Objective To discuss the application of early time window modified stereotaxic aspiration in converting operation therapy on the specified acute epidural hematoma.Methods 21 patients with the specified acute epidural hematoma were treated with early time window modified stereotaxic aspiration drainage,using YL-1 hematoma puncture needle with silica gel ventricular drainage tube.Results The successful rate of puncture was 100％.Hematoma was completely cleared in 19 cases.A small amount of epidural effusion was remained in 2 cases.1 case had concomitant rebleeding during the puncture,and shifted to craniotomy.Conclusion Early time window modified stereotaxic aspiration drainage is a minimally invasive,safe and effective treatment on the specified acute epidural hematoma when mastering the indications,timing and skills of puncture.

Objective To discuss the application effect of LVIS stent-assisted coil embolization in intracranial wide-neck small aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with intracranial wide-neck small aneurysms treated with stent-assisted coil embolization were analyzed retrospectively and evaluated.Results In 32 cases,the embolization grade was Raymond Ⅰ in 23 cases,Raymond grade Ⅱ in 7 cases,and Raymond Ⅲ in 2 cases.The successful embolization rate was 93.8%.No aneurysm was ruptured during embolization.One patient had thrombotic event in the surgery,but the occluded artery was recanalized after the treatment of immediate thrombolysis.Disorder of contralateral limb's activity and confusion were appeared in two patients after surgery.The symptoms improved by giving clopidogrel,aspirin and increasing the dosage of nimodipine.All the survival patients recovered well after 6 months of follow-up.No recurrence of aneurysm was confirmed by DSA and parent artery was patent.Conclusion Lvis stent is simple to be operated and has various models,suitable for most intracranial aneurysms,showing good performance.It suits embolization therapy in intracranial wide-neck small aneurysms,but the strong thrombosis should be valued.

Objective It is thought that environmental agents, especially the diet, play an important role in the processes of gastric cancer. The study was designed to investigate the relationship between dietary factors and the risk of gastric cancer in residents of islands so as to offer the evidence for effective measures of prevention and control. Methods A frequency matched design of case control study was used. 103 cases of gastric cancer newly diagnosed in 2001 and 133 controls were randomly selected among the residents of islands. And dietary factors were further investigated. Adjusted odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) of dietary factors on the processes of gastric cancer were estimated using unconditional logistic regression models. Results After the correction of the effects of some non diet factors, increased risks of gastric cancer were associated with hot diet (OR=1.48,95%CI:1.03 2.14) and pickled food (OR=2.63,95%CI:1.74 3.98). An inversed association with the risk of gastric cancer was seen in sauting (OR=0.33,95%CI:0.13 0.83 ), food eaten at regular time (OR=0.29,95%CI:0.19 0.44), allium vegetables (OR=0.43,95%CI:0.22 0.82) and carrot (OR=0.10,95%CI:0.02 0.41). Furthermore, PARc% of hot diet and pickled food were 11.8% and 57.8% respectively, which suggested that the carcinogenic effect of hot diet and pickled food on stomach in the population reached about 70% after the correction of the effect of other factors.Conclusions Pickled food and hot diet as the habits of residents in Zhoushan islands are important risk factors for gastric cancer, while decreased risk effect is found in sauting food, having regular dietary time and frequently eating allium vegetables and carrot.

Objective:To investigate the effect of 3 HLA matching measures on preventing hyperacute rejection(HAR). Methods:Among 1 152 cases,550 cases received anti donor lymphocytotoxic crossmatch(LXM),335 cases received LXM and HLA serological test,267 cases of the latter again received panel reaction antibody(PRA)test, the change of the HAR rate with different HLA matching measures were analyzed. Results:If LXM value ≤10% or HLA matched loci ≥3,the rate of HAR was unrelated to LXM value or HLA matched loci. HAR rate decreased significantly in patients with LXM and HLA serological test, and decreased more markedly in those with additional PRA test compared with those only with LXM test. Conclusion:HLA test and PRA are necessary and effective to avoid HAR.

Objective To investigate the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes among women with syphilis in Zhejiang province during 2013-2014,and to explore the influence of anti?syphilis treatment on pregnancy outcomes. Methods A retrospective study was carried out according to the Information Management System for preventing mother?to?child transmission(PMTCT)of syphilis in Zhejiang province during 2013-2014. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was compared between women with syphilis and general women without syphilis, between treated and untreated women with syphilis, as well as between women with syphilis receiving and not receiving standard anti?syphilis treatment. The effects of anti?syphilis treatment and standard anti?syphilis treatment on pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. Results Data were collected from 3 985 women with syphilis and their children. Of these women, 12 had a stillbirth, and 3 973 a live birth. Totally, 3 210(80.55%)women received anti?syphilis treatment, 967(30.12%, 967/3 210) women received substandard treatment, and 775(19.45%)did not receive anti?syphilis treatment. Of the 3 985 fetuses or neonates born to women with syphilis, 45(1.13%)had abnormal clinical symptoms/signs. The incidence rates of low birth weight and early neonatal death were 7.00%(279/3 985) and 1.13%(45/3 985) respectively in fetuses or neonates born to women with syphilis, both significantly higher than those in fetuses or neonates born to general women without syphilis (3.18%[26 092/819494] and 0.13%[1 029/819 494], respectively, both P < 0.01). Among 775 untreated women with syphilis, the incidence rates of premature birth, low birth weight, early neonatal death, congenital syphilis and abnormal neonatal symptoms/signs were 15.61%(121/775), 10.84%(84/775), 2.45%(19/775), 3.48%(27/775)and 2.84%(22/775)respectively, all significantly higher than those in 3 210 women receiving anti?syphilis therapy (8.26%, 6.07%, 0.81%, 0.81% and 1.03%,respectively, all P < 0.01). Besides, the 967 women receiving substandard anti?syphilis treatment showed higher incidence rates of premature birth, low birth weight, early neonatal death, congenital syphilis and abnormal neonatal symptoms/signs than the 2 243 women receiving standard treatment (10.44%vs. 7.31%, 8.17%vs. 5.17%, 1.55%vs. 0.49%, 1.65%vs. 0.45%, 1.96%vs. 0.62%, respectively, all P<0.01). Conclusions The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is high among women with syphilis in Zhejiang province during 2013-2014. Untreated and inadequately treated maternal syphilis is strongly associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes.

Objective To investigate the clinical implication of Neoral C 2 in evaluating drug hepatic toxicity following renal transplantation in hepatitis patients. Methods 162 cases receving renal transplantation were divided into two groups: positive group with positive hepatitis B and(or) C viral antigens or de finite hepatitis history before renal transplantation ( n =51) and the remaining 111 cases served as normal control group. Objective To find out about the temperature ,relative humidity, concentration and species of air microbes in the warship , and to detect the possible pathogenic agents responsible for the high incidence of respiratory diseases among the crew.Methods A digital hygrometer was used to measure the indoor tempreture and relative humidity .Open agar set-tling plates were used to sample the air bacteria in the ship .Pure bacterial colonies were isolated from those on the original plates by repeated streak inoculation .The species of bacteria were determined by gram staining ,light microscope observation and 16S rDNA sequencing .Results Spots that met the standard requirement of temperature accounted for 20%but relative humidity was up to the stevrdard ineach place investigated .Although the concentration of airborne microbes was under the standard limit,bacteria were various.There were 18 different bacteria isolated from the air sample , including Chryseobacteri-um jejuense,Acinetobacter baumannii, Bacillus sporothermodurans, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus capitis, Staphylo-coccus hominis subsp.hominis strain and subsp.novobiosepticus, Staphylococcus cohnii subsp.cohnii and subsp.urealytic-us,Enhydrobacter aerosaccus,Corynebacterium casei,Macrococcus caseolyticus,Corynebacterium ammoniagenes,Brevibacillus panacihumi,Comamonas koreensis,Bacillus subtilis,Sphingobium yanoikuyae, Chryseobacterium hominis.Conclusion The high incidence of respiratory diseases among officers and soliders might be related to the lower tempreture and some airborne bacteria in the warship .

Objective To observe the curative effect of Huoxue-Tongluo-Zhitong ointment treating soft tissue injury,and the safety of application on skin.Methods The treatment group was treated with Huoxue-Tongluo-Zhitong ointment,while the comparison group was treated with Votalin Pill.Acute toxicity experiment,irritant experiment and hypersensitivity experiment of skin were performed on New Zealand white rabbits.Results Huoxue-Tongluo-Zhitong ointment decreased local edema and leukocyte effusion,accelerate the re-absorption of hematomas.On injury signs index,group A [ (0.32± 0.35),(0.29± 0.27) ] was better than group B [ (0.58±0.42),(0.91 ±0.34) ] (P＜0.05).The pathological process in group A and B was obviously reduced than group C (P＜0.05).In the neutruphil infiltration density measuring:compared with group C,group A and B both showed significant difference (P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and B (P＞0.05).Conclusion Huoxue-Tongluo-Zhitong ointment performed well on the treatment of soft issue injury,with no toxicity,irritation,and hypersensitivity of skin,as well as high safety of administration.

Objective To study the mechanism of pulmonary injury and protective effect of modified ultrafiltration on lung function in infant open heart surgery.Methods According to the wishes of parents,40 cases of congenital heart disease were divided into without modified ultrafiltration control group (C) and modified ultrafiltration group (M),and parents signed informed consent.The cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was used without ultrafiltration in Group C,while with modified ultrafiltration in group M.The pneumodynamic parameters and C3a,C5a,TXA2,LT were measured at specific time points.Results The static pulmonary compliance (Cstat) and oxygen index (OI) were lower,and alveolar-arteria oxygen difference (AaDO2) was higher after CPB in the two groups(P ＜ 0.05).At T3,T4 and T5 time points,the Cstat and OI in Group M was higher than that in Group C; AaDO2 in Group M was lower than that in Group C (P ＜0.05).The levels of C3a and C5a were lower after CPB in the two groups; levels of TXA2,LT were higher after CPB in the C groups.At T2,T3,T4 and T5 time points,the TXA2 and LT in Group M were lower than that in Group C(P ＜0.05).Conclusions The pulmonary injury in pediatric open heart surgery may be concerned with the the alexin(C3a,C5a) activation and I/R.The level of C3a and C5a was considered earlier index of inflammatory reaction and pulmonary injury.Modified ultrafiltration improves pulmonary function due to elevating coloid osmotic pressure and degrading the plasma level of TXA2,LT.
