1."Discussion on the Misunderstanding of ""Pan-moralization"" of Medical Public Opinion"
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(3):380-382
Many voting activities such asThe Best Medical Workers put medical workers onto moral high ground, while medical dispute, medical anomie and other news pushed them to the abyss of criticism. These are all involved in the pan-moralization of medicine-related consensus of mass media.Taking specific opinion as example, this paper listed the pan-moralization characteristics including judging the complicated problems with ethical standard merely, evaluating behaviors of physicians and patients with idealistic principles, determining the whole moral outlook from the individuals, analyzed the reason of social emotional outbursts, traditional moral interference, media ethics anomie, and lack of public rationality, and finally proposes the strategies to avoid pan-moralization of medicine-related consensus from the micro and macro level.
2.The Current Status and Ethical Responsibility of Health Communication of Social Media
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(5):861-863
Social media users increasingly participate in the health communication, which plays a positive role as well as causes ethical anomie. Health communication should comply with several ethical principles such as non-maleficence, preciseness and realism, kindness and benevolence, popular expression and applicability and so on. It is suggested that the media should use the principal force of the competent department, operating organiza-tion, user, and the public. Meanwhile, it should strengthen ethical responsibility and control of health communica-tion and jointly promote the healthy development by strengthening self-discipline consciousness of users, impro-ving the supervision efficiency of the platform, cultivating media literacy of the public, and raising cost of ethical anomie.
3.Discussion on Ethics Anomie Phenomena of Medical News under New Media Environment
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):678-680
In this paper, the characteristics of new media information dissemination are interpreted in detail, including the expression of liberalization, virus-disseminating, inclination of news entertainment, violence of pub-lic opinion and over-exposure of privacy. This article takes the immoral cases of medical news in recent years as examples, deeply analyzes the serious phenomena of medical news under new media environment, such as misrepr-esentation, loss of authority, moral loss of reputation, loss of social rationality and disclosure of public privacy.
4.Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction on Humoral Immunity of Rats with Exercise-induced Exhaustion
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;32(6):1052-1054,1058
Objective To observe the influence of modified Sijunzi Decoction on the decrease of immune function of exercise-induced exhaustion rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were given adaptive training, and then 6 dead or non-adaptive rats were dropped out. The remaining 24 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group ( N= 8) , model group ( N = 8) , and modified Sijunzi Decoction group ( MSD group, N = 8) . Normal group did not receive any medication and took diet freely. The rats of model group and MSD group were orally given distilled water or modified Sijunzi Decoction 8 g per day respectively after the modeling by exercise-induced exhaustion. After 61 days, the serum was taken from the three groups, and immunoglobulin lgA, lgG, lgM, and complement C3,C4 were detected. Results The contents of immunoglobulins IgA, IgG, IgM and complements C3, C4 in MSD group were higher than those in the model group ( P<0.01) . Conclusion The decrease of immunity occurs in the process of exercise stress, but can be delayed by modified Sijunzi Decoction..

Objective To observe the effects of stone needle on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period (AECOPD). Methods One hundred and forty five cases of AECOPD were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in combined treatment group (n =49) received that stone needle hot compresses the back and Chinese herbal medicine besides routine treatment. Patients in Chinese herbal medicine group (n =48) received Chinese herbal medicine besides routine treatment. Patients in placebo group (n =48) received routine treatment. Results The effective rate of combined treatment group was 89.80%,and that of Chinese herbal medicine group was 85.42%,which were all significantly higher than which in placebo group (72.92%,P

Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2008;1(2):96-98
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum amyloid A protein in patients with chronic hepatitis C (HCV) infection. Methods Serum amyloid A (SAA) levels were detected by ELISA in 131 patients with HCV infection and 20 normal controls. The expression of SAA-mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was detected by RT-PCR from some blood samples of HCV patients and normal controls. Results The SAA levels in the patients with chronic HCV infection were markedly higher than those in normal controls (t = 17. 14, P < 0. 01 ). The expression of SAA-mRNA detected by RT-PCR was closely correlated with concentrations of SAA measured by ELISA ( r = 0.86, P <0.01 ). No correlation was found between SAA expression and serum HCV RNA titers, as well as between SAA and serum ALT in patients with chronic HCV infection. Conclusion SAA levels are increased in patients with chronic HCV infection, which is not correlated with HCV RNA titers and serum ALT levels.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2001;8(3):228-229
To investigate the possibility of resection arthroplasty of the sternoclavicular joint in treatment of dislocation of this joint. Methods:Five patients who had had resection arthroplasty of the sternoclavicular joint and in whom the costoclavicular ligament had to be reconstructed,follow-up averaged 1.8 years. Results:The average duration of follow-up were 1.8 years. All of the patients had an excellent result,no cases had infection、pain and abnormalities. Conclusion:We believe that resection arthroplasty of the sternoclavicular joint and preservation reconstruction of the costoclavicular joint is essential, and it is a satisfactory and safe way for the treatment of dislocation of the sternoclavicular joint.

Chinese Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy 2014;(2):149-152
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and antibiotic sensitivity of Salmonella infection in children with diarrhea in Zhongshan City for rational use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 6 920 stool specimens were collected from children with diarrhea including outpatients and inpatients in Zhongshan Boai Hospital from September 2009 to April 2013.Salmonella strains (n = 344)were isolated and identified by enrichment culture. The overall infection rate was 5.0%(344/6 920).Antimicrobial susceptibility was tested by VITEK-2 Compact automicroscan. Results Of the 344 strains of Sal-monella,185 (53.8%)strains were Salmonella typhimurium ,43 (12.5%)were Salmonella stanley ,29 (8.4%)were Sal-monella enteritidis .The male-to-female ratio was 1.8∶1 for the children with diarrhea. The infection rate was 68.9% (237/344)in children under 1-year old.Susceptibility testing results indicated that majority (88.9%-98.0%)of these Salmonella strains were susceptible to levofloxacin,piperacillin-tazobactam,cefepime,ceftazidime,and ceftriaxone, but to ampicillin, 39.2% of the strains were susceptible. Conclusions Most Salmonella infections in Zhongshan City were caused by Salmonella typhimurium, followed by Salmonella stanley and Salmonella enteritidis .Such infections usually peak in summer and autumn seasons. The chidren under 1-year old were more susceptible to Salmonella infections.Higher incidence of infection is associat-ed with boys.Antibiotics should be chosen reasonably and prudently based on antimicrobial sensitivity testing.
