Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) is high-skilled operation,which is tacit,scene-related,hard to transfer and individualized.The action formation of VATS is implemented by action orientation,imitation,integration,training and automation.The skill acquisition of VATS involves four overlapping steps:studying examples to do analogy,developing abstract rules,slowly moving to the use of production rules and retrieving specific examples.Research on teaching methods of VATS in the view of tacit knowledge helps to learn this skill better and more quickly.

Objective: This work aimed to construct stable MCF-7 cell sublines from which staphylococcal nuclease domain con-taining 1 (SND1) expression was interfered to analyze the effect of SND1 silencing on the proliferation and metastasis of MCF-7 cells. Methods: The lentivirus that could mediate SND1 silencing was prepared. MCF-7 cells were infected with the lentiviruses to construct stable sub-cell lines. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis were employed to determine SND1 ex-pression level. MTS, wound healing, and transwell assays were applied to analyze the effect of SND1 silencing on the proliferation, mi-gration, and invasion of MCF-7 cells. Results: A lentivirus expression vector that contains sequences encoding shRNAs targeting SND1 and an shRNA negative control were successfully established. The lentiviruses (LV-SH1, LV-SH2, LV-SH3, and 和 LV-NC) were then collected and packaged. Stabilized MCF-7 sublines were prepared through infection with lentiviruses. The most efficient MCF-7 stable cell subline, MCF-SH3, was selected for SND1 silencing. Compared with the control cell, the proliferation, migration, and inva-sion potential of MCF-SH3 were significantly decreased. Conclusion: SND1 could promote the proliferation, migration, and invasion of breast cancer cells. Thus, silencing SND1 expression will inhibit such proliferation, migration, and invasion. These results indicated that the unusual expression of SND1 is associated with breast cancer and may participate in cancer progression by affecting prolifera-tion, migration, and invasion.

Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgo on IL-4,IL-5 in serum of asthmatic mice. Methods 40 mouse were randomly divided into three groups(control group, sensitization group, and therapeutic group). The mouse asthmatic models were established by sensitizing with aerosolized ovalbumin(OVA). IL-4,IL-5 in serum in 16 sensitization mouse and 8 control mouse were measured by ELISA, respectively. We injected 0.15ml Ginkgo solution in the abdominal cavity of 16 therapeutic mouse before the episode of asthma. After that, they were challenged with aerosolized OVA and IL-4,IL-5 in serum were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-4,IL-5 in serum in control group were (12.965?2.450)pg/ml, (13.398?4.460)pg/ml, respectively, (16.889?4.835)pg/ml, (19.471?7.207)pg/ml in sensitization, (13.695?4.068)pg/ml, (14.774?5.749)pg/ml in therapeutic group. OBJECTIVETo observe and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture at "Siguan" combined with the Gallbladder Meridian acupoints on migraine.

METHODSWith randomized controlled trial design, 87 patients were randomly divided into an observation group (42 cases) and a control group (45 cases). The observation group was treated with acupuncture at "Siguan" including Hegu (LI 4) and Taichong (LR 3), combined with the Gallbladder Meridian acupoints including Fengchi (GB 20), Shuaigu (GB 8), Qiuxu (GB 40) and Zulinqi (GB 41), while the control group was treated with acupuncture at the Gallbladder Meridian acupoints, including Fengchi (GB 20), Shuaigu (GB 8), Qiuxu (GB 40), Zulinqi (GB 41), Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Hanyan (GB 4). The treatment was given every other day in two groups, 3 times per week for totally 6 weeks. The migraine intensity, migraine frequency and lasting time of each migraine were observed before and after treatment, and 3-month follow-up was performed after treatment. The clinical efficacy in two groups was evaluated.

RESULTSCompared with those before treatment, the migraine intensity, frequency and lasting time were all reduced significantly after treatment in the two groups (all P<0.01), which were more obvious in the observation group (all P<0.05). At the end of the treatment, the total effective rate was 95.2% (40/42) in the observation group and 80.0% (36/45) in the control group, which had statistical difference (P<0.05). After 3-month follow-up, the total effective rate was 88.1% (37/42) in the observation group and 75.6% (34/45) in the control group, which had no statistical difference (P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe "Siguan" combined with the Gallbladder Meridian acupoints could significantly relieve the migraine intensity, frequency and lasting time, and its improvement of symptoms and short-term efficacy are superior to those of the Gallbladder Meridian acupoints alone.

BACKGROUND: It has been confirmed that platelet aggregation defect presents in patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy, and platelet membrane glycoproteins play a significant role in the process of platelet aggregation.OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression changes of platelet membrane glycoproteins between patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy and healthy people.DESIGN: Case-control analysis.SETTING: Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology.PARTICIPANTS :① Seventy-nine patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy who received treatment from January 2001 to March 2003 in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology were enrolled in this study. The patients, including 31 male and48 femlae, averaged (35.76±14.14)years old. They all agreed to participate in this study and met with the diagnosis of hemorrhagic thrombopathy revised in 1996.Informed consents were obtained from all the patients and their relatives.The course of multiple bleeding symptoms was 1 to 14 years. And the bleeding sites were totally 167: extremity petechia was found in 64 cases, rhinorrhagia in 33 cases, hypermenorrhea (more than 150 mL in each cycle) in 29 cases, gingival bleeding in 28 cases, ocular fundus bleeding in 8 cases and conjunctival hemorrhage in 5 cases.②lnclusive criteria: All the cases presented clinical manifestation of multiple focal bleeding;The laboratory tests including platelet counts,bleeding time and coagulation profiles were examined with no marked abnormal changes;According to hemorrhage sites, the patients were examined by specialists of internal medicine,otorhinolaryngology, gynecology, stomatology and ophthalmology, and no specific diagnostic focuses of infection were found; They had normal blood pressure and heart rate,and those with thrombocytasthenia had been ruled out through ristocetin test. ③Another 34 healthy volunteer donors, 15 males and 19 females with an average age (30.12±7.14) years,were selected as normal control group.METHODS:① Detection of platelet aggregation ratio: Adenosine diphosphate (ADP, final concentration 1.90 μmol/L),arachidonic acid(AA, final concentration 0.37 μmol/L),and platelet activating factor(PAF, final concentration 150 nmol/L)were used as aggregation inductors, and Chronolog 430 type aggregometry was used to detect platelet maximum agglutination ratio.When maximum agglutination ratio was within 21％ and 40％, it was considered as aggregation defect, and when below 20％, it was considered as aggregation absence.② Test of platelet membrane glycoprotein: 3.6 mL cubital venous blood was drawn from the patients and mixed with 20 g/L disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA-NA2) for the purpose of anticoagulation at 1:9, and the same procedure was performed on the blood samples from the normal control group. The plasma was isolated and collected, after being centrifuged, the supernatant liquid was discarded, and paraform was added to fix the rest of the platelet solution. The platelet concentration was adjusted to 3×107 L-1. 100 μL regulated platelet solution was extracted, and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-marked CD42b (anti-GP Ⅰ b),CD41 (anti-GP Ⅱ b), CD61 (anti-GP Ⅲ a), CD42b/CD42a (anti-GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ ), CD41/ CD61 (anti-GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a) and CD62p(anti-P-selectin)clonal antibodies 200 μL were added respectively and well mixed,and then cultured for 30 minutes at room temperature away from light. Finally phosphate buffer solution was added to the solution till the volume reached 1 mL,and FACS420 flow cytometer was used to analyze the samples, one sample for 10000 platelets, and the results were demonstrated by positive fluorescence percentage.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Platelet aggregation ratio. ② Expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins.RESULTS:All the patients and the healthy subjects were involved in the analysis of results. ①All the cases were found to have platelet aggregation defect or absence which could be induced by single or more platelet aggregating agents. No abnormal platelet aggregations were found in the control group. ② The fluorescence intensities of GPIb/Ⅸ, GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲa complexes, GPIb, GPⅢa and P-selectin in patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy were lower than those in the healthy subjects (t =2.50-5.57,all P ＜ 0.05). The fluorescence intensity of GP Ⅱb in patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy was slightly higher than that in the healthy subjects, but no significant difference was found. (t =0.86, P ＞0.05).CONCLUSION: Abnormal expressions of platelet membrane glycoproteins may be partial pathogenesis of hemorrhagic thrombopathy.

Objective To explore the influence of self-management education on quality of life of patients with deep vein thrombosis. Methods 60 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, two groups basically received the same medication treatment, the control group held conventional health education, The experimental group implemented self-management education.Life quality was compared before education and 3 months after education was compared between the two groups. Results Before self-management education, the scores of quality of life of the two groups showed no difference; after three months of selfmanagement education, the score of body's function, psychological function, social function and total score of quality of life were obviouly different.However, there were no significant differences in material life. Conclusions Self-management education can improve the quality of life of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.

ObjectiveTo investigate employment status of graduate students of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (hereinafter referred to as our academy);To propose suggestions and promote employment.MethodsBased on data from employment dispatch database of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education during 2005-2013, data analysis and SWOT analysis were combined to use in this research to discuss employment characteristics of graduate students, such as education background, majors, genders, and regions.ResultsThe employment characteristics were concluded as follows:education level is high and employment trend is stable;compared to male, females are superior in quantity but inferior in seeking a job;the number of job-hunting students staying for Beijing decreases and increasing students intend to apply for a position all over the country;training target is defined and less students can work in university after graduation;subject advantage is prominent, which is highly regarded by employers. ConclusionIn order to help graduate students find jobs successfully, first of all, students’ ability with more professional skills should be improved;moreover, their sense in searching job should renewed through training courses, job services and personal instructions;in the end, more job information should be provided by establishing service network.

ObjectiveTo investigate the quality of life (QOL) of old patients with cardiovascular diseases in community. Methods100 old patients with cardiovascular diseases in Xiluoyuan, Beijing were investigated with WHOQOL-BREF. ResultsThe QOL-BREF scores in the dimensions of physical health, psychology, social relationships, and environment were (53.21±11.50), (53.27±15.99), (54.29±14.41) and (57.65±15.30) respectively. There was not significant difference between self-rating scores and scores in four dimensions of QOL-BREF (P>0.05). There was not significant difference of QOL-BREF scores in four dimensions between male and female, nor the ones whether complicated with diabetes (P>0.05). The incidence of satisfaction was 31% for QOL, 23% for health, and 62% for the healthy system as self-report. ConclusionThe QOL of the patients is related to diseases.

OBJECTIVEThis study is to establish the fingerprint and find out the common chromatographic peaks of Inula cappa by HPLC.

METHODThe HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column (2.1 mm x 150 mm, 1.8 μm) with 0.1% fomic acid aqueous solution-0.1% fomic acid acetonitrile solution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.3 · mL(-1) · min(-1); The detective wavelength is 325 nm; The column temperature is 45 °C.

RESULTThe results indicated that 5 of 17 common peaks were identified . The similarity about 10 groups of Inulacappais is over 0.95.

CONCLUSIONThis method is able to be a scientific basis of quality assessment according to its convenient and reliable.
