Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2000;0(04):-
【Objective】To observe the influence of temperature and perfusate modifier on in-vitro mass transfer coefficient of microdialysis with sinomenine as a model drug.【Methods】The in-vitro relative recovery(RR) was assayed by HPLC at different temperatures and in perfusate including different concentrations of alcohol, and then the mass transfer coefficient was calculated.【Results】In-vitro RR increased with the temperature and the concentrations of alcohol,so did the mass transfer coefficient.【Conclusion】Temperature and alcohol at different concentrations have an effect on RR and mass transfer coefficient of microdialysis with sinomenine as a model drug.
2.The transdermal absorption data' GM(1,1) fitting of sinomenine liposome patch and comparison with related model
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: The transdermal absorption data of sinomenine patch was fitted by grey model GM(1,1) and compared with other models. METHODS: The transdermal absorption experiment was carried out with Franz diffusion cell and the GM(1,1) was established by accumulation generation operator (AGO). RESULTS: The fitting precision was compared by using mean relative error and grey absolute correlation degree as evaluation criterion. CONCLUSION: The fitting precision of GM(1,1) is as high as acceptable.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
Free lysine in a preparation of queen bee's embryo was isolated using cation exchange resin- The Q-aminoand carboxyl group of lysine was complexed with cupric ion and the E-amino group reacted with FDNB(Fluoro-dinitrobenzene). After acid treatment and extraction with ether, the absorbance of the solution at 395nm was determined by spectrophotometry. Variation coefficient of the determination was less than 6% and the recovery of lysine was 95 % ~ 110 %.

Objective To study the effect of skin stratum corneum on transdermal absorption characteristic of Sinomenine Liposome Patch. Methods The normal and stripped stratum corneum skin of back and abdomen was used to study the transdermal absorption characteristic by Franz method. The transdermal absorption sample was taken at the preset sampling time point. The sample content was determined by HPLC. The cumulative transdermal amount of per unit area was fitted with sampling time point, the transdermal rate constant (J value) was selected as comparative standard. Results The transdermal rate constant (J) of skin with stratum corneum stripped increased obviously than that of the normal skin, so was the released rate constant. Conclusion The skin stratum corneum has an notable impact on transdermal absorption characteristic of Sinomenine Liposome Patch. When the skin of experimental animal being prepared, the integrality should be paid more attention.

Objective To investigate clinical usefulness of intracranial lesions in pre-and post-operation by functional MRI with blood oxygen level dependent(BOLD)technique. Methods Common MRI and Motor hand area functional MRI examinations were performed in 45 patients (fMRI group)with intracranial lesions adjacent to the motor cortex before and after operation. As contrast group, 20 patients with occupying position lesions were made a routine MRI examination without fMRI before surgery. A 1.5 T signa super conducting system was employment (GE company ,America). Results The focal transactivation domain of cerebration was seen on fMRI in all cases of fMRI group. The cortical motor hand area shown displacement in 22 cases with abnormal size and shape and found not displacement in 23 cases. The distribution of transactivation domain was not changed in different disease . There was positive correlation between the distance from lesions to the domains and myodynamia in preoperation(r=0.553,P0.05). Our data indicated that there was negative correlation between the distance and the difference of myodynamia (r=-0.570,P

To improve the quality of teaching, stimulate students'interest in studying medical cytobiology, and nurture the medical students with ability of practice, solid theory and innovation,we have carried on discussions about different kinds of teaching methods and discovered such results:If teachers can integrate the most recent development of medical cytobiology with teaching, strengthen the relationship between the real life and the clinical practice, and update the teaching contents with multi-teaching methods,we will receive a satisfactory teaching effect.

Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation and defibrase on the hemodynamic cerebral vascular dynamic index (CVDI) of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety hemiplegic patients with acute infarction were randomly divided into a rehabilitation and a control group. Both groups received defibrase routine treatment. The rehabilitation group received systematic rehabilitation training in addition. The Fugl-Meyer assessment ( FMA) , the Scandinavian Scoring Scale ( SSS) and Barthel's index ( MBI) were employed to evaluate the functioning of the two groups. The CVDIs of all patients were quantified before and after treatment. Results The FMA, MBI and SSS scores as well as the CVDIs of both groups had improved after 4 weeks of treatment, but all were more improved in the rehabilitation group than in the control group. Conclusions Early rehabilitation was effective for relieving neurological impairment and improving ability in the activities of daily living for patients with acute cerebral infarction.

To study action mechanism and time of administration of indomethacin in SMAO shock rabbits. Method:Thirty-two SMAO shock rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: control group A,indomethacin 5mg/kg I.V. at the occlusion of superior mesenteric artery (group B), indomethacin 5mg/kg L V. immediately after clamp being removed(group C) and the same dose 30min after clamp being removed(group D). Survival rate, hemodynamics, plasma calcium, myocardial calcium, TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1. levels were observed in 4h shock period. Myocardial apecmen were examined with electronic microscope. Result: After indomethacin I.V,the survival rate was higher and bemodynamie better than those of controll. The plasma calcium level remained stable in indomethacin groups. Myocardial calcium content of group B and C was lower than that of group D and A. The TXB_2 and 6-ketoPGF_1. contents were similar in all groups. Under electronic microscope, the damages were slightest in group C and most serious in group D and A among the four groups. Conclusion:Indomethacin has a beneficial effect on the SMAO shock rabbits ,the mechanism of which can be related to improving myocardium contractivity as well as to blocking calcium channel, rather than the action through prostaglandins. The time of administration should be early as possible after shock.

Objective To observe the effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined with earlier rehabilitation on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and its clinical efficacy for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group (n=30), rehabilitation group (n=30) and combination group (n=30). All the groups received basic medication, and the rehabilitation group combined with earlier rehabilitation, the combination group with electromyographic biofeedback and earlier rehabilitation. All patients were evaluated with Clinical Neurologic Functional Default Scoring (CNFDS) and the modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and 2 weeks after treatment. Their serum levels of MMP-9 were detected as well. Results The scores of CNFDS and MBI improved after treatment in all the groups (P<0.001), especially in the combination group (P<0.01). The levels of MMP-9 decreased more in combination group than in the rehabilitation group and the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Electromyographic biofeedback combined with earlier rehabilitation can facilitate the recovery neural function, which may associated with the decrease of MMP-9.
