1.Research on optimization of lower limb parameters of cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation model based on genetic algorithm.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(5):1139-1143
Sudden cardiac arrest is one of the critical clinical syndromes in emergency situations. A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a necessary curing means for those patients with sudden cardiac arrest. In order to simulate effectively the hemodynamic effects of human under AEI-CPR, which is active compression-decompression CPR coupled with enhanced external counter-pulsation and inspiratory impedance threshold valve, and research physiological parameters of each part of lower limbs in more detail, a CPR simulation model established by Babbs was refined. The part of lower limbs was divided into iliac, thigh and calf, which had 15 physiological parameters. Then, these 15 physiological parameters based on genetic algorithm were optimized, and ideal simulation results were obtained finally.

2.Research on neuroprotective effects of mesenchymaI stem ceIIs in retinaI disease
International Eye Science 2015;(3):464-466
· Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs ) are a population of multipotent stem cells with various neurotrophins from bone marrow which are widely used in tissue, cell repair and alternative research.Recently, some researches have shown that MSCs could enhance the viability of neurons under a pathological circumstance by secreting some neurotrophins. So the neuroprotection of MSCs can provide a new method of the treatment on retinopathy that it possible to promote cells survial and functional recovery. Here we make a brief review on the secretory function of neurotrophin and neuroprotective effects of MSCs on retinal cells and its application in the treatment of retinal disease.
3.Research progress of long non-coding RNAs in colorectal cancer
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(5):556-560
Long non-coding RNAs ( LncRNAs) are a class of RNA transcripts greater than 200 nt in length without the func-tion of protein encoding.LncRNAs, which consist of a great variety of categories and structures, regulate the associated gene expression on multiple levels, including chromatin modification, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation, and epigenetic modification. Moreover, LncRNAs are widely involved in the physiological and pathological processes.Recently, a large number of studies have found that the abnormal expression of LncRNAs is closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of tumor, and plays an essential role in pathogensis of colorectal cancer. In this paper, the function of LncRNAs in colorectal cancer is reviewed, which provides a theoretical evidence for its use in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in clinical study.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(10):1475-1477
Objective To study the application value of the cervical cell pathology liquid production technol-ogy in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)screening. Methods 4 212 patients were chosen and detected by TCT and the pap staining,TBS (the Bethesda system)to finish thin layer liquid based cytology grading diagnosis, including 558 patients with cervical biopsy, the pathological results were analyzed. Results for histopathological examination results of CIN1,CIN2,CIN3 and cervical cancer cases,a thin layer of liquid based cytology detection rate was 76.00%(57 /75),78.21%(61 /78),95.76%(113 /118),100.00%(7 /7),the comparison between the CIN3 CIN2 group,a thin layer of liquid based cytology detection rate had differences in significant statistical significance (χ2 =14.53,P <0.01),with the histopathological detection of cervical lesions, thin layer of liquid based cytology detection rate was obviously rising trend.Cervical liquid based cytology screening cervical lesion (CIN and above),the sensitiv-ity was 85.61%(238 /278),83.73%(206 /246),positive predictive value 76.28%(238 /312),negative predictive value 72.79%(206 /283).Conclusion The positive results and histopathological results coincidence rate of using thinprep cytologic test to screening for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)is high, the precancerous lesions in screening and prevention has important significance, which is worth clinical promotion.
6.Influence of follow-up by telephone on adherence and quality of life for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(15):1134-1137
Objective To explore the influence of follow-up by telephone on adherence and quality of life for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy. Methods Totally 78 breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy were divided into the intervention group (40 cases) and the control group (38 cases). The control group were carried on routine guidance treatment and enjoined regular subsequent visit. The patients in intervention group were carried on the above-mentioned treatment and also receive regular follow-up by telephone.Through the follow-up by telephone we provided guidance for present and will present problems.Adherence for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy and cancer rehabilitation evaluation system-short form(CARES-SF) were used to investigate the patients' adherence and quality of life six month after the intervention. Then we compared the adherence and quality of life before, six month of the intervention. The changes of adherence and quality of life scores were analyzed by repeated-measure ANOVA.Results The score of quality of life in the intervention group after 6 month of intervention was (25.43 ± 6.04),while in the control group was (40.61 ± 7.73),the difference was significant between the two groups,P<0.05.The score of medication adherence in the intervention group after 6 month of intervention was (8.57 ± 6.20),while in the control group was (14.12 ± 6.63),the difference was significant between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Follow-up by telephone can improve adherence and quality of life for breast cancer patients with hormonal therapy.
7.Perioperative treatment strategy for colorectal liver metastases
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2015;14(6):445-448
Liver metastasis is the leading cause of death from colorectal cancer.Surgical treatment is so far the best choice for the treatment of colorectal liver metastases (CRLM).However, how to suitably select an individualized chemotherapy in perioperative period and surgical time and tool is still under controversy. Therefore, the key factors of improving the prognosis of patients with CRLM include overall evaluation of the patients and their preoperative examination outcomes, dividing patients into different groups based on different therapeutic goals, understanding different therapeutic goals of each group, selecting suitable chemotherapy and targeted therapy, ensuring surgical time (synchronous or stepwise resection) and tools (minimally invasive or open surgery) through multidisciplinary team model.
8.Relationship between abnormal activation of HGF/c-Met signaling pathway and EGFR-TKI acquired resistance in non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(9):703-705
Targeted therapy such as the epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI)has made huge progress in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).However, the emergence of acquired drug resistance is an inevitable result of the targeted therapy. The hepatocyte growth fac-tor/c-mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (HGF /c-Met)signaling pathway participates in cell formation, migration, angiogenesis and other important cellular processes of multiple tumors. The abnormal activation of this signaling pathway plays the pivotal role in the acquired resistance to EGFR-TKI.Recently,some clinic tri-als prove that HGF /c-Met inhibitors can make clinical benefit of some NSCLC patients with acquired drug re-sistance of EGFR-TKI.
