OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors related to sharp injuries of medical staff and explore the standardized occupational safety management model. METHODS According to the recent 4-year registration of 66 cases of medical staff suffered from exposure to sources of blood-transmitted diseases because of sharp injury,a retrospective investigation was taken and the relevant factors were analyzed. RESULTS Operating room and transfusion room had a high incidence of sharp injury,36.4% and 9.1%,respectively. It occurred frequently in treatment of the morning hours (45.5%). As lack of occupational safety prevention and awareness of the standardized preventive measures,there was a high incidence in lower stage clinical medical staff and interns (60.6%). CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to pay attention to the occupational safety standardized management of sharp injuries for medical staff in order to promote medical professional safety.

Objective To study the influence of guiding herb of Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae(RAB) on therapeutic effect of diclofenac sodium for rats with adjuvant arthritis(AA) and its possible mechansim,and to further explore the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic changes after using diclofenac sodium together with RAB.Methods Forty-five Wistar rats were equally divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group,RAB(RAB water extract 5.0 g?kg-1) group,diclofenac sodium(10 mg?kg-1) group,and the combination group.The rat model was induced by Freud's complete adjuvant.The foot edema was tested by volume method.HPLC was used to determine the diclofenac sodium concentration in foot tissue,and ELISA and radioimmunoassay method were used to determine PGE2 and IL-1?levels in vivo.Results In the combination group,the anti-inflammatory action was superior to that in diclofenac sodium group(P

Objective To detect anti-heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2 (hnRNP A2)/RA33 antibody by ELISA with the purified recombinant hnRNP A2 antigen. Methods The serum of 179 patients with RA, 141 patients with SLE, 97 patients with other diffused rheumatic diseases, 30 patients with seronegative spondyloarthropathies, 10 patients with osteoarthritis, 59 patients with arthralgia/arthritis and 40 controls were detected. In addition, clinical characters and laboratory indexes were compared to study the significance of anti-hnRNP A2/RA33 antibody in RA. Results The sensitivity and specificity of anti-hnRNP A2/RA33 antibody in RA were 36.9% and 87.1%. The positive rates of anti-hnRNP A2/RA33 antibody in SLE, other CTD, seronegative spondyloarthropathies and OA were 19.2%, 7.2%, 6.8% and 0. The positive rate of anti-hnRNP A2/RA33 antibody was 43.3% in early RA patients. Conclusion Detection of anti- hnRNP A2/RA33 antibody with purified recombinant hnRNP A2 antigen is a reliable method for early diagnosis of RA.

OBJECTIVE To know the disinfection and sterilization work quality in some hospitals, and to improve nosocomial disinfection and infection control management. METHODS Field selective examination and laboratory examination methods were used to carry out survey. RESULTS The eligible rate of indoor air was the lowest during three years in two provinces. The eligible rate of endoscope disinfection efficacy and ultraviolet radiation intensity was low. The eligible rate of autoclaving quality and oral instruments was more than 80% in the last two years. The eligible rate of sterile medical devices was over 90% in the last three years. CONCLUSIONS The results suggested that nosocomial infection incidence rate be decreased by improving disinfectant environment, adding disinfectant equipments or medical treatment instruments and enhancing doctors′ and nurses′ washing hands awareness.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of CAD/CAM all-ceramic onlay in the restoration of molars with extensive defect after root canal therapy(RCT).Methods:260 molars with extensive defect were restored by all-ceramic onlay after RCT.The patients were followed up for 18 months.The restoration effects were assessed using USPHS criteria.Results:The success rate of CAD/CAM all-ceramic onlay was 98％.Restoration exfoliation was found in 3 cases,fractured in 2 cases.Conclusion:CAD/CAM all-ceramic onlay can be applied in restoring extensive postenor tooth-defection after RCT.

Objective:To study the biologic function of rhPLD2 mutation form.Methods:To adapt the guinea pig chronic asthma model was induced by OVA, the functions of rhPLD2 on PAF was observed through the assay of platelet congregating.Results:rhPLD2 remarkably reduced the lever of PAF in the serum of guinea pig chronic asthma model; compares with the NS group, the P
