Objective:To provide scientific references for establishing a whole informatization management system of reagent used in science and research of hospital based on the root cause analysis (RCA). And to find existed problems and analyze main reasons from reagent management, material, time, financial, personnel and other factors through fishbone chart, and to provide relative management measurement of informatization.Methods: The reagent consumptions used in science and research of a tertiary referral center hospital in Fujian province in 2015 year were collected, and then the purchase amount and ratio of them were analyzed.Results: The purchase amount of reagent for science and research of this tertiary referral center hospital in Fujian province was more than 2.55 million RMB in 2015 year, and the ratio of national clinical key special projects was 23.32% and that of provincial clinical key special projects was 6.85%. The two items spent more purchase amount, and the type and ratio of reagent of various department was different depended on their own various developed situation.Conclusion: The informatization management and service mode of reagent used in science and research have very important role in the construction of soft power of hospital. In present, a series of disadvantages existed in various clinical and research department, for example, the use of reagents are scatter, involved professional span is larger and disperse, and accurate trace, dynamic tracking and flexible deploy machines are difficultly achieved. Therefore, how to promote comprehensive informatization management for relative resource, for optimizing structure configuration, for controlling cost and ensuring quality of reagent has became the most important task for informatization management of reagent used in science and research.

Objective:To provide the scientific reference basis in order to establish a perfect cost controlled system for medical consumable. To analyze game factors, such as main resource, the price-off influence and price-off aspiration and so on, from different views, such as medical institutions, patients, manufacturers and other stakeholders and so on, based on game theory and situation of medical consumables management.Methods: To collect the management information of medical consumables cost from a tertiary referral center hospital in Fujian in recent 3 years, and adopt descriptive study to analyze the income situation of medical consumable, medical consumable proportion and medical consumable cost per capita.Results: The medical consumable proportions from 2013-2015 were 14.44%, 16.27% and 18.75%, respectively. Medical consumable cost per patient from 2013-2015 were 3547.95RMB, 4122.3 RMB and 5059.02RMB, respectively. All of these datum contained the drug information.Conclusion: It is obvious that the medical consumable proportions and medical consumable cost per patient were enhancement from 2013 to 2015. The necessity of medical consumable leaded to the direct influence on medical cost. On the other hand, the artificially high price and unreasonable implement of medical consumable are the urgent problems and must be resolved as soon as possible.

The differential diagnosis of malignant and benign ascites plays an important role in the treatment of diseases.There have been lots of clinical biochemical parameters for the differentiation of malignant and benign ascites,including fibronectin,lactic dehydrogenase,cholesteral,total protein,adenosine deaminase,serum ascites albumin gradient,free fatty acid,carcinoma embryo antigen,thymidine kinase,pseudouridine,telomerase,?1-antitrypsin,glucose,and pH.The diagnosis efficacy of these biochemical parameters is reviewed in this article.

Objective To investigate the expression of Yes‐associated protein(YAP) in human papillary thyroid cancer and its influence on cell growth .Methods The samples in 57 cases of papillary thyroid cancer treated by operation resection in the gen‐eral surgery department of this hospital and the matched tumor‐adjacent tissues were collected .All the cases were definitely diag‐nosed by the pathology examination .The expression of YAP protein in the cancer tissue and corresponding tumor‐adjacent tissue were determined by the immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining .The relationship between the YAP protein and the clinicopathological data was statistically analyzed .siRNA was used to silence the expression of YAP in B‐CPAP cells ,MTT and flow cytometry were used to measure the proliferation and apoptosis changes .Results The expression level of YAP was markedly higher in papillary thyroid cancer tissues than in tumor adjacent tissues (P<0 .05);moreover the expression of YAP protein was positively correlated with the tumor size and TNM stage (P<0 .05) .Silencing YAP gene could significantly inhibit the cell proliferation ability and pro‐mote cell apoptosis(P<0 .05) .Conclusion YAP is highly expressed in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and is related with its ad‐verse clinicopathological characteristics ,down‐regulating YAP gene can significantly inhibit the cell growth .

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)have inherent tumor-trophic migratory properties and low immunogenicity,which allow them to serve as vehicles for delivering effective,targeted therapy to tumors.MSC plays an anti-tumor role by releasing some cytokines,which can be strengthened by oncolytic virus,antiangio-genesis agent,tumor necrosis factor guided apoptosis ligand,IL,IFN and pro-drug.In addition,there are some advantages in combination treatment of MSC and others therapies.

Objective To provide Laser generator with a precision constant-temperature environment.Method This system was developed on the bases of PT100 sensor circuit,MCU and SSR.The inputting PT100 voltage was first amplified and deflected,and then delivered to AD650 to perform V/F.The outputting frequency was measured with high precision by T0 port of MCU C8051F020,and the micro-controller calculated the result and transmitted PID output signal by 16 bit PWM to heater.Results This precision constant-temperature water circulator was gifted with an error within ?0.05℃.Conclusion This precision constant-temperature water circulator can make an ideal temperature environment available for laser generator.

Objective To investigate the leukocyte infiltration inside the hematoma and the correlation between this and the expression of platelet P-selectin (CD62p) and platelet thrombin-sensitive protein (TSP) of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods In 33 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery, the expressions of platelet CD62p and TSP were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) and leukocyte counts were measured in intracerebral hematoma fluid and venous blood. Objective To explore the association between C reactive protein (CRP)with prostatic cancer (PCa)and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods Retrospective analysis the 110 patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University In January 2010 to August 2012 whose TPSA>4 ng/ml,postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of 54 cases of prostate cancer,5 6 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Detected serum CRP levels by using transmission turbidim-etry and TPSA levels by using chemiluminescence immunoassay of 54 PCa and 56 BPH patients.According to the Gleason score,PCa patients were divided into high-risk and low-risk PCa two groups,the differences among high-risk PCa,low-risk PCa and BPH groups were analyzed by nonparametric statistics analysis.Results The CRP level of high-risk PCa was 4.20~2.12 mg/L,the CRP level of low-risk PCa was 1.90~0.91 mg/L and the CRP levels in BNP patients was 1.49±0.87 mg/L,the high-risk and low-risk PCa serum CRP level obviously higher than that of patients with BPH,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CRP levels of PCa patients were increased significantly,espe-cially in high-risk PCa patients.
