International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(10):908-909
To discuss the relationship between Chinese medicine processing and medicine usage. After being processed, characteristics of Chinese medicine can be changed, the performance be mitigated, and some side effects be reduced or eliminated, which makes its clinical usage more rational and effective.besides, medicine processing can also change the taste and reduce bad smell of medicines.
3.Analysis of One Case of Nervous System Damage Caused by Cefepime
China Pharmacist 2016;19(6):1140-1142
Objective:To find out the general regularity of antibiotic encephalopathy caused by cefepime through the case analy -sis, and give reasonable suggestions according to the clinical features .Methods: According to the patient's conditions , the clinical pharmacist consulted a large number of literatures and excluded the other factors such as the clinical manifestation of the patient and the used drugs. The clinical pharmacist analyzed the possibility of drug-induced nervous system damage in the aspects of the administration time, dose, drug interactions and changes of symptoms and signs after the drug withdrawal .Results:The clinical pharmacist performed the rational analysis and judgment , provided suggestions for the doctors , and terminated the nervous system damage caused by cefepime in time. Conclusion:In clinical practice , clinical pharmacists analyze drug therapy events and provide pharmaceutical care , which is beneficial to safe and rational drug use .
4.Downregulation of actin related protein 2/3 complex subunit 5 inhibits proliferation, migration and invasion of lung squamous carcinoma cell line SK-MES-1
China Oncology 2014;(7):529-534
Background and purpose:Actin related protein 2/3 complex subunit 5 (ARPC5) is involved in the packaging of actin, and then affects the mobility of cells. It plays an important role in the formation of invadopodia of cancer cells. This study aimed to investigate the effect of ARPC5 gene-silence on cell proliferation, migration and invasion of lung squamous carcinoma cell line SK-MES-1. Methods:Under the induction of LipofectamineTM RNAiMAX, the recombinant of si-ARPC5 was transfected into SK-MES-1. The experiment set up 3 groups:blank (mock) group, negative control (NC) group and si-ARPC5 transfected group. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion assays were investigated by cell counting kit(CCK-8) method, scratch assay and Transwell Chambers respectively. Results:The result of qRT-PCR and Western blot displayed downregulation of ARPC5 in mRNA and protein level of SK-MES-1 cell. Proliferation rate of SK-MES-1 cells in 72 h after si-ARPC5 transfection was lower than those in mock and NC groups (t=7.993, t=8.681, P<0.05). Compared to the mock and NC groups, the scratch repairing rate of the si-ARPC5 group was lower [(43.32±0.23)%vs (73.11±0.43)%and (76.58±0.88)%] (t=7.348, t=10.614, P<0.05);And the number of penetrating the membrane was signiifcantly reduced [(27±6) vs (101±11) and (92±9)] (t=10.229, t=8.391,P<0.05). Conclusion:Downregulation of ARPC5 gene can inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of SK-MES-1 cell.
5.Three-dimensional finite element stress analysis of the mandible first molar under pressure loading
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(3):393-396
Objective:To establish three-dimensional(3D)finite element model of the mandible first molar, and to study the stress distribution.Methods:3D finite element model of the mandible first molar was constructed by CT image reconstruction technique. Then MIMICS software was used to separate the areas and finish 3D calculation.GEOMAGIC software was applied to modify and generate a NURBS surface in each patch. All components of the model were assembled under the ANSYS preprocessor.Specific material parame-ters were selected to simulate the various restoration and dentin status. The 3D finite element model was applied to analyze the stress distribution of the molar under 1 4 different pressure loading conditions. Results:The 3D finite element model of the mandible first molar was established, which was consistent to the situation observed in the clinical environment. The pressure loading n2,n8,n9,n1 0,n1 1 , n1 2,n1 3,n1 4 can be used to represent the bite pressure. Conclusion:It is a practical and accurate way to establish 3D finite element model by CT image reconstruction technique and reverse engineering software MIMICS and GEOMAGIC.
7.Observation on the short term effect of oral antibiotic at different times on the treatment of invasive periodontitis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):306-307,311
Objective To explore the short-term effect of oral antibiotic at different times on the treatment of invasive periodontitis. Methods 78 patients with invasive periodontitis from November 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. Randomized method was used to divide the patients into the observation group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. On the basis of the basic treatment, the observation group were received amoxicillin and metronidazole after oral prophylaxis, the control group were received amoxicillin and metronidazole after subgingival scaling. The plaque status before and after the basic treatment and the efficacy in the two groups after 8 weeks were compared. Results The plaque in the two groups was significantly improved after basic treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the probing depth and the loss of attachment between the two groups. The bleeding index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The probing depth in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of basic therapy, taking antibiotics has a better therapeutic effect on the patients with invasive periodontitis. Antibiotics is use after oral prophylaxis is better than it used after subgingival scaling, which is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
8.The clinical diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome and the analysis of coronary arteriograghy
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(04):-
Objective\ To evaluate the importance of coronary arteriography with acute coronary syndromes (ACS).Methods\ The clinical data of 271 ACS patients with coronary arteriography and electrocardiogram were compared.Results\ The incidence of normal coronary arteriography with ACS patients occurred in 21 03%,220 of 271 patients had ischemic ST-T change or abnornal Q wave (81 1%).The change of anterior wall was system frequently accompanied by LAD or three branch lesions, inferior wall and inferior wall system frequently accompanied by RCA,Lcx and RCA or three branch lesions, anterior wall and inferior wall system freguently by LAD and RCA or three branch lesions, respectively. The lesions were more than one branch and severe in patients with unstable angina.Q-wave myocardal infarction usually occurred in single branch and severe lesione,non-Q wave myocardial infarction usually occurred in other branches and severe lesion.Conclusion\ Patients with ACS should be performed coronary arteriography,it is very significant in correct diagnosis of coronary heart disease, fixed position and severe degree of lesion vessel.
