1.COMPUTATION OF TIME-CONSTANT HISTOGRAMS FROM THE FORCED EXPIRED VOLUME-TIME CURVES
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
An efficient BASIC program was established on Apple-Ⅱ microcomputer with the CHESTAC-3EF pulmonary function testing system to calculate the time-constant histogram from the spirogram.By a set of analogue studies, we confirmed that the recovered time-constant histogrgram was within one compartment of the assumed one and that the root of mean square values of the residuals between the experimental and model volume-time curves was 0.02. In four adult healthy subjects, the mean value of time-constant histograms (TCx ) had the variation coefficient (6.6%). The results show that our method is reliable and reproducible, and it can be used for clinical investigation.
2.A COMPARISON OF PERIPHERAL AIRWAY FUNCTION IN SMOKERS AND NONSMOKERS
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Fourteen indices of small airway function were measured in 39 male smokers. Fourty male nonsmokers served as the reference. Of 6 forced expiration indices, none revealed the difference between the smokers and nonsmokers in younger age group; in the middle age group only MTT tested the difference significantly; in the smokers of the elder age group all of them significantly changed. Closing volume measurements, helium/oxygen flow-volume curves and diffusing volume did not distinguish the smokers from nonsmokers in all the age groups. The influence of age on the smoking-related changes in MTT and MET was significant. The results show that MTT and other forced expiration indices were more sensitive for mild airway abnormalities than the methods of closing volume, helium/oxygen flow-volume curves and single-breath diffusing capacity.
3.The Application of two Endometrial Mechanical Stimulation Methods in Patients with Repeated Implantation Failure
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(16):2683-2685
Objective To explore the clinical application of two endometrial mechanical stimulation methods in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF) in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycle. Methods A total of 127 women with RIF who planned to perform FET again were included. They were separated into 3 groups: Group A (45 cases) with endometrial scratching and group B (42 cycles) with endometrial sucking within menstrual period in FET cycle, while in control group C (40 cases), no endometrial mechanical stimulation was performed. The outcomes of pregnancy were compared. Results The endometrial types of endometrial scratching group were mainly type A. The embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in group A (27.27%, 46.67%) were significantly higher than those in group B (12.75 %, 21.43%) and group C (11.46%, 20.0%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The endometrial mechanical stimulation can improve the endometrial receptivity, compare with endometrial sucking, endometrial scratching can improve the clinical pregnancy rate of RIF patients more obviously.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on the quality of life of the patients. METHODS The quality of life was assessed with the Medical Outcomes Study SF-36 Health Survey in 145 patients with OSAHS and 17 snorers without OSAHS. Excessive Daytime Sleepiness was assessed with Epworth Sleepiness Scale. Pearson linear correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to study the association between each domain score of SF-36 and patients information,PSG parameters,EDS scores. RESULTS Three domains of SF-36 correlated negatively with Body Mass Index. Four domains correlated negatively with EDS. Three domains and total score correlated significantly with the lowest oxygen saturation. Two domains correlated negatively with the longest time of apnea. AHI and the lowest oxygen saturation have a mild side effect on the quality of life. BMI and EDS score have significantly side effect on the quality of the life. CONCLUSION Comparing to the mild OSAHS patients and snorers without OSAHS,the severe OSAHS patients have worse quality of life. EDS score and BMI have a significantly side effect on the severe OSAHS patients. OSAHS has a side effect on the quality of life of the patients.

Intestinal microorganisms and their metabolites are involved in the pathogenesis and progression of various cardiovascular diseases, especially in the progression of heart failure. This paper mainly discussed the gut microbial metabolites trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)participated in the pathological process of heart failure, and application value of TMAO in heart failure patients. This paper introduced the change characteristics of intestinal flora and its metabolites in heart failure patients,illu-minated the TMAO-mediated inflammatory response, and the related signal pathways and mechanism of myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure.High levels of TMAO are associated with poor outcomes in patients with heart failure indicating a good predictive value for the prognosis of heart failure.Regulating TMAO levels through diet, probiotics and prebiotics, antibiotics, fecal transplan-tation,and other pathways is expected to be a potential treatment for heart failure.

Objective To analyze the current situation and characteristics of risk factors in antithrombotic therapy(in-cluding antiplatelet and anticoagulant treatments)at home and abroad, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis or bleeding associated with antithrombotic therapy. Methods The literature on risk factors of an-tithrombotic therapy published in Chinese databases(China Journal Full-text Data,Wanfang Database,VIP Database)and Eng-lish databases(PubMed,Web of Science,MEDLINE)from January 2011 to November 2021 was searched and bibliometric analy-sis was performed. The visualization analysis was performed using VOS viewer software. Results A total of 595 publications were included in the analysis. The top three countries for English publications were the USA,China, and Japan. The type of stud-ies were predominantly cohort studies, with sample sizes mostly being below 1 000.Risk factors for antithrombotic therapy are cat-egorized into those affecting antiplatelet drugs, warfarin, and new oral anticoagulants.Age,gender, renal function, and combination of antithrombotic drugs are common risk factors, and different risk factors of antithrombotic drugs also have their characteristics. Conclusion While there is substantial research on risk factors in antithrombotic therapy globally, the sample size needs to be improved.Pharmacists should provide individualized medication services based on different drugs and different groups to ensure medication safety for patients.
