Objective To analyze the risk factors that influence prognosis of pancreatic injury.Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with pancreatic injury were analyzed retrospectively.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were performed to analyze the clinical parameters.Results Complications occurred in 27 patients with the overall incidence rate of 36.9％.6 patients died with the mortality of 8.2％.Result of univariate analysis indicated that the volume of blood loss,systolic blood pressure,injury grade by American Association surgery of Trauma (AAST),pancreatic leakage,time on admission were significant factors that influence the incidence rate of complications (P ＜ 0.05).The results of Multivariate Logistic regression indicated that the volume of blood loss,systolic blood pressure,injury grade by AAST,time on admission were independent predictors for prognosis in pancreatic injury (OR =3.764,0.940,7.315,1.501,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It should pay attention to all the factors that influence the prognosis of pancreatic injury in clinic.Exact judgment and appropriate treatment plan are helpful to increase achievement ratio of pancreatic injury.

Clinical data of 277 pregnant women attended to nutrition clinic at Haidian District Maternity and Children's Hospital,Beijing were analyzed retrospectively,including 64 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),85 cases of gestational impaired glucose tolerance(GIGT)and 128 normal women(84 normal fasting blood glucose and 44 abnormal fasting blood glucose but normal glucose challenge test,GCT).There was a higher proportion of pregnant women with family history of diabetes among those with abnormal GCT.as compared to those with normal GCT(P＜0.05).Mean age was significantly higher in women with GDM than that in normal ones(P＜0.05),but no statistically significant difference in it was found between women with GIGT and normal GCT(P＞0.05).Body weight in women with GIGT was higher both before pregnancy and at GCT than that in normal ones(P＜0.05).Serum levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride presented an increasing trend in pregnant women of varied groups since their first prenatal care visits(P＜0.05),higher in those with GDM and/or GIGT than those in normal ones(P＜0.01).

Objective To analyze sampling frequency and grid density frequency on the computed radiography(CR)system and to develop an effective method to suppress or eliminate grid artifacts.Methods To test grids with different grid-density in combination with IP boards of different specifications. Radiographic images with various qualities were obtained by simulating two kinds of signaling frequencies (namely two kind of grids with different grid densities),and utilizing three kinds of sampling frequencies (6,8,10 pixels/mm).A variety of different simulation images were obtained.Results By comparing simulation images with actual images,it was discovered that correct signaling frequency could be achieved if the sampling frequency were equal to twice the signaling frequency.The obtained image was clear and free of grid artifact.A grid density of

Objective To study on immunity function in infectious mononucleosis (IM) children infected by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and its relationship with clinic and prognosis.Methods Serum immunoglobulin was detected by immunoradiometric nephelometry,expressions of C D3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,CD23+ on T-lymphocytes subset in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry in 50 IM (IM group)who was in acute and convalescent period,and compared with 50 healthy controls (control group).Results The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM in IM group with acute period were (0.75 ± 0.65),(7.55 ± 2.05),(1.85 ± 0.55)g/L,in IM group with convalescent period were (0.95 ± 0.55),(8.85 ± 2.25),(1.75 ± 0.65) g/L.In control group,those were (1.25 ± 0.75),(10.65 ± 2.55),(1.80 ± 0.50) g/L.IgA and IgG in IM group with acute period were significantly lower than those in IM group with convalescent period and control group (P ＜0.01),but IgM was no significant difference among them (P ＞0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,CD23+ in IM group with acute period were 0.6050 ± 0.0850,0.2080 ± 0.0315,0.6520 ± 0.0520,0.45 ± 0.35,0.0580 ± 0.0205,0.0250 ± 0.0135,in IM group with convalescent period were 0.7220 ± 0.0820,0.3575 ± 0.0375,0.3565 ± 0.0565,1.45 ± 0.45,0.1580 ± 0.0280,0.0625 ± 0.0225.In control group,those were 0.7530 ± 0.0830、0.4850 ± 0.0450、0.3275 ± 0.0575 1.48 ± 0.55、0.1850 ± 0.0560、0.0805 ± 0.0175.CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,CD23+ in IM group with acute period were significantly lower than those in IM group with convalescent period and control group (P ＜ 0.05),but CD8+ was significantly higher than that in IM group with convalescent period and control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The abnormality of immunoglobulin and T-lymphocytes subset in children infected by EBV is obvious.

Objective To explore the risk factors of adhesive small bowel obstruction for the influence of the long-term therapeutic effects.Methods 218 case of adhesive small bowel obstruction in patients were treeted with a long follow-up and retrospective analysis.Results Among the 218 admissions in 235 patients,192 admissions (81.7.％) were surgical treated and 43 admissions(18.3％) were performed conservative treatment.The mean recovery time was 65.7 months and the accumulative incidence of surgical recurrence in 5 years was 19.0％ in surgical group and those in conservative group were 50.4 months and 34.0％ respectively.There was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The long-term efficacy of risk factors was related to the treatment before the operation site and times,the last operation to the incidence of admissions.No other independent risk factor of recurrence was found.Surgical treatment serves as a better way in the prevention of later recurrences in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction under certain conditions.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract on experimental myocardial ischemia injury in mice. Methods The myocardial ischemia injury model was induced by isoproterenol in mice. The survival time of mice,the activities of LDH and CK in serum,the activity of SOD and level of MDA in myocardium were all measured. Results Compared with model group,Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract can prolong the survival time of mice after injured by isoproterenol in the close normobaric hypoxia,and decrease the activities of LDH and CK in serum. It can also increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in myocardium. Conclusion Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract has protective effects on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in mice.

Objective:To investigate the utilization of total parenteral nutrition ( TPN) in a hospital to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods:The utilization and trend of TPN in the surgical inpatients during August 2012 to July 2013 in the hospital were analyzed statistically. Results:Totally 116 patients received TPN with 1 013 times, and the patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor accounted for 48. 3%. The average use day was (8. 7 ± 3. 2) d and the total energy was within the range of 900-1 500 kcal. The number of prescription with glycolipid ratio below 1 was 878 (86. 7%), that with hot nitrogen ratio of 100-150 was 689 (68. 0%), that with monovalent cation concentration below 150 mmol·L-1 was 1 008 (99. 5%), that with divalent cation concentra-tion below 5 mmol·L-1 was 879 (86. 8%), that with glutamine was 765 (75. 5%) and that with sugar and insulin ratio (g:u) be-low 3 was 42 (4. 1%). Conclusion:The maln problem in the TPN application in the hospital is that glycolipid ratio in the majority of prescriptions is low, and irrational hot nitrogen ratio, excessive cation concentration and insulin dosage appeared in the minority of pre-scriptions. Clinicians should strengthen the learning of parenteral nutrition knowledge and clinical pharmacists should actively perform reasonable intervention in the TPN prescriptions to promote the reasonable TNP therapy and improve the therapeutic effect.
