OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application situation and tendency of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. METHODS: By a retrospective study,a total of 952 prescriptions of outpatients with hypertension were sampled from our hospital from Nov. 18 to Dec. 17 in 2007 for statistical analysis regarding the utilization of antihypertensive drugs, the treatment regimens, sales amount,DDDs and DDC,etc. RESULTS: The antihypertensive drugs were mainly used in single or two kinds concomitantly. Calcium-channel blocker (CCB) and angiotensin receptor Ⅱ binders(ARB) took the lead, accounting for 30.67% and 28.45%,respectively. Leading the first three places on the list of DDDs were Telmisartan,Amlodipine and Benidipine, and leading the first three places on the list of sales amount were Telmisartan,Valsartan and Amlodipine. CONCLUSION:The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital conforms to China Guidelines on Prevention and Management of Hypertension and the drug use criteria recommended by WHO.

Objective To explore the value of evaluating rat liver fibrosis using contrast enhanced sonography. Methods Carbon tetrachloride was used to induce liver fibrosis.Under the mode of pulse-inversion harmonic imaging, ultrasound contrast agent was bolus iniected through tail vein, hepatic artery arrival time(HAAT),portal vein arrival time(PVAT),hepatic vein arrival time(HVAT)was recorded, and their relationship with immunohistochemical results were analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference of HAAT,PVAT between two groups among S0-S4 stage.HVAT was shorter in S3 and S4 stage than in S0-S2 stage(P<0.05).HVAT was negative correlated with the percentage of immunohistochemical positive area of C-Ⅳ,LN,the correlation coefficients were-0.680 and -0.639 respectively. Conclusions Contrast enhanced sonography is useful for the diagnosing liver fibrosis.

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics, immunophenotypes and immu-noglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement of gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with gastric MALT lymphoma who had been admitted to Southwest Hospital from January 1984 to June 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. The specimens of the gastric MALT lymphoma were obtained and their pathomorphological classifications were studied. The immunophenotypes and immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement were detected by immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction, respectively. All the data were analyzed by chi-square test and Mann-Whitney U test. Results The main manifestations of patients with gastric MALT lymphoma were epigastric discomfort and abdominalgia. The percentage of patients with age≥40 accounted for 74% (26/35). The gastric MALT lyrnphoma has low differentia-tion in 32 patients, and high differentiation in 3 patients. There were 31 patients in Ⅰ E stage, 2 in Ⅱ E1 stage and 2 in Ⅳ stage. Pathological examination showed that gastric MALT lymphoma was composed of centrocyte-like cells and mononuclear-like B cells or lymphoplasma cells. Twenty-nine specimens were with lymphoepithelial lesions (83%), 2 with follicular colonization (6%), and 11 with plasma cells segregated beneath the surface epithelium (33%). All the 35 specimens were B cell immunotype. Restrictive expression of κ and λ light chains of the immunoglobulin was found in 19 cases, and Bcl-2 positive expression was found in 16 cases. High expres-sion of proliferating cell nuclear antigen was found in gastric MALT lymphoma with transformed blasts, which indicated that gastric MALT lymphoma with transformed blasts was more active in proliferation than those of low grade. A monoclonal pattern of immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement was detected in 33 patients (94%). Conclusions Digestive symptoms are the main manifestations of patients with gastric MALT lymphoma. The incidence of gastric MALT lymphoma increases with age. The final diagnosis of gastric MALT lymphoma depends on the pathological, immunohistochemical examination and laboratory test.

Objective To investigate the distribution pattern and antimicrobial resistance of the clinical isolates of pathogen. Methods The identification and dug susceptibility tests of the isolates from 2013 to 2015 were performed by using VITEK2-compact system. The susceptibilities of isolates to antimicrobial agents were analyzed with WHONET 5.6 software. Results A Total of 2 991(90.4%) gram-negative bacteria and 317(9.6%) gram-positive bacteria were isolated.Among all of the isolates, the top three pathogens were Klebsiella pneumonia, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii. The detection rates of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs)-producing Escherichia coli were 40.4%,48.2% and 38.3% respectively in the three consecutive years, while the detection rates of the ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumonia were 16.9%,8.4% and 11.6% respectively. No Escherichia coli resistant to impenem were detected. The resistant rate to impenem of Klebsiella pneumonia was 1.6%.The detection rates of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and methicillin resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci(MRCNS) in the three years were 53.8%,54.3%,42.9% and 84.5%,82.7%,85.9% respectively. No Staphylococci isolates resistant to linezolid and tigecycline were found.Enterococcus isolates were sensitive to gentamicine, linezolid, tigecycline and vancomycin. Conclusion Carbapenems could remain the best antimicrobials against Enterobacteriaccae.Lnezolid and tigecycline could be effective antimicrobials against Staphylococci isolates. The detection rates of Klebsiella pneumonia and Acinetobacter baumannii increased year by year. The monitoring of drug resistance should be strengthened to control the emergence and spread of multidrug resistant pathogen.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of deoxys chizandrin and schisantherrin A in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis. Methods The as say was conducted on a YWG-C18 column with methonal-water (77 ∶23) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results Satisfactory linearities of deoxyschizandrin and schisantherrin A were shown in the range of 0.125~1.25 ?g and 0.08~0.8 ?g,and the recovery was 100.1 %an d 100.0 %(RSD being 0.15 %and 0.28 %。Schisandra sphenanthcra),and 99.7 %an d 101.2 %(RSD being 0.32 %and 0.67 %。Schisandra chinensis) (n=5). Conclusion The HPLC method was simple, curate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may b e used for the quantitative determination of deoxyschizandrin and schisantherrin A in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis.

OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method has been developed to determine the concentration of isoniazid in plasma.METH_ODS:The Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used as fix phase and acetonitrile-0.05mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as mo_bile phase, detection wavelength was 280nm.The plasma sample was injected directly for determination after being deproteinized with 10% trichloroacetic acid and reacted with cinnamaldehyde and abstracted with ether.RESULTS:Good linear relationship was shown from 0.10 to 12.0?g/ml and the averge recovery of isoniazid was 95%~105%.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid, sensitive and is rarely interfered so it can be used in study of pharmacokinetics of isoniazid.
