Objective To research a computer assisted 3D puncture system. Methods The system drew lessons from the method of CAS. MITK and the frame of X-knife were used to design the machine arm independently. Result The system came to the designing standard by experiments. Conclusion The clinical demanded product is developed with lower price in shorter time by integrating the mature techniques.
2.Analysis on the infecion status and drug resistant rate of mycoplasma in infertility patients in Puyang city

Objective To observe the infecion status and drug resistant rate of mycoplasma in infertility patients in Puyang city and to guide useing drug rationally.Methods A total of 500 women in reproductive period in Puyang city were recruited in this study,collected their vaginal discharge specimen,then cultured and detected ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) by liquid culture method and solid culture method.The women with positive results were divided as the pregnancy group and infertility group.The sensitivity rate of mycoplasma to 12 kinds of antibiotic were tested.Results The positive rate of mycoplasma in all the 500 women was 44.0%(220/500),the constituent ratio of pregnancy group(60 cases) was 27.3%,and the constituent ratio of infertility group (160 cases) was 72.7%.The difference was statistically significant between infertility group and pregnancy group(P<0.05).The Uu infection rates in pregnancy group and infertility group were 71.6% and 76.2% respectively,and the Mh infection rates were 11.6%,11.2% respectively.The rates of infecting Uu and Mh at the same time were 16.6% and 12.5%.The mycoplasma in and infertility group the pregnancy group were sensitive to spectinomycin,doxycycline and capminocim,which were 91.8%,92.1%,88.3%;90.9%,90.9%,87.3%.Conclusion The infection rate of Uu is higher than Mh in patients with infertility,which is resistant to quinolone classes and large ring lactone class antibiotic.
3.Clinical applicability of hospital air disinfection equipment

This paper is to study the applicability of the air disinfection equipment in general hospital. With the method of plate exposure adopted, five or three sample points are selected. The sample, culture and classification of bacteria are performed 30mins, 60mins, 120mins and 180mins before and after the equipment is turned on, and then the values of cfu/m3 are worked out respectively. The result shows that different departments should adopt different disinfection equipments according their characteristics and functions to meet the requirements of ″Disinfection Technology Specification″. Through this research and corresponding regulation, the management of air disinfection in our hospital is improved.
4.Comprehensive correction of secondary lip-nasal deformities after operation of unilateral cleft lip

Objective To introduce a method of comprehension correction for secondary lip-nasal deformities after operation of the completely unilateral cleft lip. Methods The correction consisted of the following procedures: reposition of the columella and nasal alar crus by one tractional suture with nostril base narrowing; modification of flat nostril by a MT-plasty at the edge of naris; arising of the nasal alar and nasal dorsor by ePTFE implantation; reconstruction of the Cupid's bow by M type incision and vermilion advancement; repair of the vermilion deficit with the hinge mucosal flap and bipedicle mucosal flaps of the lower lip. Results Twenty-one cases with secondary lip-nasal deformities were successfully corrected by these comprehensive methods. Ten of them were followed-up for three months to 1 year with satisfactory effects. Conclusion The comprehensive methods can be used to correct satisfactorily the secondary lip-nasal deformities after operation of the completely unilateral cleft lip.
5.Chemotherapy of rectoclysis for advanced rectal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effects of intrarectal chemotherapy for advanced unresectable rectal carcinoma.Methods 86 cases of advanced unresectable rectal carcinoma were divided into two groups. The intrarectal chemotherapy group consisted of 43 cases to whom 5 fluorouracil or fluorouracil polyphase liposome oral liquid were administered by rectoclysis, and extract of Chinese herbs was administered as a adjuvant simultaneously. 6.Applicaton of PGE_1 in Heart-Lung Transplantation

Objective To observe the role of PGE 1 in heart-lung transplantation. Methods PGE 1 combined with modified LPD solution as the lung flush solution of the donor was applied in heart-lung transplantation. Results PGE 1 combinded with modified LPD solution provided the excellent effect of lung pretection. The patient survived over one year after heart-lung transplantation, and never occurred severe infection, lung disfunction and severe graft rejection. Conclusion The combination use of PGE 1 and modified LPD solution as the lung flush solution in heart-lung transplantation possessed a excellent protective effect for lung.
7.Time sequential analysis of the death of rat's cochlear outer hair cells at the early stage after exposure to impulse noise

Objective To observe the space-time patterns of damaged outer hair cells(OHCs) in rat cochlea at the early stage after exposure to impulse noise. Methods Wistar rats were exposed to 100 emissions of impulse noise (3 seconds interval between each emission) at 154 dB SPL. Four times (10 min, 30 min, 3h and 6h) after the noise exposure, the animals were sacrificed and the organs of Corti were processed for detection of OHC death modes. The apoptotic and necrotic OHCs were distinguished by propidium iodide (PI), a fluorescent probe specifically labeling the nuclear DNA. The specimens were examined under a fluorescence microscope for assessment of OHC damage. Results Nuclear chromatin began to shrink as the chromatin condensed around the nuclear periphery. The peripheral chromatin ring condensed into discrete mass. Chromatin masses appeared to bleb off from the nuclear surface, forming apoptotic bodies at 10 min after the noise exposure. There were a few swollen nuclei appeared 30 min after the noise exposure. Loss of OHC nuclei could be seen 3 h after the noise exposure. The cochlear lesion expanded to contain a large number of missing OHCs and seriously shrunken nuclei at 6 h after the noise exposure. Conclusions The results of the study indicate that death of OHCs takes place extremely rapid after the impulse noise exposure. The apoptosis of OHCs precedes necrosis. OHC apoptosis is a quick process. Most of dead outer hair cells were eliminated 6 h after the noise exposure.
8.Determination of Three Kinds of Anti-dandruff Agents in Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination of three kinds of anti-dandruff agents,namely ketoconazole,climbazole,piroctone olamine,in cosmetics by HPLC.Methods The cosmetics were extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic,then separated with high-speed centrifuge.The supernatant layer was filtrated through membrane with 0.45 ?m diameter.The filtration liquid was injected into HPLC for detection at ?=210 nm.Quantitative analysis was performed with external standard method.Results In the linear range of 1-250 mg/L,the regression equation of ketoconazole was y=32.23x+ 4.59,the detection limit was 0.069 mg/L.In the linear range of 1-500 mg/L,the regression equation of climbazole was y=13.76x+ 9.41,the detection limit was 0.12 mg/L.In the linear range of 10-500 mg/L,the regression equation of piroctone olamine was y= 24.83x-17.17,the detection limit was 0.71 mg/L.The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 91.8%-98.5% and 0.38%0.84%,respectively.Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple,precise and accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of anti-dandruff agents in cosmetics.
9.Effect of Pulmonary Artery Perfusion with Modified LPD Solution on Cardiopulmonary Bypass-induced Systemic Inflammatory Response

Objective To study the effect of pulmonary artery perfusion with the modified low-potassium dextran(LPD) solution on cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)-induced systemic inflammatory response. Methods 30 patients undergoing mitral valve replacement were randomly divided into control group (n=15) and lung perfusion group (n=15). The patients in the lung perfusion group were perfused with the modified LPD solution by pulmonary artery during CPB. The patients in the control group underwent the routine procedure of mitral valve replacement. The plasma concentrations of TNF-? and IL-8 were measured before and 0 h, 6 h after surgery by ABC-ELISA. In order to evaluate the value of magnetic resonance cholangiography (MRC) and dynamic examination of duodenal fluid in the differential diagnosis between extrahepatic biliary atresia (EHBA) and infantile hepatitis syndrome (IHS), 52 patients with infantile cholestatic jaundice were examined by MRC and duodenal fluid examination. Original interpretations were compared with clinical outcome. Calculated sensitivity of duodenal fluid examination in diagnosis of EHBA was 100%, and specificity was 91.1%. Sensitivity of MRC in the diagnosis of EHBA was 94.4% and specificity 88.24%. The sensitivity of MRC and examination of duodenal fluid combined in diagnosis of EHBA was 94.4% and specificity 97.06%. We are led to conclude that MRC and dynamic examination of duodenal fluid are useful in the differential diagnosis between IHS and EHBA and the combined use of the two techniques yield better results.
