Methods:Cord blood was taken from 40 normal full term neonatals, who were divided into 20 ones with their parents having anaphylactic disease(AD group),and 20 not(control group).Collect blood plasma and cord blood mononuclear cells(CBMC)of neonates were separated,Blood plasma was collected and after stimulation with PHA,cell proliferation was detected by MTT method. IL-2,IL-4,IFN-r,and GM-CSF in supernatant were assayed by ELASA after CBMCs were cultured in vitro for 48h. Results:In AD group,as compared with control group:(1)The expression of IL-2,IL-4 and GM-CSF in blood plasma were higher than those of control group(P
5.Protective effects of puerarin on rat primary cultured neurons damaged by glutamic acid
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Aim To study the protective effects of puerarin on the neurons damaged by glutamic acid.Method The rat primary cultured neurons were damaged by glutamic acid, the membrane lipids fluidity was studied with fluorescence polarization(P) and mean microviscosity(?) with DPH as a probe;the protective effects of puerarin on this model were evaluated by lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) efflux assay and colormetric MTT assay. Results The fluorescence polarizating and mean microviscosity of puerarin were lower than glutamic acid model group in a dose-depended manner.Treatment of puerarin resulted in the decrease of LDH release from primary cultured neurons damaged by glutamic acid and increase in the optical density(A) at 540 nm tested by colorimetric MTT assay. No proliferating effects on normal primary cultured neurons were observed. Conclusion The results suggested that puerarin had a protective effect on rat primary cultured neurons damaged by glutamic acid,it might be relative to the improvement of membrane lipids fluidity

8.CLINICAL APPLICATION AND ANATOMICAL STUDIES OF THE PARASCAPULAR FLAP
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
The authors reported the results of anatomicat study of the scapular region (ninety-four sides) and the use of the parascapular composite flap in the repair of skin defects of the hand and foot. The parascapular flap is supplied by the circumflex scapular vessels. For exposure of the vascular pedicle an incision is made 7cm below the mid-point of the scapular spine, extending from the posterior axillary fold to the mid-point of the spine. Muscles are retracted and the circumflex scapular vessels are seen winding over the axillary border of the teres minor. Then the incision is extended from both ends of the above incision toward the inferior angle of the scapula to form an elliptical incision. The flap is raised by subfascial dissection from the mid-point of the spine towards the axilla, and ended by dividing the pedicle at the base of the circumflex scapular vssels. Since October 1982, the authors have applied flaps of such kind to repairing massive skin delects in the hand and the foot in 7 patients with success.
9.Progress on molecular genetics in atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(2):147-150
Atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome(aHUS) has recently been shown to be a rare disease of genetic predisposition, including genes of complement factor H(CFH), membrane cofactor protein(MCP, CD46)and complement factor Ⅰ(CFI), which are complement regulatory genes. Genes mutation is about 50%,involving the three genes mutation, including nonsense mutation, missen mutation, silent mutation, splice mutation and insertion mutation. Autosomal dominant inheritance and autosomal recessive inheritance have been reported, however, for autosomal dominant inheritance, the three genes mutations are incomplete penetrance.
