2.Progress on molecular genetics in atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(2):147-150
Atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome(aHUS) has recently been shown to be a rare disease of genetic predisposition, including genes of complement factor H(CFH), membrane cofactor protein(MCP, CD46)and complement factor Ⅰ(CFI), which are complement regulatory genes. Genes mutation is about 50%,involving the three genes mutation, including nonsense mutation, missen mutation, silent mutation, splice mutation and insertion mutation. Autosomal dominant inheritance and autosomal recessive inheritance have been reported, however, for autosomal dominant inheritance, the three genes mutations are incomplete penetrance.

4.Clinical study in acupressure time after abdominal injection of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(28):6-8
Objective To investigate the relation of acupressure time and incidence rate of sub-cutaneous hemorrhage after abdominal injection of low-molecular-weight beparin calcium. At the same time to seek the most appropriate acupressure time to reduce incidence rate and area of subcutaneous hemor-rhage. Methods Patients(60 cases)undergoing abdominal injection of low-molecular-weight heparin cal-cium from October 2005 to August 2006 were selected. Each patient received 16 times of injection. They were divided into 8 groups according to acupressure time, the acupressure time for each group was 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 minutes. Incidence rate and area of subcutaneous hemorrhage was observed. Results Lo-cal acupressure time was related to the incidence rate and area of subcutaneous hemorrhage,P<0.01. The incidence rate and area of subcutaneous hemorrhage was statistically different between acupressure time of 6 minutes and 7 minutes,P<0.01,while other adjacent groups had no statistical difference. Conclusions Local acupressure time of 7 minutes can effectively reduce incidence rate and area of subcutaneous hemor-rhage after abdominal injection of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium.
5.PATERNITY TEST STUDY BY DNA FINGERPRINTS AND SEROLOGICAL TESTING
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
Comparison between the DNA fingerprinting and the serological method used for paternity test is presented. 32 cases of disputed paternity were tested using DNA fingererints with MYO minisatellite DNA probe and blood typing. The results of DNA fingerprinting test correlated with those of blood typing. 8 alleged fathers were excluded while 24 were confirmed. The relationship between the results from two methods was discussed.
6.The application of negative pressure ball in patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(3):185-186
Objective To observe the negative pressure ball aplication effect of thoracoscopic loectomy in patients. Methods 50 cases of patients with lung resection operation were divided into conventional group (water-sealed drainage bottle) and improved group (negative pressure ball) by random digital table method, and each group had 25 cases. The effect of nursing care and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After different methods of nursing, the postoperative bed time in the improved group was (12.0±0.8) hours, hospitalization time was (8.0±1.5) days, which were significantly lower than (48.0±2.5) hours,(12.0±2.0) days in the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant (t=2.401,2.302,P< 0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the improvement group was 92.0% (23/25) which was significantly higher than 72.0% (18/25) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.920,P< 0.05).Conclusions Negative pressure ball in thoracoscopic lobectomy patients after application can significantly improve the effect of clinical nursing and patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.

8.CLINICAL APPLICATION AND ANATOMICAL STUDIES OF THE PARASCAPULAR FLAP
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
The authors reported the results of anatomicat study of the scapular region (ninety-four sides) and the use of the parascapular composite flap in the repair of skin defects of the hand and foot. The parascapular flap is supplied by the circumflex scapular vessels. For exposure of the vascular pedicle an incision is made 7cm below the mid-point of the scapular spine, extending from the posterior axillary fold to the mid-point of the spine. Muscles are retracted and the circumflex scapular vessels are seen winding over the axillary border of the teres minor. Then the incision is extended from both ends of the above incision toward the inferior angle of the scapula to form an elliptical incision. The flap is raised by subfascial dissection from the mid-point of the spine towards the axilla, and ended by dividing the pedicle at the base of the circumflex scapular vssels. Since October 1982, the authors have applied flaps of such kind to repairing massive skin delects in the hand and the foot in 7 patients with success.
