Impotence is one of the more common and serious symptom type of male sexual disturbance.It demonstrates by domestic sampling investigation that about more than 10% of male adult have impotence,and the incidence of impotence goes higher with the growing of age.Warming and invigorating kidney-yang has been the main therapy method for treating impotence.Through years of clinic practices,the treatment for impotence from liver has achieved satisfied effects.

Objective To evaluate the effect of resveratrol on the cognitive function after isoflurane anesthesia in obese rats.Methods Sixty SPF healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,aged 4 weeks,weighing 70-80 g,were divided into 4 groups (n=15 each) using a random number table:normal diet plus 30％ O2 group (group N+O),high-fat diet plus 30％ O2 group (group H+O),high-fat diet plus 2％ isoflurane group (group H+I),and reveratrol plus high-fat diet plus 2％ isoflurane group (group R+H+I).Rats were fed a normal diet for 8 weeks in N+O group,while animals were fed a high-fat diet for 8 weeks in H+O,H+I,and R+H+I groups.Starting from 9th week,reveratrol 40 mg · kg-1 · d-1 was given into the stomach through a gastric tube for 7 consecutive days in group R+H+I,while the equal volume of 1％ carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was given instead of reveratrol in the other groups.After the end of drug intervention,animals were exposed to the mixture of 70％ nitrogen and 30％ oxygen for 4 h in N+O and H+O groups or to 2％ isoflurane for 4 h in H+I and R+H+I groups.Ten rats were randomly selected on 2nd day after inhaling isoflurane,and Morris water maze test was performed to assess the cognitive function.Five rats were randomly sacrificed on 3rd day after inhaling isoflurane,brains were removed,and hippocampi were isolated for determination of the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF),tyrosine kinase B receptor (TrkB) and phosphorylated TrkB (p-TrkB) in hippocampal tissues by Western blot.The p-TrkB/TrkB ratio was calculated.Results Compared with group N+O,the escape latency was significantly prolonged on 3rd and 4th days,the exploration time spent on the original target quadrant was shortened,the expression of BDNF and p-TrkB in hippocampal tissues was down-regulated,and the p-TrkB/TrkB ratio was decreased in group-H+O (P＜0.05).Compared with group H+O,the escape latency was significantly prolonged on 2nd-5th days,the exploration time spent on the original target quadrant was shortened,the expression of BDNF and p-TrkB in hippocampal tissues was down-regulated,and the p-TrkB/TrkB ratio was decreased in group H+I (P＜0.05).Compared with group H+I,the escape latency was significantly shortened on 2nd-5th days,the exploration time spent on the original target quadrant was prolonged,the expression of BDNF and p-TrkB in hippocampal tissues was up-regulated,and the p-TrkB/TrkB ratio was increased in group R+H+I (P＜0.05).Conclusion Resveratrol can mitigates the cognitive dysfunction after isoflurane anesthesia in obese rats,and the mechanism may be related to promoting the activation of BDNF/TrKB signaling pathway.

Objective To evaluate the effect of intrathecal dexmedetomidine on the expression of G-protein-coupled inwardly rectifying K+ channel 1 (GIRK1) in dorsal root ganglia of rats with diabetic neuropathic pain (DNP).Methods A total of 144 healthy adult male SPF Sprague-Dawley rats,aged 8-10 weeks,weighing 200-220 g,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n =36 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),dexmedetomidine group (group D),group DNP,and DNP + dexmedetomidine group (group DD).DNP model was established by single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) 60 mg/kg.In D and DD groups,dexmedetomidine 1.5 μg/kg was injected intrathecally at 14 days after citrate buffer or STZ injection,while the equal volume of normal saline was given in group C.The mechanical pain threshold was measured before STZ injection (T0),at 14 days after STZ injection (T1),and at 2,4 and 6 h after intrathecal injection (T:2-4).After measurement of the mechanical pain threshold at T2-4,the rats were sacrificed,and the dorsal root ganglia of the lumbar segment (L4-6) were removed for determination of the number of GIRK1 positive cells and expression of GIRK1 protein by immunofluorescence and Western blot,respectively.Results Compared with group DNP,the mechanical pain threshold was significantly increased,the number of GIRK1 positive cells in dorsal root ganglia was significantly increased,and the expression of GIRK1 was significantly up-regulated at T2-4 in group DD (P＜0.05).Compared with group D,the number of GIRK1 positive cells in dorsal root ganglia was significantly increased,and the expression of GIRK1 was significantly up-regulated at T2-4 in group DD (P＜0.05).Compared with group C,the mechanical pain threshold was significantly decreased at T1-4 in group DNP (P＜0.05).Conclusion Intrathecal dexmedetomidine attenuates DNP through up-regulating the expression of GIRK1 in dorsal root ganglia of rats.

Objective To review and investigate the malaria control history of Wuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 1950 to 2015,so as to provide the evidence for future malaria control and surveillance. Methods The data of ma?laria control in Wuzhou City from 1950 to 2015 were collected and analyzed. Results In 1950 decade,the malaria incidence in Wuzhou City was 1 435.55/100 000,higher than the average level in Guangxi,and the mortality of malaria was 0.95/100 000. The malaria incidence of local residents was reduced to 3.61/100 000 in 1979 and no local malaria case was found since. The im?ported malaria cases were found in Wuzhou City since 1980,and were more than local cases since 1981. In recent five years, 87.50%(7/8)of imported malaria cases were from south?east Asia. Conclusions Wuzhou City has reached the national criteri?on of malaria elimination,but the imported malaria is the recent threat. The surveillance and control work of malaria should be strengthened.

Objective:To investigate the influence of clinical outcomes and the risk factors of poor prognosis for preoperative nutritional risk in gastric cancer patients.Methods:A prospective study was performed in 140 patients with gastric cancer and the nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS 2002) was done.The influence of preoperative nutritional risk on postoperative complications,hospital stay,ICU stay,hospital expenses,60 days readmission and mortality was analyzed,and the risk factors of perioperative complication were identified by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results:The significant difference (NRS 2002 ≥ 3 group vs.NRS 2002 ＜ 3 group) was observed in the rates of overall postoperative complications,pulmonary infection,overall hospital stay and postoperative hospital stay (P ＜ 0.05).The rates of anastomotic fistula,pleural effusion,60 days readmission,60 days mortality and hospitalization expenses in NRS 2002 ≥ 3 group were higher than that of NRS 2002 ＜ 3 group,but there were no differences between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).By univariate and multivariate analysis,preoperative high cholesterol levels and preoperative nutritional risk are the risk factors of poor prognosis and postoperative complications.Conclusion:Preoperative high cholesterol levels and preoperative nutritional risk are independent risk factors of postoperative complications.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the genetic polymorphisms of 21 autosomal STR loci of Fujian Han population and evaluate the forensic application value of GlobalFiler Express kit. METHODS: Amplified with GlobalFiler Express kit, DNA samples were obtained from 741 unrelated individuals of Fujian Han population. The population genetics parameters of 21 autosomal STR loci were calculated. RESULTS: The 21 autosomal STR loci were found to be no deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibration (P > 0.05) and relatively abundant in high polymorphism. Heterozygosity ranged from 0.589 to 0.914, power of discrimination ranged from 0.754 to 0.992, polymorphic information content ranged from 0.520 to 0.940, and power of exclusion ranged from 0.278 to 0.825. The SE33 locus was the highest degree in polymorphism. CONCLUSION The 21 STR loci of GlobalFiler Express kit have high value in discrimination power and can be useful in personal identification and paternity test in Fujian Han population.

Objective To discuss the correlation between the joint detection of BA,EMAb,ACA and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).Methods Selected 144 URSA cases,166 SA(sporadic abortion)cases,188 normal pregnant women,and detected their BA,EMAb,ACA and statistical analysis of parallelism.Results Comparing URSA group with SA group and control group respectively,there were significant statistical difference between BA negative rate (74.31%, 25.30% and 50.53%),EMAb positive rate (35.42%,7.23% and 6.91%)and ACA positive rate (26.39%,5.42% and 5.32%)(χ2 = 19.344 ~ 74.180;P < 0.05;χ2 = 37.837 ~ 42.586,P < 0.05),(χ2 = 26.355 ~ 29.270,P < 0.05).URSA group’s BA,ACA and EMAb joint detection rate of positive (84.72%)was significantly higher than SA group and the con-trol group (χ2 =35.532~93.076,P <0.05).Conclusion There was a close relationship between the lack of BA,the genera-tion of EMAb,ACA and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Joint detection has important clinical significance in auxiliary diagnosis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and prognosis judgement.
