Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
The endothelium of 20 cases of rabbit cornea including the normal and postoperated ones (2 weeks and I, 2, 3 months after penetrating keratoplasty) were observed by scanning electron microscope. The photographs of the endothelium in graft-host junction were analysed by computer-assisted image analysis system and the morphometric indexes are as follows: area of the cells, perimeters, density, figure coefficient, long axis, coefficient of variation of the area, and others. After operation the morphology and the density of the endothelial cells were different from the normal ones obviously, but the cells changed from enlargement and irregularity to normal progressively. At the time when the corneas were operated for 3 months, some differences still existed.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(7):629-632
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the effect of allergen specific immunotherapy (SIT) in patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma. METHOD A total of 68 patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma sensitized to dust mite were recruited into the study. They were randomly divided into two groups: SIT group n = 34 and symptomatic therapy (ST) group: n = 34. Patients in ST group received medication to treat, the symptoms, patients in SIT group received medication and 3 years of standardized allergen vaccine therapy. Evaluation index of therapy includes: rhinitis symptoms score, asthma symptoms score, drug score, skin prick test, serum specificity IgE (sIgE) , peripheral eosinophil (Eos) counting, lung function. The new sensitinogen rate was also assessed.
RESULT:
Clinical symptom scores, drug scores, lung function, blood eosinophil numbers and skin test result were all improved significantly after 3-year treatment in SIT group compared to those in ST group (P < 0.01). Although the level of serum slgE was decreased, there exited no statistic diferences between two groups. Only 8.8% patients have the new sensitization in SIT group, and 52.9% in ST group. There were no serious adverse reactions in treatment process.
CONCLUSION
SIT for patients with AR and asthma can obtain excellent clinical efficacy.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for promoting clinical rational use of Aidi injection. METHODS:Some inpa-tient records that used Aidi injection in our hospital from Jan. to Jun. 2015 were randomly selected and statistically reviewed by us-ing Excel(2011 edition) in aspects of gender, age, tumor location, usage and dosage, solvents usage, treatment course, adverse reactions, etc. RESULTS:In the 125 patients who used Aidi injection, male was more than female, with average age of 58.4 years;the tumor location of 66 patients (52.80%) was consistent with the indications in instructions;treatment course of 30 pa-tients(24.00%)was consistent with the instructions;all solvent types were consistent with the instruction recommendation, while only 6 patients(4.80%)showed consistence in solvent usage and instructions;122 patients(97.60%)showed consistence in single dosage and instructions;7 patients had adverse reactions, mainly rash and gastrointestinal reactions. CONCLUSIONS:The use of Aidi injection in our hospital shows off-label drug use,non-standardized treatment course and inappropriate solvent usage. Physi-cians,clinical pharmacists and relevant departments should further strengthen the rational use, medical advice comments,supervi-sion and management of Aidi injection in the hospital to promote the rational drug use.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2018;36(3):267-270
OBJECTIVEThis review aims to identify the dimensional structure of the shortened dentine hypersensitivity experience questionnaire (DHEQ-15) using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
METHODSThe Chinese language version of DHEQ-15 was applied to 210 patients with dentine hypersensitivity aged 18-70 years old. The three-dimensional construct was confirmed by CFA.
RESULTSAll the questionnaires were fully completed. The item "Because of the sensations, I take longer to finish a meal than others" was the most frequently reported by the parents. The modified three-factor model is suitable for the data. The chi-square fit statistics/degree of freedom was 2.213, the goodness-of-fit index was 0.905, the adjusted goodness-of-fit index was 0.872, the normed fit index was 0.845, the incremental fit index was 0.962, the Tucker-Lewis index was 0.969, the comparative fit index was 0.977, and the root mean square error of approximation was 0.068.
CONCLUSIONSOur findings generally support the three-dimensional construct of the DHEQ-15. Thus, DHEQ-15 can be used as a valid instrument in patients with dentine hypersensitivity in China.
