Objective To explore the correlation between verbal memory and working memory in patients with alcohol dependence (AD).Methods A total of 40 patients with AD and 40 health controls were included in this study.N-back task was used to evaluate the verbal working memory.20 sets of phrases were used to evaluate long-term verbal memory.Results Correct number of verbal memory in AD group ((5.15±0.92)times) was lower than that of HC group ((7.35±3.07) times) after one-week baseline test,and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.344,P＜ 0.01).Compared with HC group ((1 436.37±192.50) ms,(1.08±0.89) times,(4.00±0.85) times,respectively),AD group((1 535.40± 192.50) ms,(1.90± 1.57)times,(2.60± 1.39)times) showed significantly impaired reply reaction time of 2-back,error number of 1-back and 2-back (t=-2.112,P=0.038;t=-2.899,P=0.005;t=-5.433,P＜0.01).The error number of 2-back task in AD group was negative correlated with verbal memory after one-week baseline test (r=-0.427,P=0.006).Conclusion The verbal memory is impaired in AD patients.Long-term verbal memory damage have a certain correlation with working memory.

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of imging techniques in diagnosis of corticosteroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH).Methods Twenty seven patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head due to long-term corticosteriod treatment were analysed retrospectively.There were 16 femal and 11 male,ranged in age from 20 to 46 years(mean age 35.6 years).The course of disease was 1～5 years.The administration of corticoid orally was 60～25 mg/d taken on 6 months to 5 years.ANFH was appeared 3 months to 2 years after the administration of corticoid.The imaging examinations included radiography in 20 cases,MRI in 15 cases,both radiography and MRI in 10 cases and CT in 8 cases.8 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results 7 femoral heads in 6 cases with early-ANFH were diagnosed by X-ray,21 femoral heads in 15 cases with early-ANFH were diagnosed by MRI and 11 femoral heads in 7 cases were by CT,19 femoral heads showed a typical “line sign”on MRI.Conclusion The “line sign” on MRI is regarded as the characteristic finding in early-ANFH.MRI is the most sensitive method in the early-diagnosis of the corticosteroid-induced ANFH and it can provide important evidence for clinical management.

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of soluble Axl and Tyro3 receptor tyrosine kinase in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect sAxlTK and sTyro3TK in the serum of 140 SLE patients,150 disease controls and 100 healthy controls (HC).The relationships between the serum levels of sAxlTK/sTyro3TK and clinical manifestations,laboratory parameters,disease activity were analyzed in SLE patients.Analysis of variance,Dunnett's t-test,chi-square test and spearman's test were used for statistical analysis.Results The concentrations of sAxlTK [(56±18) ng/ml] and sTyro3TK [(3.9±1.6) ng/ml] were both elevated in serum of SLE patients,which were significantly higher than disease controls [sAxlTK:(41±17) ng/ml;sTyro3TK:(2.6± 1.2) ng/ml] and healthy controls [sAxlTK:(37±10) ng/ml;sTyro3TK:(2.1±0.7) ng/ml].The SLE sAxlTK levels were negatively correlated with lymphocyte count (r=-0.266,P=0.002),hemoglobin (r=-0.480,P＜0.01),platelet count (r=-0.374,P＜0.01),albumin (r=-0.465,P＜0.01),estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR,r=-0.230,P=0.006),complement C3 (r=-0.399,P＜0.01) and complement C4 (r=-0.374,P＜0.01).However,the levels of sAxlTK in SLE patients were positively correlated with D-dimer (r=0.371,P＜0.01),creatinine (r=0.278,P＜0.01),24-hour urinary protein quantification (r=0.383,P＜0.01),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (r=0.422,P＜0.01),titre of anti-nuclear antibodies (r=0.271,P=0.002),anti-dsDNA antibody (r=0.299,P＜0.01),anti-nucleosome antibody (r=0.263,P=0.013) and anti-cardiolipin antibody (r=0.309,P＜0.01).In addition,the levels of serum sAxlTK in SLE patients showed positive correlation with the scores of SLEDAI (r=0.307,P＜0.01).Comparisons of sAxlTK levels between patients with high and low disease activity demonstrated a higher level of sAxlTK in the former [(64±17) ng/ml vs (52±16) ng/ml;t=-3.939,P＜0.01].Conclusion The levels of sAxlTK and sTyro3TK are elevated in the serum of SLE patients.The concentration of sAxlTK is correlated with autoantibodies production,hematological and renal involvement in SLE,which may be a serolgical marker for disease activity.

We adjusted medical statistics teaching contents and teaching methods according to the characteristics of different students and based on the current status of domestic medical statics teaching.Implementation effect was summarized in order to provide references for the teaching reform of medical statistics.

Objective To study the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the dynamic occupational therapy cognitive assessment for children (DOTCA-Ch).Methods The English version of the DOTCA-Ch was translated into Chinese. One hundred and nine students from the city of Jiamusi were assessed with the Chinese Binet intelligence test and the DOTCA-Ch. Intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) were used in inter-rater and intra-rater reliability assessments. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess internal consistency. Factor analysis was used to assess construct validity. Pearson correlation coefficients were used in assessing criterion-related validity. Results The total ICC of the DOTCA-Ch was 0. 892. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the subtests were orientation 0. 713 ; spatial perception 0. 793 ; praxis 0. 850 ; visuomotor construction 0. 844 and thinking operations 0. 630. The ICC for intra-rater reliability was 0. 991 and for inter-rater reliability it was 0. 989. Using the Binet intelligence test as a benchmark, the Pearson correlation coefficient between the IQ values and the total DOTCA-Ch scores was 0. 872 for 6 year-olds, but 0. 870 for 11 and 12 yearolds. Factor analysis revealed an acceptable set of 5 common factors. Their cumulative contribution was 67％.Conclusions The Chinese version of the DOTCA-Ch is reliable and valid. It can be used as an effective measuring tool to evaluate children's cognitive functioning.

Purpose Melittin was expressed in prokaryotic vector pGEX-2T for production. Methods Melittin gene synthesized with enterokinase digested sequence,the gene was cloned into vector pGEX-2T,and constructed a recombinant plasmid of pGEX-MEL. Then the recombinant vector was introduced into E. coli BL21 (DE3)for expression. Fusion protein was purified by affinity chromatography. Hemolytic activity of Melittin was detected. Results Analysis result showed that the expression products accumulate in the cells to about 29.5 % of total cell protein. Detection of western blot using ant-GST as the first antibody showed that a special blot was revealed among the expression products. It certified that we have succeeded in expressing the fusion protein. SDS-PAGE showed that most part of the products is resoluble. The purity of obtained protein is 95% , by through GST affinity chromatography system. Melittin is harvested with a recovery of 80% by EK digestion. Test results showed melittin has good hemolytic activity. Conclusion We have expressed Melittin successfully by prokaryotic expression system.

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medical massage for the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis in the infants with real-time tissue elastography technology, and to explore the clinical application value of real-time tissue elastography. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 120 infants with clinical diagnosis of congenital muscular torticollis. All of the infants were treated with traditional Chinese medical massage once a day, 10 times for a course of treatment, and the treatment lasted 18 courses. The differences of image of the injured sternomastoid muscle were observed before and after treatment by real-time tissue elastography. Results Before massage therapy, the differences between the image scores of injured sternomastoid muscle and those of the healthy sternomastoid muscle were significant ( P<0.01), and the sensitivity of real-time tissue elastography for the diagnosis of congenital muscular torticollis was 93.3% . After massage therapy, the mass of injured sternomastoid muscle was reduced, and the myogenic torticollis was improved, the image scores of injured sternomastoid muscle were similar to those of the healthy sternomastoid muscle ( P>0.05) . The differences of the image scores of injured sternomastoid muscle were sternomastoid muscle ( P> 0.05) . The differences of the image scores of injured sternomastoid muscle were significant before and after therapy ( P<0.01) Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical massage has certain therapeutic effect for the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis in the infants, and real-time tissue elastography technology can reflect the changes of muscle tissue directly and noninvasively, which will provide objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of congenital muscular torticollis in the infants.

Purpose To study the hemodynamic changes of kidney interlobar artery in children with type 1 diabetes, and to explore the clinical value of the color Doppler ultrasound in diabetic nephropathy during the incubation period. Materials and Methods The study was performed in 52 children with type 1 diabetes and in 51 age-matched healthy children as control group. The resistance index (RI) of interlobar artery was measured with color Doppler ultrasonography, and the clinical data and laboratory indicators were analyzed. Results The left kidney RI, right kidney RI and average RI were all significantly higher in children with diabetes than in age-matched healthy group (P<0.01). The mean RI were correlated positively with (HbA1c) (r=0.96, P<0.01) and diabetes duration (r=0.31, P<0.01), respectively. Fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and glomerular filtration rate were significantly higher in children with diabetes than in age-matched healthy group (P<0.01). Conclusion The RI of interlobar artery increases in children with type 1 diabetes. Early changes of renal hemodynamics in children with type 1 diabetes are detectable with Doppler sonography, and have certain value in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.

Objective To study the attentional deployment strategy of emotion regulation and its processing mechanisms in alexithymia.Methods 21 alexithymia subjects and 22 normal subjects completed attentional deployment task.The reaction time(RT) and accuracy were recorded automatically and the event-related potentials (ERPs) were recorded by neuroscan system.Results ①From the behavioral results,the differences of RT and accuracy to neutral pictures ((1840.17±204.44) ms vs (1845.17±252.97) ms;(0.859±0.073) vs (0.884±0.068)) and negative pictures ((1888.94±200.09) ms vs(1890.38±263.72) ms);(0.845±0.088) vs (0.845±0.091)) in calculation task between two groups were not statistically significant(all P＞0.05).The differences of RT and accuracy in emotion task were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).②In RT and accuracy,the task main effects were statistically significant(F(1,42) =637.40,P＜0.01;F(1,42)=15.00,P＜0.01),the emotion main effects were statistically significant (F(1,42)=30.23,P＜0.001;F(i,42)=47.87,P＜0.01),the interaction effects of task and emotion were statistically significant(F(2,41) =5.20,P＜0.05;F(2,41)=6.01,P＜0.05).③The differences between two groups in P3 amplitude induced by neutral pictures and negative pictures in calculation task were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).P3 amplitude induced by negative pictures were siguificantly greater than those induced by neutral pictures in emotion task((-0.138±0.463) μV vs (0.789±0.541) μV).Conclusion The attentional deployment can effectively regulate the negative pictures processing and occur in the late stage of the picture processing.No attentional deployment defects in alexithymia.

Objective To investigate the attention network in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).Methods 31 GAD patients,31 OCD patients and 30 healthy controls (HC) were tested with attention network test.Results There were significant differences in the main effects with respect to the alerting network(15.87±5.24,26.77±4.33,34.87±3.47) (F=4.619,P=0.012)) and the executive network(114.84±9.64,122.45±5.57,96.57±5.45) (F=3.388,P=0.038) among the OCD,GAD and HC groups.The three groups did significantly differ in RT of the attention network (F=19.808,P=0.000).For the HC group,there was significant main effects with respect to cue conditions(F=29.699,P=0.000).There was a significant correlation between the executive network and Hamilton anxiety scale (r=0.351) and also a significantly negative correlation between the alerting network and Hamilton depression scale (r=-0.267).Conclusion There are attention network damages in patients with OCD and GAD,which may be involved in the impairment of emotion.
