1.Diagnosis and therapy of cervical gestation—analysis of 23 cases
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(12):-
Objective:To approach the effective way of early diagnosis and therapy of cervical gestation. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted by analyzing the clinical presentations and auxiliary examinations of 23 cases of cervical pregnancy.Results:19 cases were cured by conservative treatment;3 cases were cured by hysterectomy. Conclusion:Cervical pregnancy is related to curettage and cesarean;ultrasound can provide valuable information for diagnosis and therapy;conservative treatment, including medical treatment, conservative operation and interventional therapy, are effective approaches which can reserve menstruation and reproductive ability.
2.The relationship between placenta thrombosis and bad outcomes of late pregnancy
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(11):-
Objective:To investigate the relationship between placenta thrombosis and bad outcomes of late pregnancy.Methods:6 cases of placenta thrombosis collected in the hospital where the author work from 2000~2006 were analysed retrospectively. Results:Two cases was complicated by venous thromboembolism.Four cases was with previous spontaneous abortion. One case was with primary infertility. One multigravida had history of sever preeclampsia. The onset of disease were between 32~37 weeks gestational age.Five cases were complicated with hypertensive disorders. All cases were complicated by fetal distress.Antiphosphlipid antibody was found in two cases. Conclusion:Placenta thrombosis would result in fetal distress.Anticoagulation is recommended for higy risk women for thromboembolism
3.DETERMINATION OF GLYCOSYLATION OF HAIR AND NAIL KERATIN
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
The thiobarbituric acid (TBA) assay was used to determine non-enzymatic glycosylation of hair and fingernail keratin in non-diabetics and diabetics. Some measuring conditions including the amount of sample, the duration of hydrolysis, etc were described. The concentration of glycosylated hair protein (GHP) and glycosylated nail protein (GNP) in diabetics were both significantly higher than that in non-diabetics. GHP and GNP might be used as a monitor marker in retrospecfive assessment of chronic hyperglycemia.
4.To Improve Obstetrics and Gynecological Teaching Effect
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
In order to improve obstetrics and gynecological teaching effect, the teacher should be of great responsibility, apply scientific method, drive Students' go-aheadism and make the best use of clinical resource during clinical demonstration.
5.The expression and significance of hepatocytegrowth factor and c-Met receptor in endometrial carcinoma
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of hcpatocyte growth factor (HGF) and c-Met,receptor (c-Met) in endometrial carcimoma. Methods:Using S-P immunohistochemistry method, the expression of HGF and c-Met in the specimens of 52 cases with endometrial catcmoma and 16 cases with normal endometrium was examined. Then the correlation was analyzed between the two factors and the stage and differentiation of EC.Results:The expressions of HGF and c-Met in endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than in normal endometrium. The expression of c-Met was closely associated with the stage and differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion:Overexpression of HGF and c-Met facilitates the malignant progress of endometrium,c-Met is associated with the prognosis of EC.
6.Expression of beta-catenin protein APC in ovarian epithelial tumor and its implication
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the expression of beta-catenin,protein APC and its implication in ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining with ABC method was conducted to determine the expression of beta-catenin and protein APC in 48 cases of ovarian epithelial tumors. Results:The rate of beta-catenin in ovarian malignant epithelial tumor was higher than that in benign epithelial tumor, and the rate in borderline epithelial tumor was higher than that in benign epithelial tumor too. There was significant difference between them. The prevalence of protein APC positive in ovarian benign epithelial tumor was significantly greater than that in ovarian malignant epithelial tumor.A significant negative correlation was found between beta-catenin and protein APC in ovarian epithelial tumor. Conclusion:The results suggest that beta-catenin and APC protein have important effects on pathogenesis and development of ovarian epithelial tumors.
7.Expression of beta-catenin,protein APC and c-myc,cyclin D_1 in Ovarian epithelial tumor and its significance
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Object: To investigate the expression of beta-catenin,protein APC,c-myc and cyclin D1 in Ovarian epithelial tumor and to discuss its significance. Methods: Expression of beta-catenin,protein APC,c-myc and cyclin D1 were examined by ABC immunohistochemistry in 48 cases of Ovarian epithelial tumor. Results: The rate of abnormal expression of beta-catenin in ovarian malignant epithelial tumor was higher than that in benign epithelial tumor(P

9.Mechanisms and strategies for targeting drugs to myocardial ischemic regions
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2010;45(7):827-32
The ischemic heart disease has been endangering human health seriously. Although there are many kinds of anti-ischemic drugs, most of them are lacking in tissue specificity, which together with a remarkably reduced blood circulation in the ischemic zone often lead to a quite low drug distribution in the targets. Myocardial ischemia can cause a lot of pathophysiological changes, such as the enhanced permeability of the endothelial cell membrane, the up-regulated expression of various cell adhesion molecules on endothelium, the exposure of intracellular antigenic components, the decrease of pH within the ischemic zone, and so on. To date, some of these changes have been exploited with limited success to gain the passive, active and physicochemical targeting of diagnostic or therapeutic drugs to myocardial ischemic regions. However, more effective delivery strategies are still eagerly needed. Here, we reviewed and discussed the potential targeting-delivery mechanisms and strategies, used or may be used in the future, for myocardial ischemic regions.
10.Clinic medical economics on management of cataract blindness
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2008;21(4):207-211
This review snmmarized and estimated the management of cataract blindness in China recently, and introduced the purport of clinic medical economics.Based on it,it was proposed that our service system of cataract blindness could use the experiences of other countries as reference and engaged in more investigations in search of Chinese way for cataract blindness.
