Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given Shuxuetong injection and Edaravone, and the control group was treated by Shuxuening injection. Two groups were treated with routine therapy. ESS and ADL content changes in two groups were assessed at different point before treatment and two weeks after treatment. Results The score of ESS of two groups increased after treatment (P < 0.05) ,but that in the Shuxuetong group was dramatically increased ,showing significantly different from that in the control group(P <0.05). ADL of the two groups improved after treatment(P <0.01) ,but the increase in the Shuxuetong group was significantly compared to the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone is an effective and safe medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
3.Screening and preliminary research of an actinomyces strain with antitumor effect
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
The apoptosis was observed under a fluoroscope when the tested tumor cells were treated with the supernatant derived from the liquid culture of an actinomyces strain AK 11, which had showed cell toxicity by means of MTT assay, and was further confirmed by the correspondent band of ”DNA ladder” in the agarose gel electrophoresis. In a bioassay employed nude mouse, the pure compound produced by the strain AK 11 showed tumor inhibition in rates of 52.01% and 33.64% corresponding to the dosages of 0.016 ?g?kg -1 and 0.008 ?g?kg -1 ip, respectively. According to the indexes IC 50 of human hepatocarcinoma SMMC7721 and stomach cancer MGC 803 cells, it was estimated that the inhibition effect of the pure compound was slightly stronger than that of Adriamycin. The results showed high antitumor effect of the tested compound from the strain AK 11. When the cells were treated with AK 11, it was found by flow cytometry analysis that cell division was ceased at S phase due to the DNA synthesis block .

Objective] To analyze the effect of acupuncture treatment on regulating patients’spirits who accepted IVF-ET surgery, in order to provide a new train of thought for clinical treatment. [Methods] Based on emotional factors, analyze the condition of patients accepting IVF-ET surgery. Explaining that spirit is also an important factor, can not be ignored during pregnancy and expounding the theory and prescription of acupuncture treatment on regulating spirits in patients with infertility, and in the clinical cases, patients undergoing IVF-ET can get active treatment by regulating spirits.[Results] Acupuncture treatment on regulating spirits to remove patients’depression and anxiety by regulating qi and blood, also nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind, so, this treatment can create conditions for conception. The clinical case cited also achieved good results. [Conclusions] This treatment,as a natural non-drug therapy, can be considered as a new train of thought in clinical treatment of patients with infertility after IVF-ET surgery and is worthy of research.

International Eye Science 2017;17(10):1969-1972
AIM: To analyze the postoperative infection of pathological myopia with pocket scleral reinforcement. ·METHODS:The clinical data of 167 cases of pathological myopia treated with pocket scleral reinforcement in June to December 2014 were analyzed. The postoperative infection rate, the resistance of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed, and the related factors of infection were analyzed. ·RESULTS: A total of 286 eyes were obtained in 167 patients. The infection rate was 6. 3% in 10 patients ( 18 eyes) . There were 30 pathogenic bacteria isolated from the 18 infected eyes, in which were 10 Staphylococcus aureus, 10 Staphylococcus epidermidis, 6 Klebsiella pneumoniae, 4 Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Gram positive bacteria showed higher resistance to penicillin, ampicillin and ciprofloxacin, and were sensitive to vancomycin. The resistance rates of gram negative bacteria to cefotaxime were higher, but to imipenem was low. The two groups of patients age, culture level, operation time, the number of operation, intraoperative nursing staff seniority, postoperative medication compliance rate was statistically significant (P<0. 05), which related to the infection after pocket scleral reinforcement. ·CONCLUSION:The infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus is the most common after pocket scleral reinforcement, and it is sensitive to vancomycin, and gram negative bacteria is sensitive to imipenem. Shortening the operation time, using the experienced nursing staff to cooperate, reducing the number of operation and improving the compliance of the patients can reduce the postoperative infection.

Objective To evaluate the antitumor effect of corosolic acid and its impact on CAM and YSM angiogenesis. Methods The effects of CRA on A549 proliferation was studied by MTT method in vitro.Tumor-bruden nude mice model were established by injecting A549 lung cancer cell marked with bioluminescent to nude mice, and the growth of tumor in mice were detected by IVIS small animal in vivo imaging system.Experiment of chicken embryos eggs are used to observe the role of drugs on CAMand YSMblood vessels. Results The value of IC50 of CRA for A549 in vitro was 26.8μg/mL.A tumor-burdened animal experiment results showed that the CRA to A549 solid tumor has a certain therapeutic effect.CAM and YSM blood vessels of chicken embryos eggs treated with CRA were decreased significantly than negative control group. Conclusion CRA has certain therapeutic effect for A549,which may be related to the inhibition of angiogenesis in tumor tissues.
