Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(5):374-376
Hypofractionated conformal radiotherapy is capable to deliver much higher doses to the cancer than is possible with standard techniques. Recently there is data suggesting that the early stage nonsmall cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) which is not suitable to surgery is likely to benefit from this regimen, with low lung toxicity. Manyphase Ⅰ-Ⅱ studies showed that the patients with locally advanced NSCLC are well-tolerated to hypofractionated conformal radiotherapy. The model of radio-physic and relative clinical studies suggest that hy-pofractionation would not increase the risk of radiation pneumonitis compared to standard therapy.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(10):787-789
Cancer-related fatigue(CRF) is one of the important symptoms for cancer patients, especially for the long-term survival patients after treatment. Its complexity and interdependency with other symptoms make it difficult to identify the clear underlying mechanisms. No single etiologic model provides a satisfactory explanation of cancer-related fatigue. For mild fatigue,non-pharmacological therapy is recommended.Non-pharmacological therapy combined with pharmacological therapies is recommended for patients with moderate and severe fatigue.

With the progress of human civilization, the harmonious development of society is gradually realized by different researchers.Medicine,as a science directly serving humans, emphasizes more on humanism than other sciences.Medical research is not only characterized by scientificity and innovativeness, but also by ethicality.More and more biomedical journals are paying attention to issues of ethics. This review discussed the ethical issues in academic medical writing based on the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals published by International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the discussions by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Objective To study food-borne disease related behavior of the floating population in Hangzhou city. Methods A questionnaire on food-borne disease related behaviors was formulated based on Delphi method. A family-based retrospective investigation was conducted by unified trained investigators to analyze the frequency of food-borne disease related behaviors of family food providers during the past month in several floating-population centers of Hangzhou city. The investigation was conducted among 150 adults of every survey spot quarterly during a one-year period. Data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test. Results According to all 1 781 valid recovery questionnaires, 82.42%subjects had a family income less than 50 000 yuan per year and 87.42%of them had junior-middle-school or lower levels of education. The proportions of subjects who always cleaned kitchen tools, covered the garbage can and kept house out of flies, roaches and mice were 42.50%, 55.87% and 61.09%, respectively. The proportions of subjects who always purchased intact packaged food and food under warranty were 39.70%and 52.33%, respectively. The proportions of subjects who always used tapped water, cleaned hands before food processing, cooked eggsand other foods till well-done were 66.03%, 51.94%, 53.62%, 35.99% and 32.62%, respectively. The proportions of subjects who always stored food in containers with cover and for no more than 3 days in freezer were 20.89%and 30.88%, respectively. The frequencies of food-borne disease related behaviors mentioned above were significantly higher among migrants who originated from urban areas, received education above junior-middle-school and had a family income no less than 50 000 yuan/y than the others (P<0.05). Conclusion In order to correct the risky behaviors during food consuming, processing and storage, targeted intervention is necessary among family food providers of floating population families.

Objective To investigate the radiosensitizing effects of cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitor LM-1685 on A549 cells in vitro. Methods A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cell line was used in this study.Cell growth kinetics Was determined using MTT assay.Cell survival was analyzed by clonogenic assay. The change of cell cycle Was measured by flow cytometry. Results LM-1685 inhibited the growth of A549 cells, showing a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner.LM-1685(50/μmol/L),either with or without IL-1β,showed the radiosensitizing effects on A549 cells, and the sensitizing enhancement ratio(SER)was 1.12 and 1.06,respectively.LM-1685(50 μmol/L)abrogated radiation-induced G2/M arrest of the tested A549 cells. Conclusions Cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitor can enhance the radiosensitivity of A549 cell line.Abrogation of radiation-induced G2/M arrest could be part of the mechanism.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(2):13-16
Objective By analyzing and commentating the current research situation of recycling of residues in China, to provide reference for correlational research in future. Methods By taking periodical literature and national patent literature named residues at home and abroad as sample, using content analysis approach, the thesis conducts researches and analysis by computer statistical function. Results The literature mainly distributed in such branches as organic chemical industry, gardening, animal husbandry and animal medicine. The research involves residues and feedstuff, edible mushrooms, fertilizer, and analysis and application of the ingredients of residues. The types of residues mainly include Radix Liquorice, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and brag-zhun, etc. And more than ten kinds of technologies of processing and curing residues were involved. Conclusion Research of recycling of residues in China is insufficient, the difficulty lies in the recycling of antibiotic residues. There will be a bright prospect in resource utilization of residues.

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of pueraria, ophiopogonis, and loquat leaf. METHODS: Orthogonal test was carried out. The influence of concentration of solvent, the dosage of solvent, time length of extraction, and frequency of extraction on extraction results were investigated by using the content of pueraria as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technique was to extract pueraria in 60% alcohol 8 times the weight of herbal medicine for 3 times, with 60 minute for each time. CONCLUSION: High yield of extractum and high content of pueraria are obtained with the present technology. The results are stable and replicable, which can provide reference for preparation of Huanglian powder.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Compound Rhizoma Coptidis capsule (CRCC) on hemorheology and blood lipid in rats with diabetes mellitus(DM). METHODS: DM model was induced by alloxan. The effects of CRCC on hemorheology and blood lipid in DM rats were observed. RESULTS: The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), lipoprotein, the whole blood viscosity, the whole blood reductive viscosity, aggregation index (AI), rigidity index (IR), distortion deformation transformation index (TK) and fibrinogen (Fib) were all increased by CRCC, while the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) was increased. CONCLUSION: CRCC can significantly improve the abnormalities in hemorheology and lipid metabolism in DM rats.
