The charge management of medical consumables is the difficulty and weakness of price management in medical institutions. The establishment and application of the secondary database management system has realized precise management for materials fees. It has positive significance in ensuring the quality of medical charge and proving awareness and ability of cost management for departments.

With the developing of the immunology, genetic diagnosis, and flow cytometry technology, the diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases have been a lot of new improvement.Serum amyloid protein A,interferon-gamma-inducible protein 10 and triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 may be valuable in neonatal infectious diseases. Detection of the bacterial genes by gene chip hybridization technology can diagnose neonatal septicemia rapidly. Each of the diagnosis indicators for infection has their respective clinical and laboratory features. The comprehensive understanding of the biological characteristics, sensitivity, specificity of each indicator, and continuous and joint monitoring of several indicators can improve the diagnostic sensitivity and negative predictive value. It is the direction of infectious diseases diagnosis in future. This paper reviews the current diagnostic indicators for neonatal infectious disease.

The morbidity and mortality of tumors of digestive system is much higher in recent years .Realizing diagnosis of early phase tumors can improve the surgical resection rate and prolong survival time of patients .Compared with traditional diagnosis methods, multiphoton microscopy has got an obvious improvement in the penetration depth .Furthermore, phototoxicity and photo-bleaching has been largely reduced .Combining with the second harmonic microscopy , the change of collagen fibers can be observed in the organization.MPM can achieve early diagnosis of cancer at the cellular level .Therefore, multiphoton microscopy , with the imaging characteristics of unique high resolution , real-time, nondestructive , deeply spectral resolution , is of great potential in the diagnosis of early stage tumors of digestive system .Based on the latest research results , this review summarizes the latest progress of multiphoton microscopy diagnosing early phase of gastrointestinal tumor .

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing care of the elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods There were 95 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to hospital and received the fixation of artificial joint replacement and preoperative and postoperative nursing care from June 2010 to September 2013.Results Ninety-five patients were recovered and discharged from the hospital. They had stayed the hospital for 11 to 28 days and the average time was(17.5±2.5)d.One patient had developed pneumonia after surgery and one patient had incision infection. After treatment both patients were cured. Conclusions When the elderly patients with hip fracture stayed in the hospital, the nurses should give them good care. The nurses should provide them with mental care based on their psychological and physiological characteristics, help the patients to prevent the complications, guide the patients through rehabilitation training, enhance daily living and promote the patients’health as soon as possible.

ObjectiveTo investigate effects of the arterial blood collection from radial artery, brachial artery, femoral artery and orsalis pedis artery for gas analysis of infants. Methods Three hundred and fifty two infants receiving blood collection were divided into four groups radial artery (n=92),brachial artery (n=94),femoral artery (n=73) and dorsal artery (n=53).Comparisons were done between them in terms of one-time success rate of puncturing and rate of complications from puncturing.Result The radial artery group had lowest rates of hematoma and mistaken puncturing into veins (P<0.05) and higher rate of one-time successful puncturing (P<0.001).Conclusion The radial artery is the first choice for infants undergoing arterial puncturing.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the compatibility of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with four kinds of antihemorrhagic drugs(etamsylate injection, aminomethylbenzoic acid injection, vitamin K1 injection, and aminocaproic acid injection).METHODS:The concentration of moxifloxacin in the mixture of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with four kinds of antihemorrhagic drugs at 25℃ and 37 ℃ were determined by UV-spectrophotometry and dual wavelength spectrophotometry within 8 h.The changes of the mixture in appearance and pH were also observed.RESULTS:The mixture of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with four kinds of antihemorrhagic drugs experienced no obvious changes in both contents of moxifloxacin and pH and appearance.CONCLUSION:The mixture of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with four kinds of antihemorrhagic drugs was stable in contents of moxifloxacin and property. However, further studies remain to be done to investigate whether there are changes in the contents of the other four injections.

Objective To immunoscreen one protein antigen gene from a cDNA library of cysticercus cellulosae. Methods The cDNA library of cysticercus cellulosae was immunoscreened by using the serum of patient with cerebral cysticercosis. After the insert of positive clone was amplified by PCR and subcloned into pUC18, the nucleotide sequence of the cDNA was determined by the dideoxynucleotide chain termination method using a Taq DyeDeoxy Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit. The homological search of the nucleotide sequence was done by using BLASTN in NCBI. Results A cDNA clone (named cY1) with a length of 546 bp was isolated. The clone contained one open reading frame composed of 474 bp encoding 158 amino acids. The nucleotide sequence of cY1 showed 99% homology with one immunogenic protein gene named NC-9 of cysticercus cellulosae. Conclusion A gene encoding protein antigen of cysticercus cellulosae is cloned.

OBJECTIVE To prevent and control nosocomial infection(NI) among patients with hematological malignancies, and make clinical investigation.METHODS The random medical records of patients suffering from hematological malignancies in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS NI rate was 51.11%,in which the main infection site first was respiratory tract, next oral cavity and gastrointestinal tract.Gram-negative bacteria and fungi were the most common pathogens.CONCLUSIONS Patients with hematological malignancies are susceptible to NI,and they should be treated properly so as to prevent from infection effectively.
