1.Research on optimization of lower limb parameters of cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation model based on genetic algorithm.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(5):1139-1143
Sudden cardiac arrest is one of the critical clinical syndromes in emergency situations. A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a necessary curing means for those patients with sudden cardiac arrest. In order to simulate effectively the hemodynamic effects of human under AEI-CPR, which is active compression-decompression CPR coupled with enhanced external counter-pulsation and inspiratory impedance threshold valve, and research physiological parameters of each part of lower limbs in more detail, a CPR simulation model established by Babbs was refined. The part of lower limbs was divided into iliac, thigh and calf, which had 15 physiological parameters. Then, these 15 physiological parameters based on genetic algorithm were optimized, and ideal simulation results were obtained finally.

2.Research on neuroprotective effects of mesenchymaI stem ceIIs in retinaI disease
International Eye Science 2015;(3):464-466
· Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs ) are a population of multipotent stem cells with various neurotrophins from bone marrow which are widely used in tissue, cell repair and alternative research.Recently, some researches have shown that MSCs could enhance the viability of neurons under a pathological circumstance by secreting some neurotrophins. So the neuroprotection of MSCs can provide a new method of the treatment on retinopathy that it possible to promote cells survial and functional recovery. Here we make a brief review on the secretory function of neurotrophin and neuroprotective effects of MSCs on retinal cells and its application in the treatment of retinal disease.
3.Differentiation and analysis on YAN Ming-guang and XU Feng's Najia fa (day-prescription of acupoints).
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(1):89-91
The traditional Najiafa (day-prescription of acupoints) can be classified into two schools of YAN Ming-guang and XU Feng. The author studied the YAN Ming-guang and XU Feng Najia fa from the aspects of the academic source, selection of points, existing researches and current application. When compared between the two schools, it is held that Najia fa of YAN Ming-guang school more accords with the law of point selection according to Ziwu Liuzhu Zhenfa (acupuncture based on the midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine) in following the original doctrine, selection of points on the base of day-prescription, and time-meridian relation of Sanjiao (triple energizer) and Pericardium meridians. Therefore, it is concluded that the YAN's Najia fa should not be neglected and forgotten. Its inheritage and further study should be carried out so as to enrich the ways of study as well as the prevention and treating methods in clinic.

4.Sonographic study on thickness of transverse carpal ligaments in carpal tunnel syndrome patients and healthy volunteers
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(09):-
[Objective]To evaluate the application of sonographic measurements of the thickness of transverse carpal ligaments in CTS(carpal tunnel syndrome) patients.[Methods]Fifty-two wrists from 40 patients with CTS confirmed by surgery and 32 wrists from 20 healthy individuals(control group) underwent sonographic examination of the thickness of transverse carpal ligaments at the level of pisiform bone and the hook of the hamate bone in transverse plane by the same operator.[Results]The thickness of transverse carpal ligaments in CTS patients was(0.41?0.10) cm at hamate hook level and(0.35?0.11) cm at pisiform level versus(0.28?0.11) cm and(0.20?0.08) cm in the control group. There was significant difference in the mean value of thickness of transverse carpal ligaments hetween the two groups at the two levels.[Conclusion]Ultrasonography examination of the thickness of transverse carpal ligaments is a new and valuable technique in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome and is much helpful to choose operation methods.
5.Feasibility of ultrasonography in diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome by measuring the thickness of transverse carpal ligaments
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(12):-
[Objective]To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in patients with carpaltunnel syndrome (CTS) by measuring the thickness of transverse carpal ligament.[Method]Forty patients who had clinically and electrophysiologically confirmed as CTS underwent surgery and ultrasonographic examination by the same operator for the thickness of transverse carpal ligaments at the level of the hook of the hamate bone in transverse plane preoperatively.Twenty-four asymptomatic normal wrists served as control.Data of the ultrasonography and surgey from patients and the control groups were compared to determine the diagnostic parameters.[Result]The ultrasonographic thickness of transverse carpal ligaments in CTS patients was (0.42?0.08)cm at hamate hook leve and the data from surgey was (0.40?0.10).The data in control group was (0.29?0.07)cm.There was significant difference in the mean value of thickness of transverse carpal ligaments between the two groups at the same level. There was no significant difference between the data of CTS from surgey and ultrasonography.[Conclusion]Ultrasonography examination of the thickness of transverse carpal ligamentsis is a new and feasibile method in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome.
6.THE SUPPRESSIVE EFFECTS OF CYCLOSPORIN A ON IMMUNE FUNCTION IN MICE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
The suppressive effects of cyclosporin A ( CsA ) made in China on immune function were studied in mice. CsA ( 25 and 50 mg/kg ig for 4 d ) caused a significant decrease of spleen plaque forming cell ( PFC ) in mice. At the dose of 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg ig for 4 d, CsA inhibited the production of hemolysin in a dose-dependent manner in mice immunized with SRBC. CsA ( 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg ig for 10d ) also markedly inhibited the delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity ( DCH ) induced by DNCB in mice. CsA 50 mg/kg ig for 14d prolongated survival time of cardiac grafts. The treatment with CsA could not reduce the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles as well as bone marrow cells in mice. There was no significant difference of immu-nosuppressive effect on PFC response between China-made CsA and Sandoz-made CsA
7.Relationship between preoperative plasma D-dimer level and the lymph-node metastasis characteristics in colorectal cancer patients
International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(7):454-456,封3
Objective To determine the relationship between preoperative plasma D-dimer level and the lymphnode metastasis characteristics in colorectal cancer patients. Methods A total of 106 patients with colorectal cancer were studied in order to evaluate this relationship.Their preoperative plasma D-dimer levels were measured. Results were correlated with the clinicopathological findings. Results Significantly different plasma D-dimer levels were found with respect to histologic N(P < 0.001).The number of lymph node metastases was found to have the strongest association with D-dimer level among the significant clinicopathologic factors (Spearman rank correlation,P <0.001).The most useful cutoff of the plasma D-dimer levels for diagnosis of lymph node metastasis was determined to be 0.4 μg/mL.Conclusion Plasma D-dimer levels can help assess lymph node metastasis in patients with eophageal cancer and should be measured preoperatively.
8.Memory T cells in tumor immunity
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Memory T cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of tumors as a result of the long term of tumor immunity and the heterogeneity of T cells. Great progress in the studies on the generation, classification, mechanism of maintenance and function of memory T cells in tumor immunity have been made in recent years, which may facilitate our understanding of immunological memory and the clinical therapy of tumor.
