1.Treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy by Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Point Injection in 48 Cases

The author treated forty-eight cases of infantile cerebral palsy with scalp acupuncture and point injection. After two courses of treatment the infants made progress in different degrees. Eight cases were cured,sixteen cases were obviously improved, twenty-two cases were improved and two cases were unchanged. The total effective rate was 95.8%.
2.Clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease in emergency tachyarrhythmia

Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease in emergency tachyarrhythmia .Methods 156 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with tachyarrhythmias were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,78 cases in each group .The treatment group was given amiodarone,the control group was given conventional therapy .The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,incidence rate of side effects in treatment group were 88.4%,3.8%,those in the control group were 71.8%,14.1%.The differences between the two groups were significant (χ2 =18.33, 13.91,P<0.05).In the treatment group,36 cases had atrial fibrillation,cardioversion 34 patients,the cardioversion rate was 94.4%,followed by premature ventricular contractions (90.6%).Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary artery disease emergency tachyarrhythmia is safe and effective ,has fewer adverse reactions ,the best results for atrial fibrillation and ventricular premature beats ,it is worthy of clinical use .
3.Effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on the short-term cognitive function in the elderly patients after orthopedics surgery

Objective To observe the effects of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on the short-term cognitive function in the elderly patients after orthopedics surgery.Methods 185 elderly patients undergoing orthopedics surgery were treated in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jan.2014.The patients were divided into observation group (with general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia,n=94) and control group (with general anesthesia,n=91).The short term cognitive function,mean arterial pressure and heart rate were compared at 30 min before,during and at the end of the operation between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in awakening time,extubation time and response time between the two groups [(28.7±7.8) min vs.(30.9±8.1) min,(29.2±8.1) min vs.(32.2±8.4) min,(30.4±7.9) min vs.(33.1±8.6) min,t=1.881,2.472,1.943,respectively,P=0.031,0.007,0.027].The minimental state examination (MMSE) scores were higher in observation group than in control group at 6,12 and 24 hours after surgery [(26.1±1.4) vs.(24.9±1.5),(25.0±1.5) vs.(24.1±1.4),(27.9 ±1.4) vs.(26.3±1.3),t=5.627,3.279,8.049,all P<0.001].The incidence of cognitive dysfunction was less in observation group than in control group at 6 and 12 hours after surgery (7.5% vs.17.6%,8.5% vs.19.8%,x2=4.363,4.862,respectively,P=0.037,0.027).Conclusions Compared with general anesthesia,the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can reduce the effects of anesthesia on cognitive dysfunction,and has a good effect of anesthesia.It is more suitable for the elderly patients with anesthesia for surgery.
4.Impact of cerebral hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism of dexmedetomidine on patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery

Objective To investigate the effects of cerebral hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism of dexmedetomidine on patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods Sixty-four patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery were collected and randomly divided into study group and control group (32 cases for each group).Patients in the study group before induction of anesthesia were given dexmedetomidine and patients in the control group were given saline but anesthesia.Mean arterial pressure (MAP),heart rate (HR),cerebral metabolic rate of oxygen(CMRO2) in different time points were observed and time in intubation and intracranial aneurysm clamp before anesthesia were rescored.Cerebral blood flow (CBF),intracranial pressure (ICP) were observed and the recovery situation.Results At the intubation,MAP and HR in the study group after 15 min of intubation,time in intracranial aneurysm clamp and extubation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).CMRO2 in study group at the intubation and intracranial aneurysm clamp were (34.2 ± 5.0) % and (27.1 ± 4.2),significantly higher than that of the control group ((33.9 ± 4.3) %,(26.5 ±3.6) %; P < 0.05).CBF in study group at the intubation and intracranial aneurysm clamp were (53.5 ±8.8) ml/(100 g · min) and (56.8 ±9.2) ml/(100 g · min),significantly lower than that of control group ((67.3±11.2) ml/(100 g· min),(67.3 ±11.2) ml) (100 g· min); P<0.05) ; The same trend was seen in terms of ICP.Spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time in study group were (7.35 ± 1.12) h and(12.98 ± 3.76),significantly earlier than those of the control group((9.27 ± 1.45) h and (14.89 ±4.88) h; t =10.92,9.23,P <0.01).Steward scores in study group was (5.12 ±0.33),significantly higher than control group ((3.98 ± 0.28) ; t =5.55,P < 0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can certainly keep hemodynamic stability in patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery,improve rate of cerebral oxygen uptake and recovery performance,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
5.Effect of Ginsenoside Rh2 on apoptosis of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63

AIM:To investigate the effect of Ginsenoside Rh2 (Rh2) on the apoptosis of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63.METHODS:The cell viability was determined by MTT assay .MG-63 cell apoptotic rate was examined by flow cytometry with Annexin V-PI double staining.The expression of Bcl-2, Bax, cytochrome C ( Cyt C) and cleaved caspase-3 were measured by Western blot .RESULTS: Rh2 enhanced the apoptosis of MG-63 cells in a dose-dependent manner.Furthermore, after treatment with Rh2, the release of mitochondrial Cyt C and Bax expression were increased , while Bcl-2 and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax were decreased as compared with control group ( P<0.05 ) .The protein level of cleaved caspase-3 was also increased (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Ginsenoside Rh2 accelerates the apoptosis of MG-63 cells through mitochondria-dependent pathway , suggesting that Rh2 is a novel approach for the treatment of osteosarcoma .
6.Preparation and Pharmacodynamics of Dual Anesthetic Remifentanil-Propofol Microemulsion

Objective:To prepare dual anesthetic remifentanil-propofol microemulsion ( Rem-Pro MM) and evaluate the anesthetic effects in adult dogs by continuous infusion. Methods:The Rem-Pro MM was prepared by the high pressure homogenization technolo-gy. The Rem-Pro MM was characterized with the particle size distribution, zeta potential and morphology as the indices. The anesthetic effects in adult dogs were evaluated by continuous infusion of Rem-Pro MM. Results:The particle size distribution, polydispersion in-dex and zeta potential of Rem-Pro MM was (217. 6 ± 48. 2) nm, (0. 212 ± 0. 032) and ( -31. 2 ± 3. 8) mV, respectively. The Rem-Pro MM was found to be small and homogeneous under a transmission electron microscope. The pharmacodynamic studies showed that the Rem-Pro MM in adult dogs with partial spleen surgery had promising anesthetic effects during the anesthesia induction and mainte-nance procedure. Conclusion: The dual anesthetic remifentanil-propofol microemulsion has good effects of sedation and analgesia, which is expected to be used in clinics.
7.The application of negative pressure ball in patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy

Objective To observe the negative pressure ball aplication effect of thoracoscopic loectomy in patients.Methods 50 cases of patients with lung resection operation were divided into conventional group (water-sealed drainage bottle) and improved group (negative pressure ball) by random digital table method,and each group had 25 cases.The effect of nursing care and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After different methods of nursing,the postoperative bed time in the improved group was (12.0±0.8) hours,hospitalization time was (8.0±1.5) days,which were significantly lower than (48.0±2.5) hours,(12.0±2.0) days in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant (t=2.401,2.302,P< 0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the improvement group was 92.0% (23/25) which was significantly higher than 72.0% (18/25) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.920,P< 0.05).Conclusions Negative pressure ball in thoracoscopic lobectomy patients after application can significantly improve the effect of clinical nursing and patient satisfaction,worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.

Comparison between the DNA fingerprinting and the serological method used for paternity test is presented. 32 cases of disputed paternity were tested using DNA fingererints with MYO minisatellite DNA probe and blood typing. The results of DNA fingerprinting test correlated with those of blood typing. 8 alleged fathers were excluded while 24 were confirmed. The relationship between the results from two methods was discussed.
