Objective:To investigate whether lanthanum(La 3+)can enter into ossification induced bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)cultured in vitro and its influences on the ultrastructure of BMSCs.Methods:Dog BMSCs were ossification induced and the cells of the third passage were cultuerd with the presence of lanthanum chloride(LaCl_3)at 5.564?102,5.564 and 5.564?10-2 ?g/ml respectively for 5 days,the same passage cells without LaCl_3 treatment were used as the controls.Transmission electron microscope(TEM),electron microprobe with wave spectrum(EMWS)and high resolution TEM with energy spectrum(HRTEM)were used to observe the change of BMSCs ultrastructure and the distribution of lanthanum ions in the cells.Results:Electron-dense granules in lysosome were observed in BMSCs treated with LaCl_3 but not in control BMSCs under TEM.Slight denaturation of some organelles was found in both LaCl_3 treated and control cells.EMWS examination showed that there was La element in BMSCs treated with 5.564?102 ?g/ml LaCl_3.La element was not found in all the treated cells under HRTEM.Conclusion:La 3+ at a certain concentration might enter into the ossification induced BMSCs cultured in vitro.

To investigate the advantage of using the medical sodium hyaluronate gel undergo goniosynechialysis, and to compare the difference of the viscoelastic agent and perfusion fluid by clinical control study.
●METHODS:Totally 103 cases (103 eyes) patients who had angle- closure glaucoma (ACG) with cataract all in Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, from September 2012 to February 2013. All the patients had primary glaucoma or recurrence ACG with cataract. Their intraocular pressure (lOP) could be controlled in normal value using one or two anti -glaucoma medications. We divided all the patients into two groups by chance. Experimental group had 53 cases (50 eyes), and control group had 50 cases (53 eyes). Two groups all had been performed phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis by the same experiential operator. But experimental group did goniosynechialysis using the medical sodium hyaluronate gel, control group did goniosynechialysis using perfusion fluid. We observed the change of lOP, central anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber structure of two groups in postoperative 1mo.
●RESULTS: SPSS19. 0 statistics software was utilized to analyze the data, This study selected one- side test α =0. 05, adopted paired t - test or two- sample t - test. We obtained that experimental group lOP decreased 12. 42 ± 0. 04mmHg, anterior chamber depth increased 1. 276 ± 0. 201mm; that control group lOP decreased 6. 56 ± 0. 08mmHg, anterior chamber depth increased 0. 852 ± 0. 132mm. And experimental group anterior chamber angle opened more widely than the other group, the comparison had statistical significance (P<0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON: ln phacoemulsification combine with goniosynechialysis,use medical sodium hyaluronate gel do goniosynechialysis can more effectively decrease lOP. This because the medical sodium hyaluronate gel has high glutinousness, it can separate angle of anterior chamber and controlling lOP effectively.

The viable but noncuturable (VBNC) state is a survival strategy when bacteria are exposed to en- vironment stress. The VBNC state is part of the life cycle of non-differentiating bacteria, and it has a far-reaching impact on traditional bacteriology. Cells in the VBNC state fail to grow on the routine bacterio- logical media, here its significance in human health and environment science are detailed. Cells entering the VBNC state exhibit dwarfing and a number of metabolic changes in respiration rates and macromolecular synthesis. This paper summarized the variations in DNA and protein comparing to the culturable cells. We also discussed the ability of cells to resuscitate from the VBNC state and return to an actively metabolizing and culturable form. Some new methods for monitoring the VBNC state were listed. Finally the future was suggested.

Objective To explore the clinic effect of intravascular stent angioplasty for extracranial internal carotid artery dissection(ICAD).Methods From July 2015 to December 2016, 25 cases of patients with extracranial ICAD were admitted into our hospital.Among them, there were 15 cases of head and neck pain,12 cases with transient ischemic or cerebral infarction symptoms (limb hemiplegia.etc.),6 cases of Horner syndrome,1 case with pulsatile tinnitus and syncope,2 cases with no obvious clinical symptoms which were found by the neck vascular ultrasound accidentally.All patients were treated with intravascular stent angioplasty.Calculated the degree of stenosis through digital subtraction angiography(DSA),measured the blood flow velocity with transcranial doppler(TCD),and observed the clinical manifestations.Reviewed those patients after six months.Results Totally 24 patients with ICAD fulfilled the intravascular stent angioplasty with no complications such as lining damage,bleeding and embolism.And one patient with ICAD abandoned intravascular stent angioplasty for the vascular is too circuity.DSA showed the average artery stenosis decreased from (76.70±10.57)% preoperatively to (11.07±4.18)% immediately after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).TCD measured the peak systolic velocity (PSV) of internal carotid artery stenosis segment,and the PSV changed from (189.55±54.27)cm/s averagely before operation to (88.41±17.06)cm/s on average one week after operation.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Reviewed the head and neck CT angiography (CTA) after 6 months.There were 23 cases without new stenosis and 1 case had stent restenosis compared with CTA immediately after operation.Symptoms of 19 cases obviously remitted or disappeared,4 cases partially remitted,and recurrence occured in 1 patient.There was no appearance of infarction and other serious complications.Conclusion The intravascular stent angioplasty is relatively safe and effective for extracranial ICAD, which can remit the degree of stenosis,slow down the blood flow and relieve the clinical symptoms with low recent recurrence rate and adverse reaction.But it does not apply to patients with severe vascular circuity.

Objective To understand the job burnout status of bank staff and analyse the relationship between job burnout and self-efficacy,job satisfaction.Methods The job burnout,self-efficacy and job satisfaction of 8 942 bank staff was surveyed by Maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS),general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and job satisfaction scale (JSS) respectively.Results A total of 8 942 questionnaires were issued and 7 486 valid questionnaires were returned.The score of self-efficacy in male was significantly higher than that in the female(P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in job satisfaction score between male and female(P ＞ 0.05).The score of emotional exhaustion (EE) in female was significantly higher than that in male,while the score of reduced personal accomplishment(RPA) was significantly lower than that in male (P ＜ 0.05);there was no significant difference in depersonalization (DP) score between male and female (P ＞ 0.05).The EE,DP and PAL scores of bank staff with post-graduate education were significantly lower than those with high school/secondary school and junior college/undergraduate (P ＜ 0.05);the DP and PAL scores of bank staff with junior college/undergraduate were significantly lower than those with high school/secondary school(P ＜ 0.05);there was no significant difference in EE score of bank staff between junior college/undergraduate and high school/secondary school(P ＞ 0.05).The EE score of age ＞ 50 years old bank staff was significantly lower than that of age ＜ 30 years old,30-40 years old and 41-50 years old (P ＜0.05);there was no significant difference in EE score among age ＜30 years old,30-40 years old and 41-50 years old bank staff (P ＞ 0.05).The DP score of 41-50 years old bank staff was significantly higher than that of age ＜ 30 years old (P ＜0.05);there was no significant difference in DP score among age ＜30 years old,30-40 years old and 41-50 years old bank staff (P ＞ 0.05).There was no significant difference in PAL score among all age groups (P ＞ 0.05).The three dimensions of job burnout had significant negative correlation with self-efficacy and job satisfaction (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Bank staff have a certain degree of job burnout.Age,sex,and education level maybe the influence factors of job burnout.Improvement of self-efficacy and job satisfaction may help to reduce the job burnout.
