 3 nes reformations and 3 new services to make sure the parients are satisfied.

Objective To establish a TLC method of identification for Tangfuping Capsule. Methods Mulberry leaf, Ginseng, Bee glue in Tangfuping Capsule were identified by TLC. Results Mulberry leaf, Ginseng, Bee glue in Tangfuping Capsule could be identified by TLC. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive with strong specificity and reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Tangfuping Capsule.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(12):1119-1122
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by memory loss and cognitive decline. The pathological eatures of Alzheimer's disease are abnormal deposition of amyloid beta-peptides (Aβ), neurofibrillary tangles, cholinergic deficits, and loss of synaptic processes and dendritic spines. Senescence accelerated mouse prone 8 exhibits age-related deficits of learning and memory from an early age, tau protein phosphorylation, neurotransmitter changes, synaptic structure and function disorders, circadian rhythm disorders,as well as gene expression and many other characteristic changes, which are consistent with Alzheimer's disease pathological changes, and can be used as an ideal animal model for Alzheimer's disease prevention drugs development.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2012;28(7):544-547
ObjectiveTo investigate the role of the anti-podocyte antibody in the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy(MN).Methods Thirty-six frozen section slice from biopsies of normal kidney were randomly divided into 3 groups:A,B and C groups(n=12,respectively),then,serum of MN and IgA nephropothy patients, and normal saline were added by drops to frozen section respectively, then the changes were observed by fluorescence microscope.Twenty-one male New Zealand white rabbits were feed with standard diet for 1 week, then were randomly divided into 3 groups:D,E,F groups (n=7,respectively),and injected with the serum of MN and IgA nephropathy, and normal saline respectively through ear-border vein.24-h urinary protein, serumalbumin, serumcreatinineweredetected. Atweek8afterinjection, the histopathological changes in kidney tissue of rabbits were observed by light microscope, electron microscope and immunofluorescence staining. Results Immunofluorescenee staining displayed IgG deposition in glomerular podocytes in group A,and there was no positive expression in other two groups. The quantitative measurement of 24-h urinary protein increased significantly after injection of MN serum (P<0.01),meanwhile the serum albumin markedly decreased (P<0.01).The inmnunofluorescence staining showed that IgG deposited in the glomerulus capillaries wall, which presented spherical particles.Light microscope revealed the thickening of GBM without nailing process formation.Electron microscope showed the podocyte foot processes, subepithelial dense deposits.Such pathological changes were not found in E group and F group. Conclusion There is anti-podocyte antibody in blood of MN patients, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of MN.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2010;30(7):793-795
Objective To determine the median effective dosage of 0.5% ropivacaine for ultrasoundguided lateral popliteal sciatic nerve block. Methods Twenty-three ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes, aged 19-20 yr weighing 52-90 kg received lateral popliteal nerve block guided with ultrasound for foot and ankle surgery. The volume of 0.5% ropivacaine injected was determined by the response of the previous patient using an up-anddown technique. The initial volume was 18 ml. Each time the volume increased/decreased by 2 ml.Successful nerve block was defined as complete loss of pinprick sensation in both tibial and common peroneal nerve distribution with concomitant inability to perform plantar or dorsal flexion of the foot 30 min after injection. Results The median effective dosage of 0.5% ropivacaine resulting in complete block of the sciatic nerve in 50% patients was 13 ml (95% confidence interval 11.3-14.9 ml). Conclusion The median effective dosage of 0.5% ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided lateral popliteal sciatic nerve is 13.0 ml.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2015;33(2):142-148
Background Small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) is increasingly used for myopia. However, the size of the incision varied in different operators. The influence of 2 mm micro-incision SMILE on postoperative diopter and aberrations is not clear yet. Objective The aim of the current study was to perform a clinical analysis of the efficacy, safety, stability and predictability of 2 mm micro-incision SMILE and investigate the influence of preoperative sphere and cylinder power on postoperative aberrations. Methods A serial cases observational study was carried out under the approval of Ethic Committee of Tianjin Eye Hospital and informed consent of each patient.Fifty-five eyes of 31 subjects with myopia and myopic astigmatism were enrolled in this study in Tianjin Eye Hospital from January to April 2013 and a 2 mm micro-incision SMILE was performed on the eyes.Follow-up visits were performed at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after operation.Uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA),best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),manifest and cycloplegic refraction were examined at each postoperative time points to evaluate the efficacy, safety, stability and predictability of 2 mm micro-incision SMILE.Wave-front aberrations were measured by WaveScan aberrometer.Repeated measurement analysis of variance was used for the comparison of the differences of aberrations before and after the surgery. And the differences between various follow-up visits were compared with LSD-t test. The relationship between preoperative sphere or cylinder power and aberrations postoperatively were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation. Results At 1 week,1 month and 6 months postoperatively, the effective index was 1.2,and the safety indexes were 1.2,1.2 and 1.5 respectively. The spherical equivalent remained 0.00 D at each postoperative time point. And 96.4% and 97.8% of eyes were within ±0.5 D of intend correction and 100% were within ± 1.0 D of the intend correction at 1 month and 6 months postoperatively.Vertical coma (Z7) and spherical aberration (Z12) were significantly raised at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after surgery compared with the values preoperatively (Z7:t =9.668,10.607,9.772,all at P < 0.001 ;Z 12:t =-6.227,-6.923,-7.441,all at P<0.001).The Zernike coefficients were relatively symmetrical between various time points postoperatively (all at P>0.05).Third-order to sixth-order aberrations and higher order abberration (HOA) showed significant increase at various time points after the surgery compared with the values before surgery (all at P<0.05),and no significant differences were seen between various follow-up visits (all at P>0.05).Positive correlations were found between preoperative sphere and S3,S4 and HOA at 1 week,1 month and 6 months postoperatively (P<0.05).Negative correlations were found between preoperative cylinder and S3,S4 and HOA at postoperatively various time points (all at P<0.05).In addition, significant positive correlations were seen between Z7 and preoperative cylinder as well as between Z12 and sphere preoperatively, and negative correlations also were observed between Z7 and preoperative sphere as well as between Z12 and cylinder preoperatively at each follow-up visits(all at P<0.05).Conclusions SMILE with 2 mm micro-incision is a safe, effective, stable and predictable procedure for myopic and myopic astigmatism eyes. The aberrations and Zernike terms remain stable after surgery until 6 months although these parameters present elevation to a certain extent.Preoperative SE and astigmatism power affect postoperative aberrations.
