Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2014;23(5):516-518
Objective:To explore the relationship between hypertension stage and blood pressure variability (BPV) in aged patients with hypertension ,and the relationship among target organ damage (TOD) ,age and BPV .Methods :A total of 180 aged inpatients with hypertension in our hospital received ambulatory blood pressure monitoring .Ac-cording to results of blood pressure monitoring ,patients were divided into hypertension stage 1 group (n=65) ,stage 2 group (n=61) and stage 3 group (n=54);according to their age ,they were divided into 60~70 years group (n=65) ,71~80 years group (n=68) and ≥81 years group (n=47) .BPV index was the measured standard deviation (SD) of blood pressure .Results:Along with hypertension stage rose (stage I~stage III) ,there was significant in-crease in BPV [24h mean BPV :(11.0 ± 2.5) mmHg vs .(12.2 ± 3.3) mmHg vs .(14.3 ± 3.6) mmHg , P<0.01 all] in aged patients with hypertension .For 24h systolic blood pressure (SBP) BPV /24h systolic blood pressure (DBP) BPV ,compared with those without TOD [(10.7 ± 2.3) / (8.0 ± 1.4) mmHg] ,there was significant rise in patients with heart damage [ (12.2 ± 2.4) / (9.8 ± 2.2) mmHg] ,brain damage [ (12.9 ± 3.1) / (9.6 ± 2.0) mm-Hg] and renal damage [ (15.7 ± 2.4) / (12.4 ± 1.5) mmHg]] , P< 0.05 or < 0.01. There was no significant difference in BPV among different age groups .Conclusion:Along with blood pressure rises ,blood pressure variabili-ty significantly increases in aged patients with hypertension ,and it's more significant in those with target organ dam-age .Relationship between blood pressure variability and age is not significant in these patients .

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(01):-
Immunoblotting(IB) technique has been frequently used to detect bullous pemphigoid (BP) antibodies in BP patient. It is important to extract the antigen proteins fully and intactly in the base membrane zone(BMZ) of normal human epidermis. The simple method of extracting antigens will make IB techniqne easy.Three different methods of extracting antigen proteins were compared.Using IB for detecting BP antibodies,it has been found that the results of epidermal extract preparations are basically similar. However, one of these methods (NO.1) is more convenient and may obtain more amounts of antigens.Another method(No.3) is identical to that of extracting antigens in dermis for de- tecting epidermolysis bullosa acquista (EBA) antibodies. Therefore,in using IB technique to distinguish BP from EBA,one can apply method No.3.
6.Expressions of CXCR3 and CD1a in lesions of mycosis fungoides at tumor and non-tumor stages
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2011;44(3):158-160
Objective To investigate the expressions of CXC chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3) and CD1a in skin lesions of different stages of mycosis fungoides (MF). Methods The expression and distribution profiles of CD1a and CXCR3 were detected by immunohistochemistry in the epidermis of skin samples from 16 normal human controls, 16 patients with non-tumor (patch/plaque) stage MF and 8 patients with tumor stage MF. Results With the progression of MF from patch/plaque stage to tumor stage, the positivity rate of CXCR3 in intraepithelial neoplastic cells in lesions dropped from 38.9% to 17.5% (P < 0.05). The average number of intraepithelial Langerhans cells (LCs) per high power field (HPF) in skin samples was 10.6 in patch/plaque stage MF, significantly higher than that in normal control (7.3) and tumor stage MF (6.7), while no significant difference was found between normal control and tumor stage MF specimens. Conclusion The epidermotropism in MF may be associated with the expression of T-helper (Th) 1-associated chemokine receptor (CXCR3) and quantity of intraepithelial LCs.
7.Expression of p16 in cholangiocarcinoma-related diseases
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2010;16(11):895-896
The mutations and deletions of the MTS1/p16 gene are widespread in a variety of human tumor tissues. It has been shown that p16 plays an important role in the formation and development of cholangiocarcinoma as research on cholangiocarcinoma has progressed over the years, and it is thought that the abnormal expression of p16 in highly involved in cholangiocarcinoma-related diseases. All these findings indicate that p16 is closely related to cholangiocarcinoma.Early diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma is still poor, so p16 may be a qualitative and quantitative tumor marker of high diagnostic value and may provide an opportunity for some new therapeutic methods such as targeted therapy. It can achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and early treatment to enhance the survival rate of patients.
8.Assessment of cardiac involvement related to iron overload inβ-thalassemia major
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;33(5):490-493
Cardiac involvement related to iron overload caused by long-term blood transfusion is a major cause of death for patients with thalassemia major. Patients' survival will be improved greatly if cardiomyopathy resulted from transfusional iron overload could be detected timely and effective iron chelation be initiated promptly. In the present article, various evaluation Methods currently used in clinical practice are reviewed, with particular focus on cardiac MRI for the monitoring of myocardial involvement related to iron overload.
9.Research progress of kinetochore protein CENP-F in malignant tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(7):500-502
CENP-Fisacell-cycledependentkinetochoreprotein,whoseexpressionandlocalization patterns are regulated in a cell cycle-dependent manner.CENP-F plays an important role in the development and progress of malignant tumor. The expression of CENP-F is up-regulated in many tumors. It serves as an important marker in cell proliferation.Studies have demonstrated that CENP-F is involved in tumor genesis, progress, invasiveness, relapse and prognosis.CENP-F might be a valuable prognostic marker and potential therapy target in cancer treatment.
