Objective To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shaoyao decoction. Methods HPLC was performed on an Agilent XDB C18 column by using acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethylamine (30∶70∶0.14) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linearity redationship in the range of 0.07~1.40 ?g. The average recovery was 98.63% (n=6, RSD=1.21%). The average content was 1.55%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, with good repeatability, and can be used for the quality control of Shaoyao decoction.

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing care of the elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods There were 95 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to hospital and received the fixation of artificial joint replacement and preoperative and postoperative nursing care from June 2010 to September 2013.Results Ninety-five patients were recovered and discharged from the hospital. They had stayed the hospital for 11 to 28 days and the average time was(17.5±2.5)d.One patient had developed pneumonia after surgery and one patient had incision infection. After treatment both patients were cured. Conclusions When the elderly patients with hip fracture stayed in the hospital, the nurses should give them good care. The nurses should provide them with mental care based on their psychological and physiological characteristics, help the patients to prevent the complications, guide the patients through rehabilitation training, enhance daily living and promote the patients’health as soon as possible.

6,7-dicho- methoxyl-8-Hydroxycoumarin. Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance extract had obvious bacteriostasis to 9 kinds of bacterium;monomer mixture and coumarin fingerprint region sample had obvious bacteriostasis to Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, beta streptococcus, aeruginosus Bacillus, Bacillus coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, catarrh. Unknown component fingerprint region sample had obvious bacteriostasis to Staphylococcus aureus and certain bacteriostasis to Staphylococcus epidermidis, alpha streptococcus, beta streptococcus, Bacillus coli, salmonella. Conclusion The changes of ash bark bacteriostasis were basically identical with known coumarin component content. Aglycone bacteriostasis of ash bark was superior to glycoside, fraxetin and aesculetin bacteriostasis were most powerful in 5 kinds of coumarin monomer.

Objective:To find the influence of the immuno-suppressive drug on the incidence and genotype of oral Candida albicans.Methods:51 patients using immuno-suppressive drug for 1 to 3 months were enrolled, the controls were 26 health subjects.Oral rinse samples from the patients and the controls were assessed for the growth of yeast. The liquid samples were plated on CHROMagar Candida. The isolates were defined to the species level and the genotypic subgroups by PCR method.PCR results were proved by sequencing. Results:The incidence of Candida albican in the patients and controls was 20% and 7.69% respectively. The genotype of the Candida albican in the controls is A subgroup, that in the patients included A,B and C subgroups. Conclusion:Long term of immuno-suppressive drug use can influence the genotype and incidence of oral Candida albican.

Objective: To investigate the antimotion sickness effects of ginsenosides combined with dexamethasone in rats. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal saline, scopolamine-treated, ginsenosides-treated, dexamethasone-treated and ginsenosides plus dexamethasone-treated groups. There were 10 rats in each group. The rats in each group were fed with corresponding ingredients respectively, and then the rats were exposed to abnormal acceleration for one hour. The motion sickness index, the level of kaolin consumption and the course and time of spontaneous activity were observed. Results: The motion sickness index and the level of kaolin consumption of acceleration-exposed rats in ginsenosides plus dexamethasone-treated group were significantly lower than those in normal saline group. And the course and time of spontaneous activity of acceleration-exposed rats in ginsenosides plus dexamethasone-treated group were significantly higher than those in normal saline group. The level of body weight increment of acceleration-exposed rats in ginsenosides plus dexamethasone-treated group was significantly higher than that in dexamethasone-treated group. Conclusion: Ginsenosides combined with dexamethasone can significantly increase tolerance to acceleration of rats, and the drug combination can decrease side effects of methylprednisolone, such as body weight loss.

Objective To find the nursing methods to train the neonatal sucking function and accelerate the gastrointestinal peristalsis and the secretion of digestive juice. Methods 80 premature infants with feeding difficulty within two days after they were born were chosen by random. Then according to the psychological characteristics of neonates, took the canonical and practical feeding methods by the appointed person in continuity. Results Compared with before, the incidence of difficult feeding decreased, sucking ability and gastrointestinal function greatly alleviated after using the modified method. Conclusions The improved method could accelerate the recovery of sucking and gastrointestinal function as soon as possible for premature infants without complications, which has practical clinical significance.

Objective To optimize the conditions for the extraction of volatile oil from Fructus Tsaoko and Radix Saposhnikoviae in Leifengguan granules, and for the preparation of their ?-CD inclusion compounds. Methods With the percentages of extracted volatile oil of Fructus tsaoko and Radix saposhnikoviae as the target marker,single-element experiments were conducted to determine the optimum conditions for extracting the volatile oil.The application rate of included volatile oil was used as the target marker to optimize the conditions for including the oils with ?-CD.Results The optimized extraction conditions were: with 8-fold water added, the sliced herbal medicine of Fructus tsaoko and Radix saposhnikoviae should be extracted for six hours without advanced soaking with water. The optimized inclusion conditions were: applying the saturated aqueous solution method,15-fold 85 % ethanol was used to dissolve the volatile oil,the proportion of the above solution and ?-CD being 1︰8;at 25 ℃,the volatile oil was included for 30 minutes with ultrasonic wave. Conclusion The established process can be used for the extraction and the inclusion of volatile oil from Fructus Tsaoko and Radix Saposhnikoviae in Leifengguan granules.

Objective To settle the "bottleneck" disputes existed in the key aspect of emergency treatment care of emergency department, long delayed time of medical workers or patients, perplexity of first-aid personnel, less standard in medical records. Methods Comparison experiment was carried out with the traditional model of emergency care in contrast with the new model, besides the service attitude was improved, the awareness of responsibility was strengthened and the first-aid technique was increased. Number of nursing errors and disputes, hospitalization time, satisfaction degree of patients and record trace-ability were observed. Results The nursing errors and disputes reduced by 46%, hospitalization time re-duced by an average of (7.2±0.2) minutes, satisfaction degree of patients increased by 10.99%, leaving 1673 record traceability of care. Conclusions The application of new management processes of nursing interface in emergency department can settle the "bottleneck" disputes of key interface, make the green passage of emergency patients more convenient and is conducive to safe care, less mortality, high work effi-ciency, which proves to be a reference for fellows.
