To prepare beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD)-deoxyrhaponti inclusion complex by the homogeneous method, and characterize the inclusion complex with ultraviolet-visible spectrum and fluorescence spectroscopy, in order to determine the inclusion rate, the ratio of subject-object, the binding constant of supra-molecular system and the thermodynamic function. The results showed that the designed method was so rational that the inclusion complex was successfully prepared. The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry method was adoptedto determine the inclusion rate of 38%, and the ratio of subject-object of 2: 1. The thermodynamic parameters of this inclusion complex: deltaH(0), deltaS(0) was all smaller than zero, which indicated that the main acting forces generated by the inclusion complex were hydrogen bonding and Vander Waals' force. deltaG(0) < 0 and deltaG(0) were directly proportional to the reaction temperature, which suggested that the reaction would spontaneously increase with the temperature rise. The polarization fluorescence method was used to quantitatively prove the non-covalent inclusion complex generated during the interaction between beta-CD interacting with DES. The results could also provide reference for studies on cyclodextrin supra-molecular system.

Objective To explore the incidence and risk factors of acute kidney injury (AKI) following hepatic arterial chemoembolization inpatients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),Child class A. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on patients with HCC,Child Class A who were admitted from January 2008 to October 2016.The inclusion criteria:(1) patients were diagnosed with pathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma based on the standards of primary liver cancer diagnosis and treatment (2011 edition);(2) patients have complete laboratory parameters and imaging data within the 7 days before the TACE treatment;(3) the Child-pugh score was 5 to 6;(4) patients have no acute or chronic renalfailure before the treatment of TACE.The morbidity of AKI after TACE was investigated.Twenty-six factors such as age, sexy, contrast dose, hemoglobin were included as independent variable, so as to investigate the risk factors for postoperative AKI. Results A total of 818 patients were included in the study, including 38 experiencing postoperative AKI(4.64%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified elevated preoperative uric acid as the independent risk factor for postoperative AKI(OR=1.005,95% CI 1.000 to 1.009,P=0.037), and elevated preoperative hemoglobin as the protective factor for postoperative AKI(OR=0.974,95% CI 0.952 to 0.997,P=0.028).Conclusions AKI is not uncommon following hepatic arterial chemoembolization inpatients with HCC,Child Class A,and is correlated with elevated uric acid and anemia.Preoperative risk assessment and anemia correction might be effective for reducing the incidence of AKI following hepatic arterial chemoembolization.

In recent years, the development and application of classical famous prescriptions have attracted much attention. However, the differences between ancient and modern conditions lead to difficulties in carrying out practical work. In this paper, with Houpu Wenzhong Decoction as an example, the key technologies of boiling granularity, water addition, boiling time and sample pretreatment methods were investigated on the basis of sufficient literature research. The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference in the concentration of index components between those with different granularity( 2 mm and 3-5 mm) and different decocting time( 30 min and 60 min),but the extraction rate of index components was relatively high when the granularity of powder was 2 mm and decocting time was 30 min. With the increase of water content, the concentration of index components and the extraction rate were increased in varying degrees. A certain proportion of methanol aqueous solution was used as the resolvent before content determination of the reference sample of Houpu Wenzhong Decoction, which could take into account both the spectral information of water-soluble components and fat-soluble components in the prescription, and help to display the overall information of the prescription' s chemical components more comprehensively. At the same time, the boiling and dispersing classical prescriptions in the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Prescriptions( the first batch) were collected and summarized in this study; the key influencing factors of decocting process were analyzed from different angles, and preliminary research suggestions were put forward,so as to provide a certain direction and reference for the establishment of quality standard of Houpu Wenzhong Decoction,as well as for the development, research and clinical application of boiling and dispersing classical prescriptions.
